A friend feeling unwell insisted he needed Pho, so after doing a phone search he came up with Pho and Rolls in Jupiter, 9 miles away from where we were. I admit to being annoyed as I was driving, but it turned out to be worth it. A small shop in a plaza, Pho and Rolls is very clean, something you notice right away (I'm including the bathroom.) The menu on the wall above the register is brief. Fresh rolls, Pho, Bahn Mi, or a salad. Each of these allows you to choose your protein or vegetable. I had beef pho and my friend had chicken, and we ordered two avocado fresh rolls. When we were ordering the owner alerted us to this combo, which ended up saving us money over our original order. He was very kind and helpful. The pho came in huge bowls with wrapped extra bean sprouts and lettuce on the side. Sriracha is on the table, along with a couple other sauces. My beef pho was delicious with a deep, rich broth. We both took home a good container full -- the bowls are big! The beautiful, delicate rice paper rolls are great in the peanut sauce, and I'm assuming diet friendly (as opposed to fried Spring rolls). We are 100% going back. We decided that before we even left the place. I'm going to try a Bahn Mi, which I've read from other reviews is excellent here with fresh bread. I highly recommend this pho if you feel like you have a cold coming on or want warmth and comfort. As we were coming in, a customer implored the owner to open in West Palm Beach, so clearly we aren't the only fans. read more

I was in the mood for some pho even though it's hot outside. Found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. We went at around 3pm on a Saturday and surprisingly there was only one other group inside. I ordered the tofu pho and shrimp spring rolls with a strawberry green tea. My husband got the beef pho & taro tea. We sat in and everything was brought out to us in around 10 minutes. The drinks were delicious. The tofu pho had a really good flavor and the tofu was cooked perfectly for the soup. I enjoyed it. My husband said the beef broth was really good but he wasn't a fan of the meat. Such a great and easy lunch spot! Wasn't too busy and they have two tables for outdoor seating. Service was great, the place was very clean and everyone was very friendly! I ordered the tofu, shrimp and chicken fresh rolls. All of them were great. Everything tasted so fresh and there was a fried piece of egg roll paper to add a crunch. They were so good and such a great healthy lunch/snack. I loved the peanut sauce it came with. I also ordered the vermicelli salad with pork. It was delicious and very filling, I ended up taking some home. Ordered the signature milk tea with boba and it was my favorite. Overall I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options. My husband and I got a takeout order from here when we were in town checking out the area. There was a torrential downpour that night, so we wanted to order in from a nearby local business. We are huge fans of Vietnamese food and decided to try their fresh rolls as well as banh mi sandwiches. They also have pho, rice dishes, Vietnamese coffee, teas, boba, etc. on the menu. We ordered the fresh rolls with shrimp and they came with peanut sauce. The rolls were delicious. They were fresh and the peanut dipped sauce was perfect. I got my banh mi with tofu and my husband got his with chicken. I loved my tofu sandwich. The bread had a bit of a crunch to it on the outside, but was soft inside. The only thing (not necessarily a downside, but something others might like) was it seemed to need some sauce or wet ingredient to it since most of the ingredients are dry. But I know banh mi is not necessarily prepared that way. Overall, the food was great and was prepared quickly before our pickup time. Recommended to locals and visitors alike! I am so thrilled this business popped up in Jupiter recently, and I hope it is here to stay! My Mango Green Tea was delicious: sweet with a nice kick of lime and little gelee pieces in it. Fragrant, but not in a bad way. I ordered the Pho and 2 rolls combo, ordering exactly what the name of the restaurant is! I ordered takeout through the Yelp app, directly from their Yelp page, which was simple and easy. My shrimp rolls were awesome, as was the peanut sauce dip. The rolls were tightly wrapped and full of crunchy veggies. The beef pho was not what I was expecting. Takeout pho means I received a plastic container of broth with a styrofoam tray full of veggies, meats and rice noodles, plus sauces and a small bag of sprouts/toppings. There were some unidentified grey-looking meatball items also. Several cuts of the beef itself were notably grisled with fat; I threw these pieces out. Finally, the little bag of sprouts had seen better days, as many of the sprouts were turning brown already, with condensation already dotting the bag. I can't help but think it would have been easy to notice this issue when placing the bag into my container. Putting together Pho myself really means that I would have had to have Pho previously, as there was no instructions, explanations, or labeling of items/sauces, etc. Even though I've had it before, I felt slightly frustrated by this, as I couldn't identify the meatball thing, and I poured way too much of a sauce into my soup before I realized that it was really, really spicy; oops! Also, the broth was not hot by the time I drove 10 minutes home and it just didn't work not being hot. I finally gave up and will try it again tomorrow reheating it all together. I would definitely return to try eating in person, other non-pho items for takeout, or to grab another tea. read more

