Took it to San Felipe BC. First time in the sand. It was awesome. Also in the water. But tends to get really hot if it sinks in the sand. Lesson learned.

    Email promising refund payment

DO NOT buy from these people. They are liars and only care about making the sale. We ordered our G3 on June 12,2021. They required full payment of $4610 up front. Told us that it was made in the USA, there facility just down the street from where my husband's shop is located, whereas the prior iterations had many Chinese components. Promised it in August, which then became September, which then became a firm delivery date of October 12th. Yep, you guessed it, it was still not ready so we cancelled our order. Told them that if they treated us this shabbily on the front end, how could we have any trust on the back end. They offered us $500 refund to keep the sale which we declined. We were assured they would send our payment back to us. November 1st and no payment. Hey Shane, you have no honor and your word is worthless.

They went out of business and never serviced their fleet of sales. I think they grew too fast and forgot their customers.

Purchased a backup battery online in October 2023, no response in almost a year. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

I can no longer recommend global bikes with good faith. They have let me down twice this year…read more A few months ago, I called to schedule a bike fitting appointment. I had to wait a couple weeks for the appointment and right before, they called and canceled. This was super crappy since I had made the appointment due to extreme pain and numbness during riding and I really needed help. After they canceled, they never called to reschedule or follow up. This month, I reserved a bike rental on October 3. I needed the rental for a bike race coming up in November. About two weeks later, they canceled my reservation with no explanation via email. I responded to the email with the request to call me as soon as possible, but never heard back from them after several days. I had to call and found out that they had sold the bike I was going to rent and they have no other bikes available. Now, I am stuck in a lurch with no bike for an upcoming race. Flakes!!!!!

On a Tuesday, I called the Chandler location (spoke to Nick) and was quoted a "sale" price of $450 for a specific bicycle. When I arrived an hour later, Nick says that the price tag of $450 was a mistake. He refused to honor the price. Just a few days later, I found another bike listed on their website on "sale". I called the Ahwatukee location to confirm availability, only to be told by Thomas that the online price was incorrect and would not be honored. This happened twice in one week, at two different locations, with two different employees, and two different bikes. That's not a one-time error -- it's a pattern. Whether it's intentional or just sloppy, it feels like classic bait-and-switch behavior. I did end up purchasing a different bike from them out of necessity, but I absolutely would not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other bike shops that are more honest and reliable with their pricing. Shop elsewhere.

I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. Minus a star for a misleading statement.

While many may have standard experiences here, my recent dealings with Jessica, have involved gross negligence, unethical business practices, and a blatant disregard for their own contractual obligations. After three failed attempts to change a scooter tire--for which I was charged multiple labor fees (Over $110 with ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS)--the shop's mismanagement resulted in: Structural Damage: An employee (Sloan) used a crowbar on the folding mechanism, causing a stress fracture (immediate) and over time it spread, completely severing the folding neck lock and also breaking the neck tension locking wrench making the scooter inoperable and no possibility of repair. **WATER DAMAGE AND FIRE***: The scooter was stored outdoors on municipal property during heavy rain (not even on theor property) This caused a short circuit, resulting in smoke, fire damage, and total electronic failure to where the scooter was not at all operable or salvagable. Ultimately a new one was purchased. Contractual Breach: When I requested the contractually mandated mediation to resolve these damages ($5,048 in total), Jessica Archer stated on record via a recorded statement, unbeknownst to her, but allowable under Arizona Law, she can be heard saying to me on recording that she would not honor the mediation clause because " she is going to do whatever she wants because it's her contract , and she's not going to mediation with me or going to honor her contract" Furthermore, my attempt to resolve this in person resulted in being intimidated and threatened with physical removal by staff (Jessica ordered Nicholas when i informed her she has a legal obligation to abide by it). I have served a formal demand letter as of January 22, 2026. Be aware that their service contracts contain "binding arbitration" clauses that they themselves may refuse to honor as such is the case with me, which then allows you to petition Superior Court to forcefully make them abide by mediation or have trial by judge or jury. Proceed with extreme caution! Upon dropping off , the demand letter and employ told me that jessica no longer works there. I informed him that reality and the Corporation Commission of Arizona says otherwise as Jessica and Randi are owners and principal agents....and of course this lie to avoid was recorded as well. If my demand to be compensated $5048.75 is not met by 01/29/2026, the certified letter goes out in the mail from Superior court that im moving forward with A Compel to stay or arbitrate which forces them to mediate or have trial by jury or judge. UPDATE: After receiving the demand letter pictured, they offered me a $90 refund to correct their actions listed in the letter. I didn't accept their offer. I'm In the process of filing a civil suit in North Mesa Justice court under the presiding judge Honorable Kyle Jones.

This place is even better than Landis and wished I had known about them sooner!…read more I have a very old one gear bike that's been with me for a very long time and I have sentimental ties to it that I just cannot get rid of it, but also it's in good shape still to ride around. This bike had a flat tire and needed a tube exchange and also the seat was ripped up and needed a replacement. I came in here earlier this week to see if they could help with my needs and they went above and beyond and I cannot thank Dylan enough for his courteous, nice, professional and sweet customer service. Dylan from the get go was so nice to me and told me no problem to change out my flat tire. He also helped me pick a bike seat that would work for me. Initially, I choose a more comfy seat but changed my mind and called them the next day, and they said no problem to pick a sleeker bike seat. They are also very professional as my bike seat was chained to the frame (bought my bike in NYC - theft prevention) and they made sure I gave them permission to cut off the chain before proceeding with work. Dylan was very friendly and we chatted more about learning to fix a flat and he told me their shop does clinics and also rides and encouraged me to follow them on IG for activities. And when I paid for my service and replacements, he even offered to help me mount my bike to my bike rack, what a sweetheart and his mom did a good job raising him. I'll definitely be back here for my bike needs and while Landis is solid, this place is closer to me, so I might be coming here more often because of top notch service and convenience to where I am.
