The Vegan Pho we ordered and the Tofu Summer rolls were out of this world! The broth was so delightful I didn't need to add anything. The toppings, both for our pho and the limes for our water, were abundant and fresh, vibrant even. What made the meal spectacular was the kindness and generosity of our host(s). I mistakenly asked for extra spicy (it was and it was exactly what I wanted) and ordered the same for my partner leaving out the fact that she did NOT want it spicy. They made the necessary modifications at no charge, with no fuss and not even an appreciable gap in service. They even sent us home with complimentary extras!
