He made sure my pup had the right meds so that he would not suffer. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Desa, Pets4Life and the staff. Amanda could not have been kinder or more thorough. The front desk people are also terrific. I chose this hospital because it is local. Once my dog was a patient, I knew I made the right choice. They answer the phone, they make time to see patients, they are thorough and the place is so clean. The practice has all the updates in technology. I am forever grateful. Thank you. Marci Kulbak

We had a pretty bad experience with the grooming salon and we've really noticed a difference in the…read moreservice since some recent staff turnover. We dropped our pooch off for a bath and brush and nail clip, which usually takes 2.5 - 3 hours (but they often finish in about 1.5 - 2 hours), and never got any phone call about him being ready for pickup. After about 3.5 hours, we decided to go back to the store and find out what's going on. It turns out that while all that time passed, the salon employee (AC) completed the bath and brush, but not the nails. In fact, the staff in the salon couldn't get ahold of AC to find out what was going on/where he was. This really concerned me...was our dog OK? Did something happen while we were gone? The nail clip and grind ended up being completed by a female employee who was very nice. We talked to the assistant store manager, Steve, and he was really nice to deal with and was extremely apologetic about the whole ordeal. He was totally confused about everything, even to the point of being worried about his employee. He even gave us a discount on our services and basically let doggo go to town on the bowl of treats at the register. ;) I know we'll be back here because it's close to home, we've never had problems like this, and the staff here really seem to like our dog. But I will not be booking future grooming sessions with AC.

The two groomers at Kriser are very sweet & very nice but young. I had no idea that everything was a separate charge. I have an 11 pound Havanese mix dog with medium to long fur. I just picked her up & noticed her beard is trimmed uneven, her ears weren't even touched. The fur on her feet is still very long and to top it all off when she was brought out to me her harness was on wrong so that her legs were going through one hole. And she has no bows. I didn't think I have to ask for that since she got a bath & cut. My total for today with tip is $100. For that price my expectations are high. I have my dog groomed every six weeks and I am truly disappointed in the results I've gotten here

Occasionally forget to trim nails. I would give 5 stars because I really like the groomers, but the only thing that drives me crazy is the trainer in the lobby. Stand away from this dog. etc. etc." I want to be understanding, but the last visit it got downright rude. Perhaps there is not enough space? Maybe there is a more conducive location? Not sure, but I do know that our pups are scared enough to come to the groomer and when we arrive we are trying to keep them calm with calm voices because they can sense everything.
