I took my dog to get washed and brushed last weekend and he came home with a 3-4 inch cut down the inside of his back right leg. I called the grooming department and they said that because his appointment didn't involve scissors or a shaver, that it didn't happen there. After waiting an additional 3 days to hear back from the store leader, I called the store AGAIN to see if they had any answers. They said they interviewed everyone and they came to the conclusion that it was not their doing. I asked if the security footage showed us walking into the store without a cut and walking out of the store hours later with a cut, they said they couldn't discuss security footage, TOTAL BS. I asked if the groomer had taken note of a cut, they said they would have if there had been one. My response was that he clearly didn't have the cut prior to the appointment otherwise the groomer would have noted it and the cut is clean from blood so it must have happened there prior to the bath. They still denied any wrong doing or explanation. The customer service and the lack of immediate communication (took 4 days to resolve and I have to reach out to them for an answer), really upset me and my family. They did offer us a discount on our next visit, but that will NEVER happen again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Brought our puppy in for a cut after he had on a cone for 2 weeks (surgery) for a bathe and cut... they literally shaved him down to nothing! It was not that bad! He was still being brushed daily, just not around his neck/head area due to the cone. They used the smallest shave guard on him! They even charged me for the extra brush, but he can't even be brushed! Lazy work and completely unnecessary! He is itchy, irritated and uncomfortable. We are devastated and this will take months to grow his curls back. We could have just shaved him... this was LAZY work and shows no love in how they take care of our babies.

I would like to start off by saying Deana did such a great job with Dallas's first puppy cut . Thank you so much for taking great care of our baby boy. We have already booked our next appointment. Dallas is almost 5 months old he is a Havapoo, Deana is very patient and kind thank you for making us feel welcomed as well as all the staff at this location.

I took my Pyredoodle to be groomed before the holidays so it was easier for me to bathe him each week after daycare. Jess M did his cut and did an amazing job! She cut his head and feet perfectly and even called me when his face got scratched during grooming. I always appreciate them telling me if something happens so its not a surprise to me that my dog could be injured. I will be coming back here and scheduling with Jess M in the future! See you in 6-8 weeks! Will update next time I bring him and hope for the same experience!

My pet smart delivery After requesting not to block my front door

Love the petsmart authority brand dogfood. however their delivery uses doordash and again not the 1st or 2nd time my delivery instructions state do not block front door this is what I got. At least this time I opend the screen door because last 2 times I couldn't open my door had to go out the back door threw a gate into the Front To move the dog food to open my door. I have Reached out to door dash And the responses "I don't understand what you're trying to tell me you should be better in your request of de... How much clearer can I get please do not bock my front door as if that even needs to be said. And to think when you order they automatically want an $18 tip for delivering SMH. 3 strikes I'm done guess I will have to try chewy. Or maybe petsmart can make that part of their contract to not block people's doors it's doors i.e. Have common sense

I wanted to post a review specifically to point out how awesome Dani (Grooming) is with my dog. Not only was I late (and mortified that I was late) but Dani was SO kind, genuine and loving towards my pup. She was knowledgeable of my dogs nervousness and truly was accommodating to her every need. Not only is Dani great at her job, but excellent with customer service. She is just a wonderful human being all around. Thank you Dani and thank you PetSmart for taking care of my baby!

I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

First off, I'd like to say that the thought of leaving our pets at home while we went on vacation…read morewas extremely stressful. But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! You'll always be our go-to whenever my wife and I take a vacation.

(I thought since the reviews were perfect, they might come thru... but instead... nada!) We were considering giving them a pet sitting job for over a month in length. But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

Although the dog has been through several training programs, she had recently reverted back to being reactive on leash: barking, pulling, and lunging at any dog that barked at her or gave her a "look". Thankfully I found Rob's Dogs through a search online. Rob offers dog training either through individual sessions sold as a packet of 8 or 3, or you can elect to do a board and train method. Since my mom's dog had done two board and trains with other training facilities in Florida and Texas, I opted for the individual sessions sold as a packet of 3. Not to disparage the other training schools, I want to note that the dog had learned a great deal of commands, but she was a little rusty and selective when doing them and was selectively reactive on leash around other dogs. What we needed was a trainer that could come to my mom's neighborhood and see the dog being reactive in the environment where she was going to be walked. Thankfully Rob's Dogs offered this as an option. It cost a significant amount to do this, but it was possible. The additional cost was for the mileage and drive time to my mom's place. We had a meet and greet at the facility. Rob, the owner, met with us and got the back story on the dog and the current behavior problems. He took the dog and walked her around a bit and near other dogs, tested her response to commands and leash pressure. He explained the package options available to us. He also made us aware that we would be using both a prong collar and e-collar to reinstate her former training. We had these tools, but my mom hadn't used them with the dog since she left Florida, and I had never used them. We were assigned a trainer who was contracted by Rob. Lauryn was super friendly and had a love and full understanding of the German Shepherd breed. She herself had a German Shepherd. She went over the operation of the two collars which I was not familiar with at all. Rob's dogs sent us a link and password so that we could watch some important training videos. His website also had some very useful training tips. I highly recommend watching/reading this information carefully and then reviewing it again each week. It's easy for owners to slip into bad habits quickly which results in their dogs behaving in ways they don't want. You will have to enforce rules and get into a routine. Restrictions can be lifted once the dog consistently behaves as desired. You will find that YOU will have to do the hard work. The trainer and Rob's Dogs will assess your current situation and give you the tools and training to use those tools to reinforce good behaviors. It won't happen overnight. You will need to work with the dog for at least an hour each day to reinforce the seven commands and expectations. As I mentioned, we only had three sessions. This training was going to determine whether or not my mom could keep and handle her dog. Immediately after the first session, we started using the tools and putting restrictions in place inside the house to set the law of the land. Right away, we noticed a difference. While the dog was already really well behaved in the house, it improved her response to us when we walked her outside of the house. The prong collar made a drastic difference in her behavior when she saw other yappy dogs on the walk. I no longer had to worry about her lunging, pulling or barking incessantly in an aggressive stance. She still got up, moved forward, and barked once, but it was all very controlled. I didn't have to use all of my strength to hold her back. The real test came when my mom was able to walk her dog around other yappy dogs. After session two, my mom was easily able to do this, and I felt confident that continuing this training would allow my mom to keep her dog. Her German Shepherd is sometimes still reactive, but it is much more controlled and manageable now. In time, and with continued consistent practice, I believe my mom's dog will eventually stop the reactivity altogether. She has already shown amazing progress and only slips occasionally. If you are looking for effective dog training (well, really we know it is human training to learn how to effectively communicate with the dog), then consider Rob's Dogs. You will work hard to get your dog's behavior issues resolved, but the longterm results will allow you to have a wonderful relationship with your pet.
