I was so hungry before my coaching meeting and this restaurant is the closest to my yoga studio. In fact, it's the only one. However, my experience was such a mixed. Pho 24 is located in the same strip mall as CorePower Yoga Winchester. Free parking is readily available though they have to compete with yoga goers and mark some parking spots for their own business. My first impression stepping inside the store was messiness. I could see a half eaten bowl of Pho on a messy table which was filled with random stuff like used plastic bags, partially plucked vegetables and unidentifiable things. The table in front of it had a bottle of cleaning liquid and a crumbled dirty towel. These tables are right in plain view when you walked in. I understand that they were understaffed and there was only one server. But the restaurant was not even busy. There were only 2 other customers in the store besides me. I was pointed to a table and offered water. The server quickly took my order which included a pork and shrimp spring roll and a house special Pho. My food took decent amount of time to come out. The spring roll was of good portion and cut into half which I liked. The peanut-hoisin dipping sauce was a bit salty to my taste. The house special Pho was on the same level as the spring roll. Average and a bit disappointing. The soup was great but the meats and the noodle tasted old. Their rare beef was cut a bit too thick and became chewy in the hot soup. The tendons have a very weird taste (like spoiled) that I became suspicious and had to spit it out. Perhaps as a Vietnamese, I have higher standards for my Pho and traditional Vietnamese food. I can see these food passed as okay for non-Vietnamese customers. The server was friendly and attentive at least. The inside was spacious and brights with natural lights coming through those floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, not the best Vietnamese restaurant in town but passable if you're craving Vietnamese food and needs something quick and convenient.

The food is decent, but the server adds tips, service fees, and double charge on items without costumer consent ! Please check your receipt !!!!!! The server is a scammer and cash's the money. She asked if we wanted receipt and we said yes and the price went down significantly.

On a cold, dark, rainy night...that's how stories start that usually have less than optimal endings. This is the exception! It was this beginning when I was also less than optimally cold & hungry that led me to this establishment after a long work day. A very polite young man was kind enough to allow me to order at 12 minutes before closing. I do not usually ask a restaurant to go to that inconvenience near closing & told him I absolutely understood if he said no. Not only did he say yes, but said I could sit & eat til the 2 other tables of folks dining in decided to leave. So I did that. & I'm happy to report delicious filet mignon Pho, a tidy, well kept little restaurant, & exceptional customer service! I highly recommend you change your cold, dark, rainy story into a delicious pleasant outcome ending by visiting this great family run establishment! Happy dining!!

We have been eating at and ordering from Pho 24 for YEARS. Recently we noticed a change in the amount of meat provided in the soup. At first, we understood that they might be trying to cut costs - and previous amounts of meat could not be consumed because there was so much per serving. We continued to order. In our last 2 orders, the meat portion was less than a quarter of what it's been previously. As a loyal customer, we are now going to explore other places for our weekly Pho Fix. It's disappointing. Bring back the meat!!

I love the beef and grilled onion vermicelli and order it often via DoorDash. The beef is really flavorful and the onions add to the great taste. They give large portions. The only thing I don't like is the fish oil that comes with it-- it's way too spicy. The one time I ordered spring rolls they didn't include the peanut sauce, so I didn't eat them and haven't ordered them again.

I go there often since we live really close. Open till 10:30pm helps us for late dinner. We already tried so many different dishes. Today we had Vietnamese Pork sandwich and Beef stew with Rice noodle. Both good. Then I take out Grilled Shrimp, Pork and Egg-roll Combo with Rice. I had this dish with Vermicelli before, so I know this should be good too.

The mam tom had a strong flavor (as expected), but it was balanced well and tasted authentic. We also ordered the cha ca La Vong, which came out sizzling and fragrant with plenty of dill and turmeric flavor. Mixing it with the noodles, herbs, and peanuts made for a great combination of textures and flavors. Portions were generous, service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly even though the restaurant was busy. It's not always easy to find Vietnamese dishes like these done well in the South Bay, so I was happy to find a spot that delivers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). It comes out on a sizzling plate so you have to let it cook a bit to render the onions and dill to get that perfect texture. The sauce might be a bit fishy to some, but it's what ties the bite together! It's def an acquired taste, but if you are open to trying new things, please come try this speciality dish. Tip: on Wednesdays, this dish is only $28, whereas the OG price is around $36. The fried rice here was surprisingly super flavorful! You can taste the separate grains (which is when you know the cook on the rice is good) and the salt levels were top tier. I would come back and get this togo if I was too lazy to create my own food with the spring rolls. Overall, you are here for the food, not the service and decor. If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. I wish I had the stomach capacity to try more of their dishes at once, and I 100% recommend that anyone give this place a shot.

I noticed cobwebs that appeared to have been hanging in place for a long time, along with dirt and grime collecting in corners throughout the dining room. Even the menus felt sticky, with a visible film of grease and small food particles still clinging to them. The faded print and worn condition made them look as though they hadn't been replaced in years. Those details created an impression of neglect that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. With a thorough deep cleaning and some updated menus, this restaurant could create a much more welcoming dining experience.
