The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. The service is quick and efficient...the servers stops by often to replenish your water and drops off napkins extra napkins without being asked. Love the service.
