It seemed like they boiled the beef, carrots and broccoli together and dumbed some soy sauce over it. The sauce was runny, I had asked for extra sauce not watered down soy sauce. Flavor profile was completely missing from the dish. Beef wasn't marinated, fried or stir fried and then mixed with broccoli. It was only Boiled!!! No effort was actually applied into creating this dish. For my first Chinese meal in Canada I was definitely left feeling dissatisfied.
