Great service! I tried walking in, but they were busy for a few hours, so I ended up making an appt for the following day. The basic spa pedicure was so nice -- included a warm stone massage which felt great! Wish they'd scrubbed more off my rough feet, but I should've asked for that. I'd recommend making an appt. Love this place! I have been going to a different salon in Orem for YEARS and every time they were late for my appointment and 9/10 I was back the next day getting something fixed. I decided I was done and am trying a new place. Phat nails is where I tried this week. I got my nails done Tuesday and pedicure on Wednesday. They got me in IMMEDIATELY, were super friendly (both people/times!), talked to me about a couple options I wasn't aware of for my nails, and did a quality job! I feel like they book themselves accordingly so they aren't super rushed to get through your appointment. They take their time and do a solid job. I will be going to them from now on. Just moved here and have tried other salons on visits and while they were fine, they rushed and didn't do the meticulous job my salon back home did. I thought I'd give this spot a try since i was disappointed in the other well rated ones and I'm so glad I did. They take their time and do a very careful and thorough job, give a great leg massage, worked forever to make my feet smooth, didn't talk incessantly so I couldn't relax, and also have lots of colors for gel pedicures which is primarily what I get done. I don't generally get manicures as my fingernails tear pretty badly with gel so I can't speak to how they do with manicures. They are located down by Sam's club on the other side of University Avenue in a strip mall. Apparently they are only a couple months old so give them a try before they get busy. I'll be a regular. read more

The absolute best nail salon in Provo! They make time for every customer without making them feel rushed and they really listen to what you want. The salon is always super clean, they have a ton of color options, and they have drinks available on the off chance you do have to wait. Phat noticed that my nails needed some touching up while he was taking my payment, and he personally redid them at no extra charge. He won't let you leave until you're satisfied! I took my mom here for a luxury pedicure to relax before the Christmas craziness and we loved it! The salon is clean, the staff was friendly and we had so much fun treating ourselves. We loved the massage chairs, the fact that they line their tubs so you're not worried about the cleanliness and the paraffin wax was heavenly. Definitely coming back soon. read more
