Yellow curry with chicken was some of the BEST curry I've ever had!! Crazy delicious. My friend had the peanut soup with tofu which was also delicious. I was here on a work trip and had some family come visit. We were in the mood for Thai food. I ordered their version of drunken noodles (can't recall the exact name) with spice level 4 out of 5. The flavors were really good, but the spice level felt pretty mild for being a 4. I also got a Thai tea, which was a solid choice and paired well with the meal. If I'm ever in Buffalo again, I'd definitely come back and maybe go for level 5 spice to kick it up a notch. read more

Was visiting my partner in Buffalo for the week and was looking for a good Thai spot to fulfill a craving. We decided on Bamboo Ridge which was in Allentown and close to our hotel, I personally had the friend egg noodles with chicken at a 4 level spice and it was very good! My partner liked his drunken noodles and well and we both enjoyed the Thai tea as well! The place has a few tables inside and we saw plenty of people coming in for take out as well throughout our dinner. I stopped in here for lunch on a cold day with a friend. We were the only ones when we walked in but must've just beat the lunch rush cause then two more tables came in as we were eating, not to mention a lot of to-go orders. Their menu is pretty big and they have a lot of offerings. I decided to go with the banh mi and see how it compared to others I have recently tried in Buffalo. It was good! The bread and toppings were flavorful and tasty. The beef was good but not as flavorful as others I have had. It felt like it was just a touch off on the taste. I also opted for the side of fried rice. That was really good too! We split an order of the crag rangoon because I can never not order it if I see it on the menu. It was cooked perfectly. The crab mixture inside was excellent and it packed all the flavor you expect from a good rangoon. The space is a decent size. Small enough to feel cozy but big enough to fit a big group if needed. The food was all brought to us pretty quick too. Love the space, quick service, and the food here. Will definitely come back to try some other things on the menu soon! read more

Glad to see a new Asian food option in Allentown and stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed! I got the Pad Thai with chicken and my friend and I split an order of Crab Rangoon. The pad Thai was perfectly cooked and the spice level hit just right for me. Plenty of leftovers as well, as it was a generous portion. The Crab Rangoons were also really yummy and I really like the dip sauce that came with. It wasn't very busy when we got there for lunchtime, so orders came up fairly quick and there's a small amount of seating inside if you do want to dine in. I definitely will be returning in the future to try more things off the menu. read more

The place is clean and cute. The people working were super friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. We had steamed dumplings, summer rolls, crab Rangoon, beef pad kee mao, Pork and stir fried eggplant,and the mango sticky rice. Everything was fresh, herbal, spicy, and overall delicious. Had a good experience at Bamboo Ridge. The dishes were really good- we ordered fried udon and mi xiou don. We also ordered some wonderful tom yum soup- all with tofu. Servers were super pleasant and were wearing masks and gloves. The ambiance was good, could use a fresh paint and clutter cleaning to make it feel a little nicer. read more

Tried a variety of things and everything was great. Almost everything can be ordered vegan, a notable exception being the papaya salad. The noodle dishes all have vegan options. This place has mix of Vietnamese, Thai, and Burmese dishes. The tofu banh mi were excellent, very saucy, and even come with avocado. The crispy eggplant rice dish came with the battered fried eggplant on the side. I saw them spooning the curry into the container and knew it would still be piping hot by the time I got home, and it was. The samosas were great. Loved everything and will definitely be ordering again - looking forward to vegan tea leaf salad and some noodle dishes. When you order online, "vegan" is an option for every dish when you scroll down, but the print menu clearly states what has vegan options and what is gluten free. read more

I used to like the place when it was part of the west side bazaar but unfortunately their new location turned out to be mediocre. I got the Pad see ew (flat noodles) and my friend got the Thai basil fried rice and they were both just ok. I would have preferred more flavor and spice to my dish which wasn't there despite me asking for "spicy". The place was clean and the service was normal for rush hour. It was a decent experience but I don't see myself going back just because there are so many better options in the area. read more

What a great little place. I had the Tom Kha soup to start and my husband had the wonton soup, both were hot, fresh and delicious. We had the spicy fried udon noodles and the Thai basil noodles. They were both packed with fresh veggies and meat along with such delicious sauce, we shared both and I couldn't tell which I liked more because they were both so good. Let's start with the food, which is ultimately what you come to a restaurant to enjoy. The pad kee mao was cooked exceptionally well. The noodles were pasta, perfection, and the flavors delicately balanced. I ordered medium heat to not shroud the flavor with too much spice. It took awhile to place my order once seated, but it was a busy night so understandable. Plus, once I ordered, the food was delivered very fast. Overall, an excellent experience where the flavors are well worth any minutes. you may have to invest waiting for your order to be placed. read more

I have been coming here since opening day. At first, I loved the food, even though parking is always a nightmare. Unfortunately, I've become increasingly disappointed over time.Many dishes now contain an excessive amount of fish sauce, making them incredibly salty. While I consistently ask for modifications to tone it down, the kitchen either pushes back or ignores the request entirely. Last night was a mixed bag. The chicken yellow curry tasted quite good, though the chicken was sliced so thinly that it ended up overcooked. However, the tofu green curry was genuinely bad--so overwhelmed by fish sauce and salt that it was completely inedible. We also ordered the samosas (which usually come in a set of three and are excellent), but this time they were overcooked to the point of splitting open from the fryer. It is incredibly disappointing to see the decline in quality, but I think it is finally time for me to move on. read more

