From the moment we found Bark n Luv, everything changed. Megan and the team didn't just welcome us, they taught me. They took the time to educate me on what my dogs truly need to thrive, not just survive. Because of them, I've become the most protective, "helicopter" dog mom and I'm proud of it I am so picky about what my dogs eat now, and I will not buy a single ounce of food from anywhere else. All of my trust is in Bark n Luv, and that peace of mind is priceless. And my dogs are completely obsessed. Heather deserves her own moment because the love she has for my dogs is something so special. Cooper and Paisley absolutely adore her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every product in the store and always takes the time to help me make the best choices for them. You can truly feel how much she cares. The store itself is beautiful, every detail is so thoughtfully put together, and the products are unmatched. You can tell everything is chosen with intention, quality, and genuine care for our dogs. But what truly makes Bark n Luv special is the community. I've met such amazing people, felt so supported, and built connections that go beyond just being a customer. It's a space filled with love, understanding, and people who care just as deeply about their dogs as I do. And Megan... she truly is a superwoman. She intentionally chooses only the highest quality food and products, and you can see how much thought and care goes into everything she brings into the store. The events she creates are incredible and bring the community together in such a special way. When my dogs haven't felt their best, she has helped me pick out exactly what they need to feel better, always natural, always effective. She is one of the most genuine and knowledgeable people I have ever met. She has even made Cooper fall asleep with her massage skills, which still amazes me but more than that, she truly invests in her customers and their dogs. If you're nervous about trying something new like raw feeding, she will walk you through it and help you understand the benefits in a way that feels safe and supportive. She has helped guide me into training resources and, honestly, taught me so much of what I know today. And the fact that she is the owner makes it even more special. I was in the area and wanted to check out Bark & Luv with my pup. I do not feel as though I was met with exceptional customer service, even upon entering I was not immediately greeted. The store overall has a variety of things to choose from and many different brands. I purchased a few things that I have not seen at other stores I've visited. The bath area is very nice looking and I may potentially return to use the bath facility. read more

I've been to a lot of pet stores. Do yourself a favor and if you have a pet just walk into this place to experience it. I've never run into a staff more knowledgeable about animals and every product they are selling on their shelves. These people are dialed in. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who coached us through a ton of stuff. It's been 12+ years since my dog passed and we finally decided to get a new puppy and I figured a ton had changed in terms of food and treats. It had and the owner walked us through everything. Amazing dog wash! The lady at the counter was very helpful. She helped me sign up since it was my first time, showed me how to use the wash, and gave me a couple packets of treats for my sweet girl. The was rooms were awesome. Being a tall guy I appreciated the elevated wash. The brushes were a great help to help with the dog hair and the unlimited towels were great. They even have a desodorante spray for after the bath. This place also is a pet store with pet food options and toys for the doggies. Definitely super happy with this place! One of our favorite dog stores! We first came in because they hosted a dachshund meet up, it was awesome! A pup cup station and games with fun prizes. We are trying to social my dog and I love that he's able to play with other little dogs. They have a ton of unique toys, treats, and dog food. I also love that they have a dog wash station, i definitely want to come back and use it. Everyone that works here has always been really helpful. read more

Love this place and the private rooms. My dogs love this place. I wasn't too sure about the 20 min time limit to wash your dogs but I did ok with my short hair Dobermans although it wasn't enough time to dry them . If you have long hair dogs you'll need to pay for extra time. I've washed my dogs elsewhere and never had a time limit for the same price. read more

I Love this place! I recently went here with my dog Molly. It was her birthday and I stumbled upon this cute place. It has such a great selection of collars, treats, and birthday gifts for dogs and cats. I saw they had a washing station so I took her there and it was perfect. Normally she is very hard to wash but with their system it was so easy. They has a funny voice play during the wash. We got these cute dog pancake mix and a birthday cookie. She loved it! 10/10 experience for me and my husky. Being able to bathe him in our own space was definitely a game changer. I usually take him to pet stores that have the grooming set up directly on the store floor and it makes me feel extremely anxious because he could potentially escape out the tub or his leash could slip out my hands while I'm getting him out and he could run out the store. The private space gave us both the sense of security we need as a team. Definitely will be a regular customer :-) read more
