Delicious pho! Delicious broth. Reasonable prices. Great parking. Friendly staff. Calm during lunch time during the weekdays. Overall good experience will be coming back for more during the winter.

Good food, fair pricing, and attentive service. Overall I enjoyed their combination pho. The broth was flavorful, lots of meat, and noodles cooked well. The medium was plenty for me. My partner ordered the beef stew with noodles, which was really good too. Only negative was the springs rolls. They were old and likely sitting in the kitchen all day.

    pretty big bowl!

I would give this place a 3.5 but I'll round up! Family wanted to come here after a long day at Colorado Springs. We wanted some Vietnamese food. It was late and this was one of the few places open late night. We all had varying opinions though. The pho was okay. it was not a rich broth is that is what you are looking for. My sister loved it because it is not fatty or rich. I prefer a richer more flavorful broth. My brother enjoyed his meal. We chose this place due to it not having any wait time since we were so tired and hungry! If we had the choice, I would probably try another place. It was not very busy here. But service was nice !

100/10 this place is phenomenal. Quick service, food on point. Definitely recommend Combination Pho

Pho 96 is up there with Pho Duy as the best pho restaurant off of Federal. It certainly is the place be on Friday and Saturday nights after a long night of drinking as they're open until 3 am. The service here is surprisingly fast, but don't be surprised if there's a line at night. I personally think that they give the biggest portions of meat and noodles here. I never need to order extra rare steak like I do at some other restaurants. The bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes are always fresh. Sriracha and Hoison bottles always full. This is my go to spot when I'm in the Denver area. Give them a try whether you're looking for good pho or even looking for a hangover cure .

Pho 96, this time around you get that 4 stars, well actually 3.5 stars coz you have that STEAM CHICKEN dish served with Ginger Sauce that I like. The Steamed Chicken that come close, quite similar to Hainanese Chicken Rice, that I missed so much.. *SIGH* YES making Steam Chicken Rice aka Hainanese Chicken Rice from SCRATCH is time-consuming. So to Pho 96 I went. I so wish that many more other Vietnamese establishments in town can provide this dish... *SIGH* Other than that, the normal items usually I get is the Grilled Beef Plate. For the Fried Chicken Wings, those are disappointing to me. I so wish they could at least marinate the Chicken Wings with some form of spices but it was just FRIED. *DOUBLE SIGH* Another disappointing beverage was the Boba Smoothie. Its too sweet for me, and the tapioca balls, aka boba sometimes are too tough and tasted "old"... But Pho 96 comes to my rescue just for those Steam Chicken aka 8C in their Menu, Steam Chicken served with Ginger Sauce. If anyone out there especially in Colorado Soil, can lead or show me any other establishments in town that offer Hainanese Chicken Rice or come close to it, please EMAIL me. Thank you. Pho 96 is always packed. The parking outside is always packed and limited.

I like how this place open later than most of the restaurants in Denver. With that being said, most places closes at 9pm. Now if you are late eater like I am, it's hard to find a place in the city that open especially a pho place. My friend and I came there around 9pm and we was very hungry. My friend order a combination rice plate. Her food was delicious except for the fried spring roll, I rather they use the egg roll wrapper than the spring roll. The meat was marinated with a nice sauce and it tasted very good when it is grill. I had the Pho Dac Biet. It was a small bowl but it was filled up with lots of meat, good portion of noodles and broth. It tasted very good and perfect when you add the hoison and siracha to it. I would come back to this place again with their service and good food.

    Pork Chops, comes with rice.

It was late at night and my fiance and I were super hungry. We had landed at Denver airport at around 10:30 . We did not want to settle for fast food, which is normally the option that late at night. Luckily, because it was Friday night this place was open till 3 AM. There was a lot of road work going on in the roads so we got lost quite a bit, but we finally made it!!! We walked in this place to the aroma of great noodlesoup. The staffs were friendly, we were served quickly and and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. I can safely say , that night I had one of the best Pho i had had in a long long time . P.S. This place was ok. We ordered the Vietnamese egg roll and crab Rangoon. Both were good, and I did find the crab Rangoon seem to have more crab flavor that others I've had elsewhere. We also ordered the shrimp vermicelli and vegetable Pho with vegetable broth. The sides for the Pho we're sprouts, basil, and jalapeno which seem a bit minimum to me but was doable. I ended up using the whole try because I felt the veggies we're small that came in the Pho. Two medium broccoli pieces and three slivers of carrots .....come on! Also, what Really turned me off was that I ordered a large Pho, and when I went to take it home they put it in one small container. Basing off medium size bowls that I didn't have as much leftovers it had two full size containers from another restaurant. I also noticed when I got home that there was hardly any basil in it and I put the whole basil bunch in from the appetizers and the pho side!! See if they will let you pack your own !

