My son and I had lunch here today. We had heard great things and decided to try a few things. We started with the Five Spice Chicken Pham Roll. The peanut dipping sauce was nicely spiced and perfectly thick for dipping. The chicken was so flavorful and tender. Next we tried the Banh Mi Grilled Pork. The roll is house made and is crispy and cradled the pork and veggies perfectly. The first bite you could hear the crunch and the taste was out of the world! The fresh rolls with the marinated pork were delicious. We also had an order of the beef spring rolls with a nice spiced dipping sauce. They were crispy and perfectly cooked with great tasing filling. Our main course was the Beef Pho with brisket and meatballs. The broth was the most flavorful pho broth I have ever had. When eating Pho you normally add hoisin sauce and sriracha--but this broth was so good you didn't need too! The bean sprouts, jalapeños and Thai basil were fresh and they gave you a large portion for the GIANT bowl! The owner came out to ask us how we enjoyed our lunch and we could not give them enough compliments. She was proud to tell us how the rolls are made in house daily! The restaurant is nicely decorated. There are plants and greenery throughout. You are even greeted at the door with a citrus tree that even has fruit on it! The restaurant is very clean and staff members were frequently washing tables where customers had been. The staff were very friendly and quick. It was steaming hot, plenty of beef and sausage and noodles, it was delicious it was too much for me, I also got the 5 spice chicken roll, with peanut sauce it was good, I would have preferred the shrimp, however I now have and shell fish allergy. Phams Kitchen has a quaint and cohesive design aesthetic. The restaurant has little cute details. There is a back wall of cherry blossoms and I especially noted that they have a cute bike in the entryway then the same bike is printed on their bubble tea cups! Phams has a large menu posted on the wall with prices. All customers order at the counter and the order is then brought to your table. The pho was AMAZING. The rolls are noted on the website to be baked fresh daily for the banh mi sandwiches and so I had to get one as well. The space is clean and the staff are welcoming. We will be back!! read more

Stopped in to Phams kitchen on Saturday. Had driven by a few times before and figured now was the time. And let me tell you - Phams is phenomenal. Not only is the menu elaborate and filled with Vietnamese goodness, the food is exceptional! We had vegetarian Banh mi, steak Banh mi and spring rolls. Boba drinks rounded out the meal nicely. The location is darling and it was spotless. The staff was wonderful and the owner even came out to introduce herself! She let us know that the bread (among other things) for the Banh mi was made in-house (which explained its deliciousness)! Phams was celebrating their 7 month anniversary and the owner lives in the community. This was the first of many visits! I wish I could give this 1000 stars. Seriously. So good. Fresh food, great service. We actually discovered this restaurant by going to another one nearby. The aromas emanating from Pham's Kitchen were so amazing, we made a point of going back there the next time we went out to eat. Best of all, we ended up being glad we did because it was delightful. The restaurant itself is colorful and airy, with a mix of options for eating in or carrying out. We were worried they only have counter service when we first arrived, but the owner was quick to assure us they would be happy to wait on us at a booth or table. She was also extremely helpful and went out of her way to answer question. You can tell she really wants people to feel comfortable and have a positive experience. We regularly have Vietnamese food, so we were pleased to see all the classics on the menu: bahn mi, noodle bowls, pho, fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, etc... We ordered crispy and fresh spring rolls, noodle bowls, and lemongrass beef with rice, Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented; the portions were very generous as well. Had Pho's beef noodle soup, the soup stock is so flavorful-beautifully balanced with all the ingredients, not too oily or heavy; bean sprout and Thai basil on the side so customers can add it on to their own dish as personal choice. Loved this casual spot that was perfect for a date night with the hubby and a family lunch. Wish I had more photos to share, but we were too busy eating everything as soon as we got it! This was our second time and so far I have loved each item. The spring rolls, crispy rolls, bahn mi sandwich, combination vermicelli bowl and pho! We order the veggie Pho, Pham rolls (5 spice chicken), 2 different Bahn Mis, pork chop rice bowl, and 2 different of the vermicelli bowls. