The Cornish hen is the leg and the wing which may be hard to eat elegantly with a knife and fork. The Océane raclette bowl I found had more broccoli and cauliflower than seafood. There were small shrimp in there and topped with salmon pieces accompanied with a side of salad. It was tasty but very cheesy so I couldn't finish it all (take home). As for desserts, the chocolate dome was so tasty with the caramel and raspberries. Witness its glorious destruction by molten caramel sauce!