Best pho I've ever had - seriously. The broth is packed with flavor and makes this stand out above any other pho you can get in Denver. There is a vegan specific pho as well, which tasted too good to be true. Excellent service and a variety of Vietnamese drinks that are worth trying out if it's new to you.

There's no performance here, no hospitality theater, no one asking how the first few bites are treating you. You walk up to the counter, you order, you take a number, you sit down. The food does the talking. And the food has a lot to say. I went on a bright Wednesday morning with a couple of friends and ordered the classic breakfast, swapping bacon for pastrami (a first for me) with an everything biscuit on the side (also a first). Both were revelations. The eggs over-hard might be the best version of that order I've ever gotten from a restaurant -- just a whisper of uncooked yolk in the center, perfectly seared on both sides. Skillet potatoes were spot-on. The skillet pastrami was rich and properly crisped at the edges. And the two generous slices of sourdough arrived with a scratch-made blueberry jam that I ended up smearing on everything I could -- sourdough, biscuit, probably would've eaten it with a spoon if no one was looking. My friend ordered the breakfast sandwich, which clearly belongs in the staples category. The baguette was the star: toasted outside, pillow-soft inside, zero tug-of-war with your teeth. That detail alone tells you the kitchen cares. This is the Ron Swanson part: there's an unapologetic confidence to this place. They know exactly what they're doing, they're not trying to oversell it, and they're not interested in charming you into liking it. They're just going to hand you something excellent and trust you to figure out the rest. The coffee was good. The food was setting-a-benchmark good. A real 5 out of 5 stars, no pickin nits. Mild observation, not a complaint: the service is counter-only, no traditional table service. Would Matthew McConaughey or Reese Witherspoon dropping plates off elevate the experience? Sure. But Ron wouldn't have it any other way, and honestly, neither would I after eating here. If I lived within 45 minutes of downtown Denver, this would be my destination breakfast. As it is, I'm a 12 hour drive away, and if it were only 11, perhaps I'd go tomorrow. The real downside? The food was so good I completely forgot to take a picture.

Service was quick to take the order, refill water and clear out empty plates/steamer baskest. The dishes coming out of the kitchen was at a more erratic pace, but it's all about the food. Mapo tofu was good, with a light slick of chili oil. The flavors were spot on with little chunks of fermented salted broad beans. The heat was also moderate, but it did have a kick as you were eating it. That signature mala numbing spiciness started building, but not hot enough for my palate. Green beans were also nice and tender. Sometimes when they come out the fryer, the skin can be a little leathery, but wasn't present here. BBQ Buns were very soft and tender, loaded with BBQ pork. The shao mai had a nice bouncy texture and cooked well. Shrimp Lo Mein had the flavors of the Chinese American classic, it looks like the noodles were hand made too. Only miss was the shrimp dumplings. They were too close to each other and they stuck together. The wrapper was also overcooked, but somehow the shrimp was not. Nearly impossible to pickup with chopsticks, because the wrapped just fell apart, even with a delicate touch. Worth a stop and probably tastiest Chinese food in the neighborhood. It was getting crowded and there was a wait by the time we left. However it was Denver restaurant week, so not sure how it usually is during the week.

There's a good selection of baked goods and pastries, a wide selection of coffee drinks, a cooler with an interesting variety of sodas and healthy drinks, plus cocktails, wine, and beer. There are some breakfast plates, salads, soup, and sandwiches. There were a number of discrepancies between the Web site and the current offerings. That's always disappointing and leads me to think management is not on top of operations. A number of basic items were also unavailable. My girlfriend tried the Curry Bird which is curried chicken and turkey salad with sultanas, celery, red onion, and lettuce on a house-made croissant. She loved it and ate up every bite. I did not fare so well with my Woody Wood: house-roasted turkey, bacon, smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, cranberry relish, and tarragon aioli on ciabatta. That certainly sounds delicious. It was not. I don't like sandwiches that are served on totally dry bread and that was this. Not a hint of cranberry relish or tarragon aioli, much less butter, mayo, mustard, oil or anything else. The ciabatta was delicious, but dry as the Sahara. The staff was able to provide some mayo packets and that helped a bit. The turkey was dry and tasteless. House-roasted? Maybe by Hormel or Sysco. I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. "Smashed Avocado" is not the same as unseasoned guacamole that has been sitting out for far too long. To top it off, an unripe tomato and some sort of cheese that was certainly not Emmental. A very basic, ordinary supermarket sandwich, despite the good bread. Not what I expected. This is not the Olive & Finch I remember. Management has really dropped the ball.
