It was very simple to order and they have so many different options. The following day, I went to pick up the order and it was very quick! Staff was friendly. The party tray was a HIT! Everyone absolutely loved how delicious the pretzels were and the dips were just as good! With the large party tray, you can choose 3 dips. Got the 5 regular pretzels for $5 and tax...they were amazing! Nicely salted too and great without any dip. The more you buy, the better the discount...great for parties too. Totally overbooked orders on Superbowl Sunday. My husband arrived 30 mis before our p/u time and waited over 90 mins past- when he finally got inside he was handed a cold tray of food. Manager said no refund, I have no need for another tray of this crap. Totally mis managed franchise, with awful customer service- they did not close to new orders making a bad situation worse- with no regard for their customer. Fantastic pretzels! I got the cinnamon sugar nuggets (I think they call it a shaker) and they definitely hit the spot for whenever you start to crave mall pretzels. Auntie Anne's is still probably my favorite, but these are a close second. It also looks like they cater events which is a fantastic idea for the Super Bowl party. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with this location. I ordered a tray of pretzels for a party that cost around $50. The party was cancelled the day before, so I called immediately and cancelled the tray. However my credit card was already charged. I called repeatedly to get the money refunded over the course of 3 weeks. They told me I had to give my credit card number over the phone which I was not comfortable with. I told them I was coming in at a certain time to process the refund. When I arrived, the door was locked and they weren't answering the phone. All of the lights were on. Called early in the morning for small party tray of rivets in Fourth if July (my first mistake) and scheduled a 1:30 pick up. On arrival store was packed with customers waiting for their orders, my order was not ready waited for an extra 15 minutes before asking how long until my order would be filled. I was told they didn't know. Waited another 10 minutes, order was still not ready. They said they were really busy and could not tell me how long. I asked for a refund as they already charged my credit card. They did not know how to refund me. The manager who was the only one in the store who knew how to operate the pretzel machine let the young staff member deal with all the complaints as she told me she didn't even want to be there. I understand your a new store, but if you can't handle the demand of your product then you should stop taking orders over the phone. I will not be back to this location! read more