The food is very good with appropriately sized portions. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao with chicken and it had a perfect amount of vegetables and a generous amount of chicken. The only drawback was the hot tea, served in a beer glass. The glass was so hot I couldn't touch it, and kept the tea too hot to drink for most of my meal. I ended up leaving about half of the tea in the glass when we left. But the prices are about $15 per average entire. I would return, but not order tea! read more

We walked in to order take out, ordered several things which took awhile to prepare (bout 1/2 hour) after getting back home we found they forgot an item. ( check order before you leave). The pad Thai and yellow curry were tasty but the papaya salad did not that like papaya. Decor is dated could use a make over for sure it's a small joint for eat ins with only about 6-7 tables. read more

The Thom Kha soup was good, but the cashew stir fry was not even close to cashew stir fry from other Thai restaurants I've had from coast to coast (otherwise known as Pad Him Ma Parn). The sauce was similar to the canned Chinese food I used to heat up as a kid. Got the food as take out. Most of it ended up in the trash. I won't be back. read more

This is a great addition to the Allentown and downtown Buffalo area. Variety of asian dishes featuring what tasted like handmade noodles and curries. The Tom Kha was deliciously creamy and balanced well between spice and coconut. The green curry was a hit. It had great texture, a delicious veggie and chicken filing and once again a balanced spice profile. The Pad See Ew was also great and had the right amount of sauce and fillings. I went back recently with three friends. We ate in and everyone loved their meal. The appetizers were very good. The Todu Todd is soft tofu with a very light coating and deep fried, served piping hot with a peanut dipping sauce. It was excellent. Two of us had noodle dishes, one a fried rice dish, and one the crispy eggplant. All were really fresh and clearly had just left the stove. The space is really pleasant and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and gave tips on the area as well as general, very appreciated life advice. Appetizers: we got eggrolls and garlic noodles for everyone. Solid egg rolls, and my partner liked the garlic noodles so much that he looked up how to recreate the recipe at home. It's definitely not something you see on a lot of Vietnamese menus, but it's such a unique, Vietnamese-American creation that I'm glad we were able to try it out here! Main course: I got a banh mi xiu mai, because that's something that's almost impossible to find on the east coast, and it was done exceptionally well. The bread (which I was told they bake fresh in-house!) was light and airy on the inside with a thin crispy crust on the outside. I also got an avocado smoothie, which was not too sweet-- everyone saw me get one, taste-tested it, and proceeded to order one as well LOL. Between the 30 of us, we essentially got everything on the menu, and everyone was pleased with their food. I got a lot of comments saying, "This is the best Vietnamese food I've had outside of California," and if you're in the know, you know that's a crazy high compliment! For me, it was simply a disappointing experience, but the menu is extensive, and it certainly does not lack a variety of delicious dishes.

The food was excellent and the flavor combinations brtween the smoked meats and Indian spices were amazing. I never thought brisket with coconut curry would be so good. The coleslaw is delicious with roasted chopped peanuts on top giving it an extra crunch and nutty flavor. The cornbread was so tasty and not dry, especially when you dip it into the brown butter. The pulled pork has an extra seasoning sprinkled on top that gave it another layer of flavor that complimented the smoked meat well. Both the pork and brisket were moist and tasted even better with the hot bbq and coconut curry sauces. My husband enjoyed the potato salad more than I did only because it had a strong mustard flavor, which is personally not my favorite condiment. That's just my taste buds though! The foldie was a naan bread (I believe) filled with meat and slaw and a curry dipping sauce. Delicious. The banana pudding was very good as well. I'm so glad I have leftovers that I'll be eating shortly!

The steak and eggs breakfast is always good too. This place is always busy, the servers are great and everyone is nice. Parking is the only issue here, I park around the corner and enjoy a little walk, good to get those steps in especially after a meal anyway. Calling ahead is highly recommended. I like sitting in the indoor patio area to soak in some sun and watch people walking by.

This is quite the meal with a large portion of rice in the main dish and five spring rolls. It was delicious from start to finish. Each dish came with an extra sauce to use or dip into. The spring rolls were crispy and full of flavor. The pad ka pow was a perfect balance of savory flavor with the right amount of spice. I should have asked to get shrimp with it this time, but that will happen when I go back next time. The parking at Chandler Street can be a little tough but I found a spot which was nice. The building is full of businesses so it is a nice place to be when you're hungry. Tiny Thai is one of my new favorite places to check out in the city and if you're ever over near the Westside, you should too!

My partner loved the bagel. We both enjoyed our afternoon coffee. The space is beautiful and cozy, it would be the perfect place to come and read or knock out some work. They have completely non-plastic to go cups which are unique looking and we loved the extra effort they put into sustainability. They have bags of their used coffee grounds for free if you need to add to your compost pile or whatever needs you might have. 10/10, will be back!
