I've purchased Primal freeze dried lamb nuggets for five years…read more In the last two years, the quality of their product is suffering terribly I received three bags that were hard as a rock. I get it. It's a free dried nugget, but I couldn't even break up with a hammer. Previously, they were never that hard and dense and dry, and the color is off. They did made it right by sending me a coupon, but it took two months to get customer service to call me back or acknowledge my issue So I stuck with the brand and what I've noticed is they don't put the little packets in the bag anymore. That's supposed to help with freshness. I thought they missed one bag, that can happen, right !?! QA issues with every bag I've had for the last 12 bags. My next task is to measure and weight the product. I have specific containers that I put my freeze dried food in and these bags no longer fill them like they used to. How can that be: 14 ounces is 14 ounces. It's sad to think this brand which I searched for a long and hard for quality products, appearsto be turning out sub quality, poor quality products and not keeping to their standards. I begin my search for another product.

My dog has a chronic Illness and I usually call at least once a week to make an appointment, ask a questions , or have a concern and each time I am so well taken care of by the Dr's and staff. Not one person rubs me the wrong way, which is rare there is usually one person that you just end up not liking to deal with. They all love my dogs and treat them like their own . My last vet .. they didn't really like dogs if you can imagine that. So I know my dogs are in great care and I highly recommend them .

I had been coming here for years since its close to my house. However, yesterday when I picked up…read moremy dogs, I noticed one of them couldn't open one of her eyes. I immediately called the store and talked to the groomer, she said that my dog was fine (she was not!)and it was just a hair in her eye. My dog was clearly in pain and wouldn't let anyone come close to her eye. I decided to take her to the emergency vet. The emergency vet diagnosed her with a corneal ulcer caused by poor handling while grooming. Her eye is still a bit swollen. I tried to talk to the owner and I asked for an email to send the vet paperwork but I was given a phony email. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.

Found Tiny and Tall and it was a great experience from the beginning to end! My phone interview was very pleasant and she was very friendly and informative. The foster mom reached out to me immediately as well. She was very friendly and answered ALL my questions. She then offered to meet 1/2 way between her and I. She was FANTASTIC! While in her foster care "Clark" was well loved you could tell. He was very social after being just rescued less than a week ago. She didn't tell us things we wanted to hear. She was honest with his training and where he was in process. He's fitting in nicely! I will definitely say that I would 100% recommend this rescue based on our experience!
