So when having to board your dog for the first time ever makes it really tough and difficult to not only leave your dog but find an establishment that you can trust with your beloved canine. But here at fancy pets I can say without a doubt we know our dog was taken care of and loved. We left him for 3 days and 2 nights during New Year's Eve weekend. Luckily my sister in law left her dog here as well so he had a familiar face! What's great about fancy pets is they provide beds, bowls, and even a suite for your dog to sleep in. Yet the best thing of all is if you follow their Facebook page you will get to see daily pics of your dog outside playing at least 2-3 times a day!! If and when we have to board our dog again it will be an easy choice to leave him here !!

It was a great place to self-wash our two dogs. We have one tiny dog that is 8lbs and a bigger dog…read morethat is 45lbs. They had wash stations for both sizes. There are different soap options and even dryers for the dogs. They have lots of other tools you can use like nail trimmers and tooth brushes and more. The set up was a little off to us like it seemed like we were in someone's house. It was $17 for each dog because we forgot to bring our own soap. If you do bring your own soap, it is $12. Id go back with my own soap. They also offering grooming services there but they work right alongside the self-service washing so that was a little weird. The lady at the front desk was kind though and helpful.

Shellie's has been our biggest blessing over the last 4+ years. We came to Shellie's for the first…read moretime after adopting our 5yo Great Pyrenees; he had some baggage/trust issues and it certainly had been a LONG time since his last bath/groom... The team at Shellie's exuded patience and love for our big guy from the very start; we were able to develop a plan for regular visits (even if just a quick wash) to help him acclimate to regular grooming sessions. They never rushed a service with him (the initial took 6hrs, but his later were down to 1.5hrs, keeping the same groomer each time) they kept him comfortable and loved from the get-go. We tragically and unexpectedly lost our sweet Bud this April to Bloat, the whole team shared love and sweet words about our boy. Flash forward to today... we rescued another dog (1/2 Anatolian and 1/2 GP mix). I woke up to him having gotten sick in his crate and "biological waste" covering some of his fur.. tack on that I have a toddler, and this morning just felt like the day was DOOMED before it started. Along came Shellie's to the rescue! I desperately texted to see if they had any same-day appointments for a bath... she promptly responded, was patient with the timing of me getting him there (we had to take a walk.. no way he was getting in the car like that), and kept him for long enough to allow me to clean out the crate/house before needing to pick him up. The team at Shellie's is professional, consistent, and always looking out for their client's health/wellbeing! Look no further than here for a groomer, they are the best around!

I checked in my two cats to be boarded in Miss Emily's Kitty Condos. The drop-off process was…read moreincredibly easy and the staff was tremendously kind. My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.

The things that stand out most about the Pet Bowtique that set it apart from other groomers (at least to my wife and I) are: 1) Their prices for grooming are fairly priced. Sure you can find other places that will be cheaper, but usually at the expense of a far drive or a loss of quality of service. 2) The Pet Bowtique is fairly close to where we live, making it very easy for my wife or I to drop off and pick our dog up. 3) They allow you to drop off early and pick up late. This is also super convenient for my wife and I due to our work schedules. 4) The staff have always been very helpful and very friendly when interacting with them. Overall, if you live in the Oviedo area, this place is worth a shot if you are looking for a pet groomer. I'm not aware of all of the options available in Oviedo (besides PetSmart, which is no good anyway), but again, we've always been very pleased bringing our animals here.
