The manager told me they had a 7 day return policy for everything so I wouldn't have to worry if the raft i bought had holes or didn't hold air. I bought it and brought it home only to find it had too many holes to be worth dealing with. So I brought it back on the seventh day and was told they couldn't do cash back on things without a tag, told them it wasn't sold with a tag, they then changed it to well anything over 20 is store credit only, okay nobody told me that and it isn't posted anywhere, then they change it to well actually the policy says exchange only and then point to a tiny 8x11 sign written in sharpie and hidden behind a bucket on their processing table. I moved the bucket and read that it says in tiny writing that it's store credit only and then in even smaller writing it says that store credit expires in 1 year. So now I'm even more upset because I don't live in bend and I won't be able to use a store credit within a year and I tell them such. They then completely shut it down and tell me I can leave my name and number for the owner. Still haven't received a call. Clearly just gonna blow me off. I would never recommend this thrift store. Complete shady business and deceptive practices. Save your money for Habitat for Humanity, they stand by their sales.

If you want luxurious thrift store shopping go to Goodwill where your money goes to paying top dollar for beautiful retail space and six digit CEO salaries. With that said, I was able to find the best prices for kitchen basics when my moving truck didn't show up. They charged $1 a pound. I paid only $8 for quite a lot of quality items. Also, needed clothes to start a job and found some very nice and a few brand new items. Blouses are only $4, sweaters are $6 or $8. The staff was helpful and friendly. They also have a 7 day return policy if tags are left on and you have receipt. Another bonus they are open on Sunday if you only have weekends to shop.

The next day I got notified they posted on instagram photos of us from their security camera claiming we stole from them and other stores in the summer. Shasta, the owner was such a sweetheart, and had the best energy. The shop is very cozy and has a smaller selection, but a very unique collection. I highly recommend making a stop in here and picking up some thing to take home. I've picked out a pair of vintage black cowgirl boots, and a white gauze top that are perfect for my closet. We have businesses where we second hand as much as possible with regular turnover (we do not sell the products, we use them). In the past we spent so much at this store that one time the person ringing us up commented about it. They saw something in the system (connected to our phone number) about our total spent YTD and their eyes got wide, so we explained what we do for our business and that what they could see was just for their location. What I am saying is... we have a pulse on what is a good and fair price for these sort of things. I looked at a couch not to long ago at this location. It was half off. The price was still, with the discount, over $1600. When you pay 0% for your inventory you should not be charging consignment prices. Full stop. It is a poor business choice. The idea is to turn over the inventory because more is coming while passing on a lovely savings to your customers. Not hang on to it while it collects dust because you've out priced the new items being manufactured. Know your customer base and price accordingly. We have left empty handed from this store every single visit this year (2026) because the prices have skyrocketed. For reference, we were looking for a washer and dryer...found one brand new at Lowe's cheaper than this Restore had (used no less). That is why I am writing this review. If the free inventory you receive is higher priced than the brand new inventory from the original store...well...here's your sign. So, we will likely have to drop this store from our rotation because time is precious and we cannot waste trips when we could find a better resource to take its place. That's just how it goes, I guess, but it saddens us because we like to support good causes and keep things out of the dump.

We have tried twice now to donate items to the Redmond Habitat store. Twice now they have turned…read moreaway our items, being rude both times. The second time I rang the bell as it says to do for an attendant. A man came out of the office yelling, "Who rang the bell!". He saw me standing behind the fence and very rudely said, "We're closed to donations because we're having computer issues". Stunned I said to my husband How should computer issues affect excepting donations? He told me to get in the vehicle that we were done with Habitat. It breaks my heart because I have always donated to good community causes. We gave our donations to Goodwill who accepted them with a smile and a Thank you.

I had an unbelievably frustrating experience at this consignment shop, and I would strongly caution…read moreanyone considering doing business here. This wasn't even my first red flag. I previously tried consigning at their other location in town and was told they were booked out months in advance--and that I'd need to log on the moment appointments opened just to secure a spot. That level of rigidity for a consignment shop is absurd and should have been my warning sign. I decided to try their other location and am equally appalled. Similarly, I had to make an appointment just to consign items. Then I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate an assigned appointment to pick up unsold items, which was not chosen by me but instead just delegated to me. I showed up on time, only to be met with dismissive, flippant indifference from staff. Despite having a scheduled appointment to collect unsold items, I was told I couldn't consign additional items during that appointment--but could come back later (literally 45 minutes later) to do so with NO ONE else in the shop. I was also told I could come back yet again, in a different visit, to pick up a check for my sold items. How many separate trips am I expected to make for one transaction? Their entire process is wildly inefficient and completely disrespectful of customers' time. You're limited in how many items you can bring, the drop-off windows are narrow and rigid, and even if your items are in-season and in great condition, they can still be rejected based on their inventory. And after spending hours of my life arranged around their schedule, the payout is a complete joke. I was told I'd be receiving $38 total despite consigning multiple items, including a Michael Kors purse, with zero transparency around how that number was calculated. When I asked for an itemized breakdown, they had to log into yet another system and told me they'd send a link so that I could jump through yet more hoops to learn what each item sold for. Unsurprisingly, that link never came. To make matters worse, they couldn't even issue a check on the spot and instead claimed it would be mailed. That was four weeks ago--I still haven't received anything. So after rearranging my schedule, making multiple unnecessary trips, and dealing with their disorganized process and rude staff, I have exactly zero dollars to show for it. Between the lack of organization, constant "we need to log into another system" excuses, restrictive and inconvenient policies, and the irreverent staff, this business operates in a way that feels intentionally opaque and financially unfair to its customers. Bend is absolutely due for an ethical, flexible consignment shop that actually values its customers--because this place clearly does not. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this shop with their items.

I got my absolute favorite pair of Frye boots here last winter and they were perfectly broken in but not creepy used shoes at all. The prices are not dirt cheap like you would find in a thrift store but Angela curates the items very well. If you are someone who does not enjoy riflingh through racks and racks of tons of clothes, this place is for you. Some people have mentioned that prices are higher than they expect, but let;s be honest, most of the in person shopping in Bend is from fast fashion brands where cheap clothes mean destroying the environment as well as child labor. The vibe is also great and they make it easy to try stuff on and always gove me good advice on what looks good. I love their local items as well, like jewelry and candles, etc.

So many options from every day to western wear. $5 jeans rack was a hit; finding an extremely comfortable pair! We were excited to see a "dogs welcome" sign and our well behaved Daisy was adored and treated kindly. We took our time shopping and are excited to return to see not only what we might have missed but to see what else they're offering during other seasons.
