S-02 Grilled Ribeye Steak with Garlic Noodles

Pho4U was a pleasant surprise. I ordered via GrubHub and the order was prepared and ready for pickup within 10 minutes. I ordered the Lomo Shaken Beef w/ garlic noodles and the Ribeye with Garlic Noodles. The Lomo Shaken Beef was definitely a standout with tender beef slices, garlic noodles, and fries paired with the house sauce. I would definitely recommend it and would come back for it again. For the garlic noodles, the garlic was cooked perfectly, and the noodles had a delicious buttery garlic flavor. The ribeye with garlic noodles dish is also tasty, with the ribeye being placed on top of a bed of garlic noodles. The only thing I would say is that the ribeye is very thin, so if you're a protein lover you may want to opt for the Shaken Beef too.

This place is definitely worth a visit, although they are still finding their way as a replacement pho and more Asian fusion restaurant. Their menu is like a Cheesecake Factory booklet, so that is always concerning as you don't really know if you'll get consistent flavors and quality for the sheer amount of menu items offered. The younger server was polite but not as intuitive. We ordered goi cuon thit nuong (grilled pork spring rolls) and also bo luc lac to share, plus P05 waygu pho for our third person. No extra plates were brought out except when we finally got up to ask, and we were the only table there at 12noon on a Saturday. Also, our party included two non-Asians but no offering of forks. Again, we had to ask for them. The above is feedback so you can work out the service kinks, because the food itself was delicious. My out of state friend was super happy with his waygu pho and my usually chicken only friend enjoyed the filet mignon tenderness of the bo luc lac, and the super sauce absorbed by the French fries, but still remained crispy on the outside. I have already told a few friends to give this place a try. They're all Caucasian foodies so please take heed of the service and paying attention to your customer demographic. It will go a long way to make you stand out!! You already do in my eyes.

First time here to this location. The food here is very flavorful. We ordered the Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls for and appetizer. The Beef Pho was very flavorful and the meat was lean with not alot of fat. Inside has plenty of seating for small and larger parties. The service was a bit slow considering there were only a few other guest there. It took a bit long to get the waiter to come back to our table to get some water and the check. Other than that. I would definitely come back to this location to try something else on the menu.

I thought the pho was better than the previous Soup and Noodle. We ordered the P1 and P2. My combo was FANTASTIC!! Had a lot of good sized goodies especially the tendon, wow!!! Broth was on point, one size which was large. IMO this place is not tiny like the "other pho places" and the ceilings are high, and not crowded. So if course I'd say skip "Pho Oh Tasty", and try Pho4U all the way!!!!!

I consider myself a Pho snob and didn't have high hopes or much expectations in any Pho restaurants outside of Westminster or Garden Grove. This place surprised and impressed me with their flavors! The broth is deeply herbaceous and beefy. I knew it would be authentic based on the smell and the fact that they serve tripe and tendon. Definitely ask for the vinegar onions on the side. I'm happy to have given this place a try. Will be back

We came into Pho 4U on a Friday night since many other options were super busy. This building used to be a restaurant that did garlic noodles, so I'm not sure if it's just rebranded or under new ownership, but I believe the menu has changed at least somewhat. The interior is clean but not the nicest. We were sat down quickly and we ordered their Lomo Saltado with garlic noodles, a combination Pho, and a spicy wonton appetizer. Spicy wontons were like those you would find at a Chinese restaurant, but were lacking in flavor. I probably wouldn't get it again. Their pho was decent, but the portion of noodles was very small and the broth tasted quite artificial, but still enjoyable. The real saving grace of the meal was the garlic noodle dish, which is something I'm not even typically the biggest fan of. The fries in the Lomo Saltado were fresh and crispy while still being glazed in the sauce of the stir fry, filet mignon was very tender and flavorful, and the garlic noodles went well as a side. Their herb sauce could have done with a bit more herbs and being a little bit less creamy though - it kind of ate like a ranch. If I came back, it would probably be for this dish only.

The finger foods was Asian‑inspired, with flavors like black sesame, curry, and other creative twists that made each bite feel unique. Every piece was thoughtfully made, rich, and decadent without feeling repetitive, and the presentation was beautiful across the board. It definitely felt like a more elevated, modern take on afternoon tea. The tea itself, however, fell a bit short for me. I ordered a non‑caffeinated chrysanthemum tea, which unfortunately didn't have much depth or flavor. My friend's Darjeeling was better, but still not as rich or complex as I've had elsewhere. Given how strong the Asian inspiration is in the food, it would've been nice to see more thoughtful decaf tea options in that same direction, like decaf sencha, barley tea, or kuromamecha, to better match the concept. Price: The afternoon tea service is prix fixe at around $45 per person, which includes a curated set of savory bites, desserts, and a pot of tea. For the quality and creativity of the food, the price feels pretty reasonable compared to other OC tea services, though the tea itself didn't quite meet the same level as the food. Ambiance: The space is bright, warm, and inviting, with a nice amount of natural sunlight coming in that makes it feel cozy rather than stuffy. There are subtle Asian design elements woven into the décor, giving it a modern, slightly upscale feel without being overly formal. It's a great spot to catch up with friends and linger over tea. Service: Service was good, friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Even during a busy service, staff remained kind and approachable, which added to the overall relaxed vibe. Parking: Parking can take a bit of effort. Since it's located on a busy street in Orange, you may need to circle around the roundabout or park a little farther away and walk over. Not impossible, but definitely something to plan for, especially on weekends.

I stopped by for an early dinner on my way back to San Diego last weekend. My friend and I each got the bulgogi garlic noodles (I added the egg but for $2.50 not sure it added a lot of flavor or value to the dish), shared the wings and an order fries. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee on the cashier's recommendation--good suggestion, nice flavor without an overpowering amount of sugar. The wings were fantastic. Fries were fair, good portions and flavorful. I liked the noodles but weren't blown away. Everything was very soft, not a lot of textural change. The portion was generous with lots of bulgogi beef. The service was great--friendly and responsive. They have a small lot which was fine at 530pm on Sunday but probably problematic at lunch or normal dinner hours. My one complain was dirty dining room. Maybe it was just after the lunch rush, but the tables and floor could have used some wiping and the trash cans were full. Nice easy meal stop off the freeway at Orange.

When asked for menu, the server said sorry it's bc they don't have alot of menu books available but proceeded to give me 3 out of like 10 that I see they have. So they obviously had some! There were only 3 tables that had customers. After that taking the menus, we were again not attended to for 20-30minutes, noone brought us water or ever asked if we were ready. We had to flag them, once again. They were at least 3 servers so it's not like they were short of help when there's only 3 tables full at the time. It's like they were ignoring us. We proceeded to order 9 dishes that took awhile to come out. Only 1 dish came out which was the walnut shrimp and then more came out 15minutes later. How do they expect our big party to start eating with just 1 dish. We also had to wait literally 30minutes with nothing to eat for 3 dishes at the end when we finished everything else already. We had to ask about it 3 times. They need better timing in everything.... I noticed a couple tables having the same problems. As for the food, it was alright. The honey walnut shrimp and fried salted pepper shrimp was not crispy. The peking duck was actually great, one of the best. But it is not worth their service & other foods.. There are tons of chinese food options out there, we will not be coming back here. 2il
