Bought a rc car from him. Literally ran for 20 minutes and then stopped working. Took car to him…read moreand he claimed it was because I did not read instructions. And then proceeded to tell me first that I ran my battery down to 3% and then changed it to 20%. Meaning I could not use battery anymore. He put an extended life battery in car and then proceeded to have problems shutting car down with power button. Brought home did not even run but was told to charge battery. Did so and went out to run it and found the steering was totally messed up. And still could not power down car without unhooking battery. Owner still told me it was my fault and then proceeded to take car apart. When I ask for my money back or exchange for new car he informed he would not do so. Then proceeded to tell me I had to return to company because that was said on box. When not found on box he told me it was in the instruction manual. Not in there either. Still would not return money and became very mean. Would not recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Only reason 4 VS 5 stars is need to resolve battery issue...and email bounced back from website Note to owner -we bought 2 Traxxas Maxxs from you yesterday, extra batteries, etc. We ended up having to come back and switch out batteries. 3 of the 4 batteries are the right ones ... the fourth is shorter and wider and makes it a hassle to switch out quickly. I have not used the battery. Can we please exchange it for one that is the same as the 3 longer/slimmer ones? I have tried to call the shop multiple times but nobody is answering (my guess is due to Governor's shut-down order). My friends was able to purchase some, but as soon as I wanted one they wouldn't let me. When my group left I was still not able to purchase the box I wanted. We are not in the same house hold like Chris and the blond cashier said was the rule. This is incredibly unprofessional as I am a customer paying for goods and services and was not able to. We will not be coming back to this store for any of our card playing activities! All this is thanks to rude Chris and the rude blonde cashier. Everyone of our friends who come into e4cards to play all card games will be hearing about this and will not be coming in anymore to play.
