The restaurant scored high in its overall cleanliness. That's a huge plus. The service was quick but was not logical. I was served Pho before being served Fresh Rolls, which would normally be served as an appetizer. The food was just okay. I had been spoiled by being exposed to an unbelievable Vietnamese cuisine. Take my criticism from that perspective. My vegan fresh rolls were okay, just okay... The peanut butter sauce was not crunchy and just did not have the taste I am used to... Vegan Tofu Pho was lacking as well. The broth was not too bad, although it should have been served "steaming" hot. The customary vegetables such as Bok Choi, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Mushrooms were missing. I hope the place steps up and gets more traditional. read more

My husband loved the rolls. I met the owner and he was very accommodating. I ordered 3 beef and one chicken pho. My only confusion was, we had chicken broth for the three beef pho, but I'm not Vietnamese and never been to Vietnam, so I'm sure every location has there own style of making pho. The place was clean, great atmosphere, and vibe. I can't wait to try the salads and sandwiches. Glad there's a Jupiter location with some Vietnamese options. We were excited to try this new restaurant but being we're still being COVID careful, decided takeout. Perhaps the experience was lost with takeout, so I can only speak about the food. The fresh summer rolls were quite good but my spouse thought the peanut sauce too spicy. The pho with shrimp was shrimp that had been split in two, which was disappointing. We would gladly have paid more for whole shrimp. The barbecue beef was thin thin slices with bone that was also disappointing though it tasted ok and the chicken was shredded not unlike Tex Mex, leaving a presentation that really disappointed. It all tasted good however. We really like Vietnamese food because it's healthy. With all the hype we couldn't wait to try this family's restaurant. Not wanting to be too hard on what we experienced, we will go again. Pho is hard to experience as take out because you lose the presentation with all the accouterments: sprouts, fresh basil, cilantro, limes, etc. We recommend Pho and Rolls, so go see what you think. read more

If I could give a 10 I would. This place is legit and I'm an expired F.O.B Vietnamese. There's a banh mi place I visited where Anthony Bourdain went in Vietnam and that was amazing Banh Mi. This place I believe is comparable to that and then some. My boyfriend is a picky eater and he said it was a home run for him. For example: my wife and I have found out that we like to freeze their Taro drink And eat it later at night or another day. The cost of the drink is $6.00. But if you order it without ice, they only fill it 3/4 of the way. so essentially you're paying for ice. Surprisingly good pho. Broth is tasty and good amount of meat. The only downfall is the price-they have one size which is a smaller portion than I'm used to. Fresh rolls were really satisfying. You get to choose your protein. The only downfall is the size of them. Very small and skinny (not a lot of noodles) but made a good appetizer. Peanut sauce was thicker but tasty. Passion fruit green tea is refreshing, I wanted the mango but they were out. You can order with or without boba pearls. The Vietnamese iced coffee is too sweet, almost as if there was too much condensed milk. Overall this place surprised me. I would def come here again for their pho and fresh rolls.