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with our 2 small grandchild and the owner is as sweet as can be checking to make sure everything was to our satisfaction . As my hunt for the perfect bowl of Vietnamese pho continues, my sister informed me that the search was over as she had discovered the ultimate place for the best pho. Although the restaurant exterior looks a little dated, the interior is quite a different story....the word "enchanting" comes to mind. The decor is lovely, bright and cheerful and the walls are artistically adorned; even the spotless restroom is tastefully decorated with flowers (thanks to the owner/chef Lan's aesthetic). As for the food, I think my sister was right and the hunt is over. Pham's has one of the best bowls of beef pho I've tasted since moving to NY. Fried egg rolls were light and crispy and tasted phenomenal. Garnishes for the pho were super clean and fresh. My sister inhaled her Bahn Mi sandwich (probably due to the freshly baked bread and delicious contents). The owners are wonderfully warm and friendly and they took great pride in providing our little party with a great dining experience. We were given a free sample of some beef stew they had cooked for a photo shoot. It was eye rollingly delicious. I can't wait for a return visit so I can try other items on their menu. Was craving for Vietnamese food when visiting Niagara Falls from Chicago and found Pham Kitchen. This place has really good food and the owners and staff were super nice and friendly. EAT AT PHAMS! Stopped in for lunch and had THE VERY BEST bahn mi sandwich ever! The house made baguette was light and warmed. The pork was seasoned perfectly, and the carrots and slaw topping were refreshing. We got the lemon grass beef spring rolls to start, and those were great too. For 2 people the price was under $30, not bad for a sit down restaurant. The owner, Lan, is one of the nicest people around! She has a real passion for her food, and the restaurant space. She encouraged us to come back even if only to work remotely from one of their booths. And with their Vietnamese Coffee being made with grounds from CAFE DU MONDE in Nola, you know a coffee and a laptop would make this into a very inviting working space. My friend told me about this place and was excited to give it a try! I was excited that there was a pho spot in Cheektowaga. The place is very open. You order at the counter and pay after you order. Sit anywhere you want and they bring your food to you. They have a spot for your to put your dishes after you are done eating. I ordered a banh mi to go since I ordered a beef pho and Shrimp Fresh Rolls. The pho was good and the summer roll was good too but I had better. It was still nice to try. I have yet to find a favorite. The banh mi was actually really good. I did enjoy it a lot. Plenty of flavors. My husband liked the banh mi but he never really likes how hard the bread is. It was a chilly and rainy day after Christmas and I was wanting some comfort food. I've been meaning to try this new Vietnamese restaurant by my house and today was the day! I studied the menu ahead of time so when we arrived I sat Mom at a table and went up to the counter to order. We started with crispy chicken spring rolls and then each got giant bowls of chicken pho. I have the cilantro soap gene and was overjoyed when they were able to omit this from my bowl. This was our first ever pho experience and I was pleasantly surprised by how much heat the sliced jalapeño brought to my bowl! Water is obtained by the condiments that included hoisin and sriracha. I didn't feel the soup needed either. The owner stopped by to see how we were and explained they do have a smaller size of pho available. As it was we left with 1/2 a bowl each as leftovers. This was an absolutely delicious and comforting meal that will be in our rotation from now on. I hope to stop in for a cup of coffee one day too! read more

Two thumbs up for this Vietnamese restaurant that is only a couple months old ! I've been there twice in the last month (once for takeout, once dine in ) and both times I was pleasantly surprised . The beef pho was satisfying and enough for 2-3 meals . I also tried the spring rolls and they were crisp and flavorful. My friend loved her Vietnamese noodle dish plus spring rolls . Once she heard that that they bake the bread for their Bahn mi in-house , she ordered one to go (and said it was outstanding !) The owners came over to chat with us to see how we heard of their business , what we liked on the menu and if we needed anything else or had any questions about their menu. I haven't had that special kind of attention from staff at a restaurant in quite some time . My advice- Run don't walk to get your next meal at Pham's ! SUCH GREAT PHO!! I've been here several times since they've opened and I absolutely loved it. This place is family run and you can tell how much love and care they put into their food. I've gone in to grab take out with my son and the owner has taken time to come and talk with him to keep him happy while we wait. The beef pho and spring rolls are our go-to. A friend and I tried Pham's Kitchen yesterday for dinner and wowzers, I now want to eat it every day. The staff immediately welcomed us in, brought water, and took our order right away - we were READY! We started with some shrimp fresh rolls that came with the most delicious peanut sauce. Everything came out so quickly and mega-fresh. I had the lemongrass beef bahn mi which delighted me to no end! It was filled with fresh veggies and perfectly seasoned beef. My friend had Pham's special - pork chop with rice and tasty pickled veggies. We were fighting to keep each other off one another's plates! The owner and chef, Lan, came to the dining room to check on her guests. She legitimately was checking for customers' feedback! I ended up raving about the food and learned that she comes in early morning every day to make fresh baguette dough for the sandwiches. Everything on the menu is made by Lan - even the murals on the wall were painted by her! It's clear she takes great pride in every aspect of this restaurant. We finished the meal with mini-flans topped with crushed ice and a bit of cold coffee. The flans were creamy and flavorful, the coffee adding a nice balance to the sweetness of the dish. But my partner asked me if I could find pho soup in Cheektowaga so he could get the food he wanted and I could get what I wanted. And I found this hidden gem! Banh mi sandwich was top tier.
