Along with it being a great product for my pups, their customer service is top notch. I do the autoship and have never had an issue with pushing the delivery date back to the next week. They are always very nice and friendly. Overall, this is a great company to work with. You can tell they care about the animals that are consuming their products and the animal owners that are placing the orders. It's definitely more expensive than getting Purina or Eukanuba but you are supporting a local business and the quality of the product cannot be beat. I would rather pay more for great service, quality and happy, healthy dogs, than pay less for substandard product that ultimately ends up hurting my dogs.

I took my dog here for training. I made sure he had his own bed when I brought him there because…read morethey only would let dog sleep the PVC with lining for choking hazards, which is understandable, and I wanted to make sure that my dog definitely had his own bed. And I brought a large crate for him to be put in because he was a puppy at the time.And I want to make sure that he wasn't stuck in some other small cage. This should of been my first red flag. My dog wasn't is his crate his crate when I picked him up. And the tray was missing so they replaced it with a messed up one also they couldn't find his bed at first. They used none of the treats I provided and got back some dog food. When they located his bed they gave it back smelling like pee, he was very house trained and they walk their dogs every few hours... then way did it smell? Plus my dog had a weird leg wound. They said because he was bored. I had to go away for a few days I took him there to bored. The morning I picked him up it was pouring out. Bad all night and day, however when I picked him up he was bone dry. So was the guy watching the dogs, weird for a place that walks dogs every 4 hours. I was soaked from going from my car to the door. My dog also had a mark under his neck from a collar they used. I never took him back there. Congratulations you got thousands of dollars for your scam dog operation that you're running. Don't ever go here!!!! Your dog might die. Id never trust them again. Now I have PTS and cant leave my dog with anyone. I should of done more. I don't know, horrible events. My dog in deered while he was there. And I feel horrible as the dog mom, nor can he speak to me and tell me, but i'm trying to save anybody else from this happening to them. Take your dog to tap kennel. We're somewhere else. She was given a great foundation with positive reinforcement and treat training. Rey was excellent at explaining what to expect and what was needed to be done on our end after her board and train ended. Our whole family participated and were included. We were given additional lessons after that were included in our price and when those were done I took additional lessons for myself to become a better handler and have a better understanding of my dog. It's a no frills or agility training but great for the basics which is what we were needing. The also offering boarding. They are also budget friendly.

Unprofessional Service and Repeatedly Disappointing Experience…read more I have been a client of this facility since my dog was a young puppy, using both their training and boarding services which originally were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to stop going due to repeated instances of poor treatment and unprofessional behavior, particularly from Giselle, who works there. When I decided to give the facility another chance a year later, I was extremely disappointed to encounter the same dismissive and rude attitude. Giselle was unapologetic, unprofessional, and offensive in her communication, demonstrating a complete lack of basic customer service skills or concern for client experience. In addition to the customer service issues, the grooming service we received there was the worst we've ever had. My dog came back visibly distressed and uncomfortable after that appointment and was clearly affected by the experience. Given the pattern of behavior and lack of accountability, I can no longer trust this place with my dog's care and would not recommend their services to others.
