This particular location of PetSmart is located on East Colonial Drive just across from the Fashion Square Mall. Is located next door to the Aldi and behind the Smokey Bones restaurant in the shopping plaza across the street from Fashion Square Mall. PetSmart is a national chain that sells pet products and services. The company began in 1986 in Phoenix, Arizona and have since opened locations throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This location is conveniently located to both Baldwin Park, downtown Orlando and anyone who commutes on East Colonial Drive (State Road 50) just east of downtown Orlando. Since it is in a spacious shopping plaza, parking is not an issue. The staff is friendly and it was an overall positive experience. I will give it five stars.

i dropped my Scottish Terrier off at this location and they completely shaved his face. This means they shaved his eyebrows and beard, which includes all of his sensory whiskers. They also cut/nicked above his eye. I am not happy with his appearance.

Your typical Petsmart Store with a variety of selections for all sorts of pets. Convenient locations, basically across the street from the Fashion Square Mall. As usual with Petsmart, prices are high when comparable to Petco. Then again, selection is wider. Staff seems scarce on this location and the layout is bit different. Not liking the layout since it seems a bit disorganized, but it still has the same products as any other Petsmart, so worth checking out if you are a regular at Petsmart.

Love the convenience and ease of ordering online and picking up. I ordered some dog food, Simply Nourish, two days before I picked up. (You can order 5 days out, no more than that.) While doing some errands, I stopped in, walked right up to a team member at the register. (If they are busy, they have a spot that you go to and they will assist you from there.) I gave my name and signed the tablet. She handed me the dog food, after she asked if I needed help out, and off I went. It was easy breezy. Plus, when you order online and pick up in the store you get 5% off your purchase. Kudos to PetSmart for a great experience.

I came here after going to the Petco downtown to pick up stuff for my new kitten and the petco is great for the basics, but if you want a lot of options for something, this place has a way better selection. It's in a strip plaza too by a luckys market which makes for a convenient two birds with one stone stop of me! Personally, I think PetSmart is a bit expensive especially compared to online prices but they will have what you need. They do vet adoption specials too, be sure to ask when if your interested.

I come here on weekends to bring kitties up for adoption. The adoption group at this PetSmart is Cats Are My Live Inc. we are a not for profit rescue. All people with the group are volunteers. We're here every Saturday and Sunday I buy all of my cat food here. They always have a good supply with a lot of variety. Get a Petperks card. It saves you a lot of money. Also register your pets on line and they'll send you coupons for free treats for their birthday. PetSmart takes competitors coupons - which is a good thing to know. I just found out a couple of months ago The store is always clean and employees are very friendly You might want to buy toys and litterboxes elsewhere. They are a big high priced on that stuff

Convenient location near Fashion Square Mall off E. Colonial. I don't really frequent Petsmart since they don't carry the brand of dog food that we feed our pups. I did stop by recently since they e-mailed several "birthday" coupons for some of our pups for a free treat with purchase. I was able to buy a few Halloween costumes (all on sale) and picked up some nylabones as almost free treats(we exceeded the $4 max for each). They have a great selection of toys and doggiewear as well as items for cats, birds, fish, etc. When they mark down items, I try to check those sales out. Especially after the holidays when they have so much overstock and are just trying to get rid of for cheap. This location also has a veterinary clinic on site and full grooming services which we do not use. And they also offer obedience classes for dogs but I believe those are only held certain times a year. I was also told that they do take competitors coupons so that's a plus.

Everyone is nice and seems to know their stock well. The prices are what is generally expected at a pet store (which is never cheap)

We also were able to successfully potty train her after she kept using our couch as a toilet bowl (thank goodness that's over!). Overall it was a great, helpful group of classes.

