Real breeders (whatever their breed) care about what happens to their puppies. Learn the facts puppy buyers. There are so many great rescues, many have puppy mill puppies (so maybe they are a few months older than the eight or whatever week old pups you find in a pet store) and they are just as cute and way, way cheaper then the over-priced puppes in pet stores. Puppy mills will not stop breeding masses of puppies until consumers stop buying puppies from pet stores, online, etc. Want to stop the abuse of the mill dogs...don't buy their offspring!

The dog never ate(they were giving it prescribed food with no mention on the medical record of a vet prescribing) was sick the entire time we had it. When we took it to the vet - they were shocked that anyone would let this sick dog go home from a pet shop. When we called and were polite with them - they basically said we could not do anything about it. We have already got our money returned to us by talking to our credit card company(at no point did they offer a refund). We are currently in discussions with counsel to get our money back for Vet bills and probably a lot more. If you like this place and want to purchase a puppy from here, I would hurry, because when we are done - I would assume this place will be bankrupt.

We had a pretty bad experience with the grooming salon and we've really noticed a difference in the…read moreservice since some recent staff turnover. We dropped our pooch off for a bath and brush and nail clip, which usually takes 2.5 - 3 hours (but they often finish in about 1.5 - 2 hours), and never got any phone call about him being ready for pickup. After about 3.5 hours, we decided to go back to the store and find out what's going on. It turns out that while all that time passed, the salon employee (AC) completed the bath and brush, but not the nails. In fact, the staff in the salon couldn't get ahold of AC to find out what was going on/where he was. This really concerned me...was our dog OK? Did something happen while we were gone? The nail clip and grind ended up being completed by a female employee who was very nice. We talked to the assistant store manager, Steve, and he was really nice to deal with and was extremely apologetic about the whole ordeal. He was totally confused about everything, even to the point of being worried about his employee. He even gave us a discount on our services and basically let doggo go to town on the bowl of treats at the register. ;) I know we'll be back here because it's close to home, we've never had problems like this, and the staff here really seem to like our dog. But I will not be booking future grooming sessions with AC.
