I went there to install new crash guards and fix my sound system; I walked out spending almost $1,000 for items that were critical to my survival and the bikes...items that would have cost me much more if I waited any longer. They found things while installing the guard that needed to be changed. The air filter (an expensive part ANYWHERE) hadn't been changed in 16 years and was choking the bike, they showed me the once green now black filter, the brake fluid had never been flushed in 75,000 miles (21 years), the brake pads were worn down almost to the metal, (they showed me). My 2003 Goldwing looked new, so these were parts I never even thought about (I was always checking the oil and tires) - but I am GLAD they did! This was my 20-year anniversary for my bike and I am glad I made the decision to go to D&D because they did excellent work. They also went above and beyond by checking my speaker wire, making some changes so the back sounds better, and replacing some rubber washers complimentary. Purchasing and installing crash guards, repairing wiring on sound system, replacing air filer, checking battery connections, removing inside cardboard cover on rear speaker that was distorting the sound (sounds great now), replacing brake pads, and flushing out brake lines. I had to wait a couple weeks for the appointment and right before, they called and canceled. This was super crappy since I had made the appointment due to extreme pain and numbness during riding and I really needed help. After they canceled, they never called to reschedule or follow up. This month, I reserved a bike rental on October 3. I needed the rental for a bike race coming up in November. About two weeks later, they canceled my reservation with no explanation via email. I responded to the email with the request to call me as soon as possible, but never heard back from them after several days. I had to call and found out that they had sold the bike I was going to rent and they have no other bikes available. Now, I am stuck in a lurch with no bike for an upcoming race. Flakes!!!!!

When I arrived an hour later, Nick says that the price tag of $450 was a mistake. He refused to honor the price. Just a few days later, I found another bike listed on their website on "sale". I called the Ahwatukee location to confirm availability, only to be told by Thomas that the online price was incorrect and would not be honored. This happened twice in one week, at two different locations, with two different employees, and two different bikes. That's not a one-time error -- it's a pattern. Whether it's intentional or just sloppy, it feels like classic bait-and-switch behavior. I did end up purchasing a different bike from them out of necessity, but I absolutely would not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other bike shops that are more honest and reliable with their pricing. Shop elsewhere.

I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. Minus a star for a misleading statement.

This bike had a flat tire and needed a tube exchange and also the seat was ripped up and needed a replacement. I came in here earlier this week to see if they could help with my needs and they went above and beyond and I cannot thank Dylan enough for his courteous, nice, professional and sweet customer service. Dylan from the get go was so nice to me and told me no problem to change out my flat tire. He also helped me pick a bike seat that would work for me. Initially, I choose a more comfy seat but changed my mind and called them the next day, and they said no problem to pick a sleeker bike seat. They are also very professional as my bike seat was chained to the frame (bought my bike in NYC - theft prevention) and they made sure I gave them permission to cut off the chain before proceeding with work. Dylan was very friendly and we chatted more about learning to fix a flat and he told me their shop does clinics and also rides and encouraged me to follow them on IG for activities. And when I paid for my service and replacements, he even offered to help me mount my bike to my bike rack, what a sweetheart and his mom did a good job raising him. I'll definitely be back here for my bike needs and while Landis is solid, this place is closer to me, so I might be coming here more often because of top notch service and convenience to where I am.

I've owned four Can-Ams, and my experience with Nash Powersports Phoenix was extremely…read moredisappointing. The biggest issue wasn't just the failed repair -- it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can't accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.
