This isn't just your "in town" pet store l this is a place I come to feeling welcomed, feeling the owner doesn't just push a certain dog food, she literally has everything and if she doesn't have it she will order it and it comes promptly. I've been meaning to write a review for some quite time but like most I've been super busy which makes this a perfect time to post this: I get super busy and forget to order food sometimes.... Well, Peppo's has taken upon themselves to back track how frequently I ordered and when I called today (because it was time for food) the order was placed and on its way. . . OMG talk about service. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I feel like the service is unreal every time I come here and everyone is always so friendly even with my loud boys! Forget the big chain stores, forget the online ordering - this is the place for all your pet needs and more! Also, there are awesome savings every month and AMAZING perks :)

This store is new as of December 2021 so I have been wanting to check it out. :)…read more We were greeted by the owner upon arrival. The store is clean and provides a variety of dog & cat items (from treats, pet food, baked goods to accessories). We appreciated the samples for our dog prior to buying and that they have soo many freeze dry food items. We use freeze dry toppers to mix with our dog's kibble. The costs were average price and they have deals depending on when you go. The most important is that they have the items we need in stock. We'll be back if we are in the area or want to try some new treats or dog food.

I have a 10 year old cat that's truly a dream, and an adorable yet unhinged 2 year old cat that has to be part tiger. However, the groomer on staff, Matthew was INCREDIBLE with both! I shared that one would be easy and the other has to mildly sedated due to her spiciness, even for a nail trim. So I'd completely understand if he couldn't trim the 2 year old's nails. He took on the challenge, (with a peer) and got them both done with no issues. Matthew was also just super sweet. There was another woman at the register who was also incredibly personable and made the trip well worth it. Many many thanks to Matthew and his associates. We will be back.

I have 3 pitbulls (one pit/American Bulldog mix) and they have very sensitive stomachs and skin. They had been on mainstream brand food since they were puppies but had always had stomach issues and my girl always had skin issues. As soon as we switched to Nature's Select, all of that cleared up. Along with it being a great product for my pups, their customer service is top notch. I do the autoship and have never had an issue with pushing the delivery date back to the next week. They are always very nice and friendly. Overall, this is a great company to work with. You can tell they care about the animals that are consuming their products and the animal owners that are placing the orders. It's definitely more expensive than getting Purina or Eukanuba but you are supporting a local business and the quality of the product cannot be beat. I would rather pay more for great service, quality and happy, healthy dogs, than pay less for substandard product that ultimately ends up hurting my dogs.

Nature's Select sponsors the foster dogs and provides the senior dogs and cats with quality nutrition. The products are outstanding, and the nutrition content of the food is hard to beat. (Well free with $35 minimum purchase)
