First of all yes, it's tight inside and the location has less than perfect parking and the building is not pleasing to look at. But, it's thrift store raising money for hospice. If you want luxurious thrift store shopping go to Goodwill where your money goes to paying top dollar for beautiful retail space and six digit CEO salaries. With that said, I was able to find the best prices for kitchen basics when my moving truck didn't show up. They charged $1 a pound. I paid only $8 for quite a lot of quality items. Also, needed clothes to start a job and found some very nice and a few brand new items. Blouses are only $4, sweaters are $6 or $8. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also have a 7 day return policy if tags are left on and you have receipt. Another bonus they are open on Sunday if you only have weekends to shop. read more

This is a great store and you can get deals but, beware it's easy to forget your credit card from there machines. It's happened. Several times to me, the clerk doesn't remind you to take your card/no beep etc. So I go back 10 mins later and I get my card back and then later in the evening I am getting the auto receipt and someone else's purchase was put on my card!!!! It's cramped, it's jumbled, and stuffed, and you can buy good stuff for $1 per pound. EVERYTHING a thrift store should be. I got lots of lamps and parts that I can use to restore and create vintage lighting by the pound. If you are some snobby Gucci chick then stay away. If you are a real picker you can find some treasures and help a good cause. read more

This place was the old style thrift store that I love. Tons of stuff, particularly clothes and decor. Everything is well marked and most is fairly priced (a few things are high and one item I would have bought had it not smelled like it just came off of someone who had worked out 5 minutes earlier). I did get several things and am very happy with them. Everyone I came with also found stuff. The shoes were a weak point (both selection and condition) compared to everything else. I would really like to support this store but both the interior and exterior are like an episode of Hoarders. The inside is cramped impossible to navigate, especially if there's more than four people in there, and it's crammed to the gills with, well, crap. The outside looks like a hobo camp and not in a good way. The don't have the space to process the dozens of shower chairs and walkers that just sit out in the weather until they're reduced to garbage. Overall this is in my top two favorite thrift stores in Central Oregon. It's packed to the gills with junk. Useful junk, useless junk, treasures, things that you need but other thrift stores throw out, many things at great prices. Some things are a little high but I don't buy that stuff. I used to buy loads of kids books to help fill libraries of nieces and nephews but they raised the prices on those. The timing was such that their libraries were adequately filled so I haven't bought any for a while. The prices were good enough that I'd buy a ton, let the kids pick what they wanted then I'd donate the rest. Then moms were happy that they didn't have too many. If you're looking for a boutique thrift store, go elsewhere. If you love a treasure hunt, this is awesome. Parking is a challenge, I often park on 4th or 5th street instead of in the parking lot. It is not wheelchair accessible. The best part is that this benefits Hospice. That's a great organization that helps individuals with end of life care, they also provide support for the families and caregivers. This was priceless to my family, my grandfather wanted to be home, the hospital/rehab wanted him to stay. He basically gave up. Hospice helped me jump through all the hospital hoops to get him home the same day. He went on to live his last two weeks at home surrounded by his loved ones. Without hospice, he wouldn't have survived that day. read more

I CANNOT WAIT to get my grubby little hands all through this place. The hater reviews are correct--it's cramped, it's packed, and it's full of a lot of useless stuff no one wanted. But it is MY little crow's nest of shinies just waiting to be pillaged through. On my first trip there, I was on the hunt for two well-made, warm puffer jackets in good shape. I'm going to just come out and say it, this place is a dump. Flat out dump. I'm not saying there aren't some treasures to be had, that the prices aren't good. I'm saying this place is a dirty mess. I don't know what to make of it. I have been in here several times for a variety of reasons. I'm not afraid of hunting for what I want, I'm not afraid of a little clutter, dirt, etc. I love the world of used and consignment. I just can't do this place. I do think it's important to point on the positives. Here it is, the people here are nice. That said, you pull into the parking lot and it looks like you have just pulled into the dump. I guess these are donations that have yet to be processed, strewn everywhere in the parking lot. Plus a large container that has a ton of stuff in it that they must lock up at night. What they do with all the stuff in the parking lot at night is a mystery. Then head inside and it's pack, hard to move, packed racks, etc. Tons of clothing and housewares. I did not see any furniture. I'm not sure if I will be back. I will head to the other thrift shops in town before stopping in here when I'm on the hunt for something. If you are heading this way be prepared to work for what you want. Be brave, move stuff around, look under things, hunt, search, scavenge, etc. and you may just find what you are looking for. read more

Let me start by saying there are some good finds and good prices here. If you are someone who is into deep treasure hunting, this might be the place for you. However . . . they ought to put a sign up that says "World's Largest Junk Drawer" out front. Upon walking in, I was immediately struck by how much stuff is crammed into every nook and cranny in the place. At first, it was kind of fun to poke around and see what I could unearth. But, after about 20 minutes of looking around, I felt like an archeologist on a dig. Once I left the main part of the store, I almost felt like I should drop breadcrumbs in case I got lost. When I got to the very back of the store, there were two employees sorting through some of the merchandise. One was talking about how she didn't want to deal with anybody that day, and the other was talking about making a Starbucks run. When I asked about finding a particular item, it was almost as if I was interrupting a discussion about astrophysics and wasn't qualified to participate. By the end of my visit, I did find a couple of great deals. But, the effort it took, coupled with how standoffish the workers were, made me not want to come back. To summarize, if you are up for a great challenge, like to explore alone, and don't mind clutter, this is the place for you. read more

Forget the haters above and below this place is the tits. We entered a few days before Halloween to find a delightful holiday bustle and quaint ambiance. If you thrift for the thrill there are treasures to be found. If you thrift to get by the prices are low with flat rates on clothes (i.e. $4 for any men's shirt). But watch out for the gnarly speed bump in the parking lot. Any normal car will bottom out for sure! read more

You can find some great things at this thrift store, but you have to be able to dig. My biggest complaint is that you can't fit a stroller through, and forget about it if you need to use a walker or wheelchair. Another issue is parking. If you can't get a space, (which is often the case) then you have to park pretty far away, through an alley and out on the street which isn't easy or safe if you're toting young kids and carrying stuff to your car. read more

I absolutely love this thrift store and often frequent it usually the service is spot on and the prices are very reasonable unfortunately today the girl at the counter was very rude and off putting and I was quiet surprised when she decided she was going to close early because it was "slow" she didn't even let the few shoppers know she was closing this was about 5:15 and the sign on the door said 6:00 she even was short with me and checked me out in a very hasty manner not offering a bag or anything it was like she was offended that I was still in the store 45min until close even though no word was given about the upcoming closing I was really caught off guard and bothered by this her mannerisms were awful and her customer service was lacking to the highest extent read more

Not a bad store. Michael mentioned it best in that you feel just how much they shoved inside once you walk in. A ton of stuff, and it's everywhere. This is an okay thrift store. I've bought a few things here, but you have to sort through A LOT of junk to find anything good. There is just so much stuff crammed into a small place that it can get a little claustrophobic. This store is a lot smaller than some of the other thrift stores in the area. They have dressing rooms, which is always a plus for me in thrift stores. The prices are okay, however I find some of the clothes and shoes a little overpriced.