I proceeded to take the intermediate and advanced courses with her as well. She was so easy to work with, so kind and helpful. She later went on to form Down Home Dog Training. I worked with her a few months ago as I enrolled my dog in a week long boot camp training. I had gotten lazy with his training and let him slip into a few behavioral problems. I emailed Lindsay and explain my problems and she came up with reasonable solutions. When my dog, Hermes, came back after the week, I continued to work with the commands he had been taught. He had completely changed his ways and it was great. I now felt more confident about taking him out in public and to restaurants. He also became more manageable on walks. Lindsay continued to text me weeks after the training to make sure there were no problems. And if there were problems, we met up and had private training sessions to make sure I kept everything in control. She is a great trainer, I definitely recommend.

TM Canine Services - Johnny and Tyler, learning and overcoming fears!

TM Canine Services

We adopted Johnny, our Great Dane, from a Florida shelter, knowing he came with some baggage. At…read morejust 180 pounds of pure muscle and anxiety, Johnny had already been given up twice and returned for behavioral concerns. From day one, we noticed he was a unique mix of overly territorial, overly protective, and easily overwhelmed. With strangers, or in chaotic situations, he'd bark, growl, lunge, and snap--not out of aggression, but sheer stress. During one of our first walks, a passing bicycle set him off so much he yanked me clean off my feet, leaving me sprawled out in the dirt, contemplating my life choices. At home, though, he was nothing but sweet--a gentle giant with his family. Desperate for help, we turned to TM Canine Services. Enter Tyler--the dog whisperer, the miracle worker, and Johnny's future bromance. Our journey didn't exactly start smoothly. At the very first class, Tyler approached us and suggested a better collar for Johnny. As I got Johnny into the car to swap it out, he went full chaos mode--snapping at Tyler and then at me. I was shaken and unsure if I should stay or go. Tyler reassured me, encouraging us to stay and observe, only interacting as I felt comfortable. Despite how rattled I was, I decided to stick it out--and I'm so glad I did. I needed to build my confidence, and Johnny desperately needed the experience. It became clear group classes were too overwhelming for Johnny, so we switched to private lessons. Slowly but surely, progress happened. Tyler's patient, no-nonsense approach, combined with his kindness and deep knowledge of dogs, worked wonders. Eventually, Johnny graduated back into group classes, where he added his own flair--like sitting down to spin in circles or flopping like a fish out of water on his back when he got bored. Fast forward two years, and Johnny is a completely different dog. He's calmer, more obedient, and while he's still overwhelmed sometimes, he's learning to trust the world again. His favorite person? Tyler. We're so grateful for Tyler and TM Canine Services for never giving up on Johnny, even when it felt like a lost cause. Tyler didn't just teach Johnny how to behave; he taught us how to understand him. If you've got a dog that's a little too much--too scared, too strong, too stubborn--Tyler's your guy. We can't recommend him enough!

The answer was she is a rescue so maybe she has a head injury, well you would think that test would be done to find out if that was the case, but no. I had to ask for an MRI which showed nothing wrong in the brain. I asked if they could do a lower extremity MRI/XRAY, etc. They did not feel it was necessary They kept our poor baby on multiple anti-seizure medications without investigating the issue that was causing the seizures. Long story short, Lily woke up one Sunday acting very ill. We took her to the animal ER and the vet found cancer of the spine which had spread due to being undetected. We had to put her down. It was awful. She was my soul dog! I miss her so much. Also, we had a cat that was a feral cat that we rescued, he had feline aids. He began to get sick and we kept asking what the prognosis was and each time getting an encouraging report that he would be okay. He ended up losing so much weight, he looked emaciated and Pine Ridge told us he would need to be hospitalized there for a couple of days which was a couple of thousand dollars. We had no problem paying the money if the prognosis was truly positive. Two days after the hospitalization he was still terribly sick. We asked the staff again if he was going to recover fully because he had lost so much weight and if he was in pain. They told us we should probably put him down. You mean to tell me they didn't know that two days prior? We had literally paid so much money to this clinic and the care for our beautiful pets was not a good experience. I hope that this review will be used for the staff to reframe their thought process their protocol and communications with patients and the sweet animals they care for every day. I hope they listen to the owners of their pets. Usually, owners have a good sense when things are wrong.
