The prices in the Bend and Redmond stores are outrageous. I would not have such heartburn about paying it is the average worker was making a living wage, however they do not! Even the store managers only earn about $25 an hour while the CEO earns $705700 annually. The majority of the products they sell are donated yet they are pricing products so high. I see prices on jeans over$20 a pair! Shoes that are used that were $25 to $50! Goodwill! Do better! read more

Redmond Goodwill rocks with location and friendly, helpful employees. Today, 6/15/25, when I visited, they had replaced all of the normal size shopping carts with a "Barbie'size" cart. They are not big enough for a mother to even put her baby carrier inside the cart. If corporate insists on having these small carts, can we have a 50/50 distribution with the larger carts as well? I have shopped at Goodwill's all around the world and this Redmond location is in the top three. Very friendly staff and incredible clothes vintage, anything you need you will find. I have found Pendleton and Gucci and all sorts of very high-end clothing there. If you are crossing through town highly suggest making a stop at this goodwill. If you are a local, then you probably already know how great that one is! read more

This is THE cleanest Goodwill I have been to. I do not mind the messy ones either but it's a shock to see one this organized. One and only complaint is a very small toy section but not every location is going to be overflowing with toys for me to dig through (and the toy section seemed to be the least organized but again, that's okay I don't mind digging) Lots of clothes and shoes as always, but a good book selection and other knick knack sections. I found some small storage boxes (like for rocks, shells, stationary stuff, etc) for super cheap so I was happy with my visit! Not the largest Goodwill either, but I'd stop again if in the area. read more

It's goodwill! This is a place we have all come to know. I have to say, this location might be my favorite. They seem to have the most inventory and the best quality of goods. Especially in central Oregon! It's like books galore here!!! If you like to read then I would suggest this spot! Bottom line--- if you're into thrift stores, than add it to the list! read more

I am sincerely quite empathetic with people in customer service today as we, the general public, seem to be getting harder to deal with....But I have to say the treatment of the manager, Tamara, tonight was abysmal. I had tried to reach out to a person on Facebook that had a leather loveseat and chair listed in Sisters. We did not connect in time and I was told they took the pieces to the Goodwill in Redmond. I am tied to my home most days due to medical procedures we do in home and it limits my time that I might spend shopping etc...Not anyone's fault, just the way things are for us. I went into Goodwill this evening and approached the woman at the second "check out" station to ask if the couch would have been processed today or might it still be in back. I had gone to look for it. She was polite and said I would need to ask Tammy, who I found out later was the manager and working with the other employee on the other register. I waited. Tammy or Tamara addressed me and said it might be in the back or might have gotten processed and sold. Now I have always lived in huge cities and keep in mind Redmond is not that big, nor is this facility. I asked if there was a way I could find out or ask???????? She said no they didn't do that. Again we are talking about a couch. It's not as if it could be hidden. I asked her for her name and she informed me she was Tamara the manager. I left and I wasn't happy. I cooled down a bit and called her to ask why she couldn't have looked? I wasn't nasty and I guess I wanted to know if she was just tired after a long day or what? She told me she was sorry but they couldn't shop for customers.....I am still in disbelief. I told her if that was her sincere explanation that she was quite a piece of work and truly should get out of any customer service. She then told me I had interrupted her and their customers that were at each check out, which was not true, I was the only one at the second check point, and her employee drew her in not I, I didn't know who she was. Bottom line for me. I won't go there anymore with donations if this is their example of "Goodwill" and the pun is intended. Tamara, perhpas you are more suited for working with machines. read more

This is one HUGE thrift store. There is soooooo much stuff, my brain went into sensory overload an hour into my visit! For its size, the store is clean and well-organized. Things are a bit pricey, but bargains can be had with some patience and a visit on the correct tag color days. All in all, this is a good thrift store and worth a visit. read more

I have been to many many Goodwills in California and Washington and this one is amazing! So many great deals on name brand clothes and there were lots of items on the 50% off for the day sale. The staff were all very kind and even though they were short staffed and the check out computers went down they were still friendly. I had an absolutely wonderful shopping experience and will definitely recommend this location and return. read more

Worst second hand store.. I enjoy going the thrift stores, but I'm not sure it's possible to have a good experience here. Overpriced to say the least.. they don't mind saving a buck by exploiting disabled folks, but try leaving through the rope maze to the exit without buying and you will find out what it's like to be a shoplifter.. nothing like being stared down, after a literal shakedown you get when you use the dressing rooms. Better thrift stores than this are easy to come by... nope, nope, nope.. read more

They have SO much stuff, and nice stuff that it is difficult to see it all. Their prices are high for second hand but sometimes I do find things that seem to be worth the price. Each day they have a different 50% off color and that is when you get some good bargains. read more

Goodwill in Redmond is the nicest Goodwill I have ever visited. I usually go "on a mission" and succeed in finding exactly what I am pursuing, often with the color code that allows an additional 50% off. I do not find the prices high at all. I think the staff is super-friendly, and helpful, and they do a great job with order and cleanliness. read more

Outstanding thrift store. Clothing prices are higher than most thrift stores, but worth it as they do not put out poor quality stuff. Brand names in abundance in men's, women's and children's sections. Huge shoe department. Good seasonal merchandise, especially Halloween and Christmas. Most merchandise far superior to Bend. read more