First time here and we were a little disappointed. I was hoping to have a great Vietnamese restaurant closer than Northlake Blvd, but seems that's not the case. The person taking my order was talking to someone else over AirPods most of the time I was interacting with him which I found to be rude. The food took about 20mins to prep and we hung around and waited outside. The menu options are really slim...other pho places give you a lot more control and choices for noodles, broths, meats, and toppings/add-ins. Here, you basically get a choice of standard broth with tofu, chicken, or beef (a mix of meatballs and thin steak strips) and no options for other noodles, etc. We ordered two of the pho & roll combos, so we ended up with 2 chicken and 2 pork simmer rolls too. They were very OK - some type of weird crunchy thing rolled into them and the peanut sauce was weak. To summarize, there's better Vietnamese food to be had if one is willing to drive another 10-15 minutes to Lake Park. read more

While ordering I had a few questions about the menu. The person taking my order seemed annoyed so I just ordered what I usually get at other pho restaurants. I got the beef pho which was just okay. My pho was served warm not hot which didn't allow the noodles and meat to cook properly. Personally, I think the food quality could improve. Try to peek inside and where they prepare or cook our food , it's dirty everywhere inside , the floor is very filthy , the cooking area is very dirty. This is one of the few Vietnamese places in Jupiter. As a Vietnamese person myself it is definitely run by Vietnamese which adds to some authenticity. The menu is set up super simple with rice, pho, sandwich, or rolls. From the you just pick a protein. It's more of a Vietnamese place that is set up for causal to people. I have had the pho and the rice dishes. Pho is pretty standard and nothing special. I read someone else's review about meatballs and did notice that this Vietnamese restaurant just has simple choices and not a "type of protein" selection that most Vietnamese restaurants have. Like if you want all meatball, chicken, "Dac biet" aka "the special" meaning it has everything in it, including traditional items. I can see how that could confuse someone new to pho. Rice dish was good but very Americanized for what it was. The rice was standard rice, it actually should be broken rice which is served traditionally with this type of rice dish. I order lemongrass chicken and normally it is a slab of chicken that's been pressed thinly and grilled in lemongrass seasonings. This was more of shredded chicken breasts. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't true to Vietnamese food. Service was good, didn't try any of the teas because nothing stood out. But overall good place to get a Vietnamese fix. Honestly, I had such high expectations for this place and maybe that's why I was so let down... I was thrilled when this place opened and couldn't wait to try it. I ordered for pick-up because I'm still not comfortable eating out. (3 of the 5 tables inside had people eating at them.) I ordered two meals to try different items and meats: pork bahn mi and lemongrass chicken bún. I was told 15 minutes and got there in about 15 minutes and my food was already waiting for me. Ordering over the phone was super easy. Staff was friendly when I came in. The restaurant itself was very clean and pristine looking. All staff was wearing face masks and gloves. You could see into the kitchen! The egg rolls and the vermicelli sauce was the highlight of my order. My food wasn't hot. (I live 5 minutes away, so travel time is not a valid excuse.) The pork in the bahn mi was tough, but flavorful. Also, you can see in my photo, it looked very empty. Surely not having the pâté wouldn't have made the sandwich that drastically smaller. Kind of high for just one person. Otherwise, the service is good, restaurant is clean, and they even have a variety of chili sauces to spike up your food at the table. i'm always wary of asian restaurants that look too pretty or hipster ... it honestly makes me think the food isn't going to be authentic. but i was pleasantly surprised and happy with my lemongrass pork rice plate. it tasted pretty much like it would taste at an authentic vietnamese restaurant. the only difference might be the portion size--smaller than i'm used to seeing, but (honestly for me) probably for the best. for such a pretty place, it operates more like a fast food joint than a sit-down restaurant. you go up to the counter, place your order and wait for the food to come out. they also seem to be very popular: it was almost packed on a sunday evening and looked like they were receiving online orders left and right. so maybe not a fast food joint in the literal sense, since it might be a bit of a wait to get your order. i know that i need to come back for the pho, but i thought i should give kudos for now because they deserve it! i always appreciate a restaurant that serves solid authentic asian food in the area. read more

So, I have some kind of virus and needed just some nice soup. My dear son ran down and picked me up the pho combo. I had the pork pho and with it came two spring rolls. (The crunchy ones, is that spring..? Whatever). They were tasty as was the soup. I like that it comes deconstructed so that the vegetables don't get soggy and I can add my own amount of basil. I'd have liked a few more sprouts. However, that said, I had enough soup to have it twice. My son got a sandwich which also looked delish.
