Amazing dog wash! The lady at the counter was very helpful. She helped me sign up since it was my first time, showed me how to use the wash, and gave me a couple packets of treats for my sweet girl. The was rooms were awesome. Being a tall guy I appreciated the elevated wash. The brushes were a great help to help with the dog hair and the unlimited towels were great. They even have a desodorante spray for after the bath. This place also is a pet store with pet food options and toys for the doggies. Definitely super happy with this place! Glad I found it and I will definitely be back!

One worker helping a white patron and 3 others just standing behind the counter laughing and gossiping, eying us every now and then to see our reaction. You know I thought this was just a one time thing when they ignored us at Tempe Cares Day. I was asking about help for my standard poodle who we ended up having to put down. I explained in detail everything she needed help with and why. Both ladies just stared at me then one handed me a piece of paper. Not one word spoken! He is such a sweetie pie and exactly how they described him. I got a like 8 page meticulous medical report on him and his health because he was part of a group of dogs they got from an overcrowded home and quite a few were sick when they got them. We found out she couldn't see much at all. Thiscrescue had to know this information already. There was no mention at all about her health. I believe the foster knew too. The foster told us she felt this shih-tzu was much older!! Bottom line, I would not have adopted her if I knew she was much older than nine. $400 to get her at the end of her life. Sad. I love dogs and am giving her the best end of life years I can. But this experience with AZ small dog rescue was like a switch and bait, thought I was adopting a 9 or old with some decent years left. Instead, she is much older, blind and not healthy. These rescue places need to be more honest in their advertising.

DO NOT USE THIS RESCUE!!!!…read more "D" is borderline psychotic!! Please find another rescue or charity to contribute to. We went on a vacation to Yosemite and left our dog with one of our best friends. They inadvertently left their gate unlocked and our dog that we've had for four years got out. She's chipped and we are primary contact. As part of her contract, she remains secondary contact. We were unreachable while hiking in the park. A responsible person got her contact and "D" was on a mission to come reclaim the dog that says she still "owns" because we are "irresponsible" dog owners. We explained the situation and she said she was still coming to reclaim the dog even though she had been safely returned to our dog sitter. She claimed that we were unfit and she was still coming to claim the dog. We've had this dog as part of our family for four years now. "D" was threatening to come essentially steal our dog because she got out of a gate once in four years. Here's a funny (in the psychotic and absurd way) side note!! When we once left our dog with "D" on vacation, she came back INFESTED with ticks. D casually asked us what kind of flea/tick spray we use when she gave her back to us FULLY AWARE that she just gave our dog ticks. We spent hundreds of dollars over the next few weeks with treatments and shots. We didn't ask her to pay for it at that time. Tonight, during this episode, this crazy lady had the gall to say she was going to send us a bill for gas because she was coming to "rescue" the dog that got out for an hour. D, if you're reading this (assuming you can read), I have all of the receipts. I have all of the photos and receipts and reports from our vets of your complete FAILURE to appropriately care for animals at your rescue. The minute we get home, you'll receive those bills. I'm further considering a restraining order and notifying any appropriate authority to investigate your business practices. You accused us of "egregious neglect" while we were away and she got out of an accidentally unlocked gate while we were on vacation. Meanwhile, you INFESTED our dog (and likely every other dog under your care) with ticks while you were directly in charge of her for about four days. DO NOT USE ROVER'S REST STOP!!!!!
