When we first reached out, we were actually just considering getting our wall heater replaced, as it had a gas leak. Jeffrey came out to check out the system and gave us a quote the same day - he didn't push any additional services on us and the pricing and timeline was super reasonable. After some discussion, we decided it might be a better use of our time and money to just have a whole system installed, since it was something we were planning for the future anyway. Jeffrey came back out to create a plan and give us an updated quote, along with suggestions of what was/wasn't possible with our home structure. He and his team began their work within a few days of our quote - they spent about 2.5 weeks overall in the home and were incredibly efficient, respectful, and communicative throughout the whole process. There were a few unexpected surprises while cutting through the walls/ceilings that I could tell were frustrating, as it set them back and forced them to reroute, but they never complained and they just kept working through the issues. When they were finished, Jeffrey came back out to thoroughly check over the work that had been done and had his guys come out one last time to fix any tiny issues they had missed. Since the installation, he has continued to quickly respond to any questions we've had and will also come back in the Spring to properly turn on the air conditioning unit (the system was installed in the dead of winter). We really couldn't be happier with our system and are so happy we have an evenly heated home and no more window AC units!!

I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. I called everywhere, and the demand was too great for most places. However, Bob picked up right away, and while he was on the move he scheduled an appointment with us the next day. Jessy and Carlos showed up to the appointment, and they were total pros. Immediately pinpointed the issue, and cleaned both our AC units on top of the repair to prevent any further issues. They were also friendly and cool the entire time, despite crazy temperatures and it being the end of no doubt a long day for them. Jessy offered some advice on another HVAC question I had, and Carlos even helped my neighbor out with a stuck door--what a guy. Businesses like Super Heat make our neighborhood great. What I really appreciated was that as soon as I called, Marvin adjusted his next day's schedule and came out to my home and worked several hours, not leaving until he had thoroughly tested and verified that the problem was resolved. After tons of back and forth calls and texts between us and multiple achedulers, service managers, the sales guy, etc., we thought we were getting somewhere when we were told that it would be replaced, as it states they would on their website, but then we started getting the run around again. Great job at keeping your word, fellows. Class act family run business. They knocked some money off but the unit is still not working properly. Tons of service calls and still not working. Their own service guys are even telling us we should have it replaced as they don't know how to fix it. Maybe I'll change this review if Robbie himself gets a hold of me and replaces this piece of garbage, as I'm getting nowhere with the people I have spoken with about 100 times. So instead we had to pay a different HVAC technician to come and fix it on one of the coldest days this winter. We called multiple times and left many messages with no follow up. We understand it's busy and we need their help because we aren't hvac technicians ourselves - but this isn't how to treat customers. They wouldn't appreciate their friends and family being serviced this way, so why should we?
