They created numbered spaces to park right in front of the store, you call to let them know you have arrived and what space you are in and an employee brings out your order and loads it in your car. When I finally got it back there was no change - the issue was still present - but it was now missing a part! He's since promised to order me a replacement part, but guess what? He hasn't called me back on it and every time I check in it's as if he's never heard of the situation. I have zero faith he's ever going to get me that part. Run away from this guy. I can't recall ever having such a bad experience as a customer.

Had our house built this past year and our builder purchased multiple items from Parr. We had some…read morewindows and custom solid wood doors bought through Parr. Sadly some windows have problems and several doors arrived badly warped (solid wood doors and ones with glass). One would think Parr would stand behind their products they sell. It has been over 9 MONTHS and we are still waiting for doors from Parr. We even gave up on a few doors that were warped but still have 3 we are waiting to be delivered. It takes months for a rep to come look at the problem doors/windows yet that have been paid. I would NOT recommended doing business with Parr.

We were creating a Bald Eagle sculpture in flight from a Ponderosa that we had to remove due to beetle blight. Vance coordinated on site with the tree removal company the height to leave as a stump. When the dead part of the tree was removed, Vance and Jay started the project on the appointed date, and we left on vacation. We received daily updates with photos. When we returned from vacation the project was complete and the area surround the project was clean. All our neighbors were as impressed with the project as we were. We've had people stop and comment on the sculpture and the craftsmanship creating it. If we have to take another tree down, we'll have The Whittle Shop create another sculpture.

He built an enclosure to keep much of the carving debris localized. He was in constant communication with us as to when he would arrive each day and if he was going to be late, would let us know. Very few contractors seem to do that today! He also carved an adorable bear for a log post on the front deck - a welcome addition. Since most of our job was indoors, he was very conscious of the disruption to our daily lives and home and worked quickly and efficiently, as much as his artistic senses would allow! Would not recommend this company... we brought our laptop here because the screen broke and they…read morecharged us for a new camera, cooling fans, screen, processor, etc... and it still DOES NOT WORK!!! On top of this, the owner or manager of the company offered to put a used processor out of his own personal computer that is several years old into our computer... And to complete my great service with this company, the screen is still broken and the cooling fans were never actually replaced, it still has the old fans inside it after taking the laptop apart myself. Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more.
