Stopped in for lunch. We beat the lunch rush by a few seconds because as soon as we stepped up to the counter to order, a steady stream of customers came in right after us. I ordered the chicken banh mi and shrimp summer rolls and my husband ordered the pho. The banh mi was good, just a little small. I like that you can customize the choice of meat in the banh mi as well as the summer rolls. It was a cold day in January so my husband ordered the pho. It was a big bowl. Solid pho. Nothing extraordinary yet not disappointing. Got two meals out of it and was satisfied each time. Called the order in for pickup and food was hot and bagged when I arrived. This is a small self service restaurant. You order at the counter. My favorite here is the rice plate with Korean bbq short rib, delicious. My only complain can be the rib you getting is not that much, since good part of it is bone. If you get the Pho (which is excellent) we learned that the owners don't get the chicken broth but the vegetable broth then put the chicken in it for themselves when they do it. It is soooo tasty. I have visited here 5+ times. I will continue to come here for the truly excellent pho, and Thai tea w/ boba. The fresh spring rolls were good here too. I think this place is a ripe opportunity for improvement. There is so much potential here and I will continue to support them. Some negative experiences aside, pho lovers should try this place. Some thoughtful vegan options too* I feel compelled to warn: 1) *the Thai tea is labeled "non-dairy" on the menu but the cashier said it's made with milk powder. I'm lactose intolerant and luckily this doesn't trigger my intolerance, but labeling it as non-dairy is misleading and/or lost in translation... I assume if you have a true allergy this is unsafe and vegan customers would be upset over this misnomer. 2) The last time I was here, I popped in for a quick boba tea and was overcharged. I chalked it up to a mistake and I will be more diligent during check out moving forward. I like the Korean short ribs. I have tried them 3 times and, despite enjoying them, I have felt concerned that they don't cook the meat long enough. It gave me exceptional indigestion after one particular visit. Also I'm not a huge fan of the "lemongrass chicken", this is just a personal preference but it is shredded and stewed, not really what I was expecting in a banh mi--made for a soggy sandwich experience. The egg rolls are typical, flavorless cabbage in fried shells. The restaurant is a simple dining room and counter service only. I don't mind bussing after myself and I don't care about decoration (or lack thereof) but the finish on the tables is degrading (sticky tabletops), so not ideal for someone with sensory issues. It is particularly uncomfortable to be inside during a rush period. The line for the counter winds between tables and there is nowhere to wait for pick up orders, so anyone standing and waiting for service is practically on top of the folks sitting and eating. read more

Well just found another wonderful Vietnamese restaurant flying under the radar. It's tucked back in the corner in a nice quit area . It's well lit and plenty of space and very clean . I ordered some rice noodle soup with beef and meatballs . While I was waiting I noticed the table next to me ordered rice paper rolls they looked so good I went up and amended my order to include one of each pork ,chicken , beef . Boy oh boy was that a great decision they were fantastic. I ate all three and really meant to take two home . Then my soup came with sprouts and peppermint leaves . I dumped it all together added some Suraci sauce and some peppers and I was in business. Wow was it good . Don't wait if you want a great dinner try out Pho and Rolls you will not be disappointed. We skipped any broth based dishes and just opted for rice plates, banh mi, and the vermicelli salad dishes. They did not disappoint. Prices were typical, around $8 to $14 per dish. A friend feeling unwell insisted he needed Pho, so after doing a phone search he came up with Pho and Rolls in Jupiter, 9 miles away from where we were. I admit to being annoyed as I was driving, but it turned out to be worth it. A small shop in a plaza, Pho and Rolls is very clean, something you notice right away (I'm including the bathroom.) The menu on the wall above the register is brief. Fresh rolls, Pho, Bahn Mi, or a salad. Each of these allows you to choose your protein or vegetable. I had beef pho and my friend had chicken, and we ordered two avocado fresh rolls. When we were ordering the owner alerted us to this combo, which ended up saving us money over our original order. He was very kind and helpful. The pho came in huge bowls with wrapped extra bean sprouts and lettuce on the side. Sriracha is on the table, along with a couple other sauces. My beef pho was delicious with a deep, rich broth. We both took home a good container full -- the bowls are big! The beautiful, delicate rice paper rolls are great in the peanut sauce, and I'm assuming diet friendly (as opposed to fried Spring rolls). We are 100% going back. We decided that before we even left the place. I'm going to try a Bahn Mi, which I've read from other reviews is excellent here with fresh bread. I highly recommend this pho if you feel like you have a cold coming on or want warmth and comfort. As we were coming in, a customer implored the owner to open in West Palm Beach, so clearly we aren't the only fans. read more
