They do a great job grooming my medium-haired, fraidy cat and they're quick and efficient to trim my other cat's claws.

They worked in my 15 year old dog after being turned away from a corporate grooming facility. They know how important it is for a dog's health to be groomed and didn't use her age against her. Casey made her look and feel so beautiful. Thank you so much for expediting her grooming experience even though she was a work-in so she could be as comfortable and beautiful as possible. read more

great first time experience. Staff was great and treated Millie with lots of love.

Extremely nice folks that provide a great service at a reasonable price. Always respond quickly, set appointments easily and perform.

Friendly staff, clean establishment, and always responsive. Meow Meow doesn't always get a standardized cut but it couldn't imagine trying to give a cat a haircut. Highly recommend :) read more

My two get groomed here regularly and stay for boarding as I travel quite often . Always pick them up happy, healthy and looking great

they did a good job on my dog but i was suprised they charged sales tax on grooming, i haven't been charged tax at my previous groomer right around the corner, this is what i found when i looked it up. While the vast majority of services enjoy tax-exempt status, always remember the exceptions. Florida has several specifically carved-out service categories that do trigger sales tax obligations. Here's a list of services that generally are not taxable in Florida: 1. Professional Services: Legal advice, accounting, tax preparation, medical and dental care, architectural design, engineering. 2. Personal Services: Haircuts and styling, personal training, pet grooming, babysitting, tutoring. 3. Repair Services (without significant parts): Repairs on items like clothing or small appliances where only labor is the major component. 4. Other: Financial advising, consulting, car washes (without additional tangible products). read more

Great customer service. Both groomers treated my pets with great care. As a first time client, they made me and my babies feel welcome.

Great experience boarding my cat there and grooming. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

Everyone there is so friendly and takes great care of our fur babies! They are the best!!

I brought my dog Morticia in, and she was treated like one of their own! Alyssa was very sweet and explained everything to me. The dog bather, Max, was so sweet and loved on her. The bather she had and the groomers were just amazing! I'll definitely be bringing her back! Thank you, All Creatures, for actually caring and making sure my puppy felt safe, loved, and relaxed. read more

I love All Creatures! I first started going there to groom my poodle, and Shelly does an amazing job to meet my style specifications for this high-maintenance mini Diva. But then I got a puppy King Shepherd, who is driving us crazy. That's when I met Kevin, the owner, who runs a wonderful dog daycare at All Creatures. Our puppy felt right at home at the daycare & is always eager to go back! In other words, this is a wonderful establishment w a superb, empathetic owner and a first-class, professional staff. We came in town for the week and needed a last min place to board our sweet chihuahua. Looked at a few places and All Creatures quickly responded. We dropped her off the same day after we emailed her vaccinations. They were all so nice and our baby girl seemed happy when we pixked her up 3 days later. We will definitely use them again when we come back in town. read more

I take my cockapoo here about every 5 months and this time around she was very knotted. The groomer came out to see if she could brush them out and try to save her curls but couldn't- which I expected given that there were a lot of knots! They outdid themselves with her groom and gave her the cutest bow! Highly recommend this place!! read more

Monica is a fantastic groomer and always does a terrific job! She's so kind and very thorough, wouldn't go to anyone else.

They are the best! Have been bringing my dogs for years - the attention, care and customer service is above and beyond exceptional.

Monica and staff are the best. In order to handle these two Akitas, you have to know what you are doing, be patient and overall a dog lover. They are a stubborn breed. I am so glad to finally find the best. I tried Wolf gang but they failed on all the above. read more

All Creatures Pet Grooming - So fresh and so clean! Thank you Dawn! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Little disappointed. Cat went in for a groom. Sanitary, trim, and bath by the way sanitary trim is not much just around the tush and belly. Unfortunately my cat was having some behavioral problems so they couldn't do the other half of the groom which would be the bath . I was told to come get my cat unfortunately. What I disagree about is the fact that I paid almost full price for this rim when it should've really been half price, $10 was taken off I find this unfortunate I should've been in charged half because half the groom was completed. I don't recommend this place. read more

All Creatures Pet Grooming - Pet Groomers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

When I first called All Creatures I was surprised that they were able to get my dog in the following day for a grooming appointment - they had such great reviews AND availability?! I must be dreaming. A terrible haircut & $300 vet bill later I understood why. When I dropped my dog off the first red flag was that they me sign waiver that they're not responsible for razor burn/nicks associated with the grooming process. I had a moment when I was reading the waiver that I almost cancelled the appointment, but then someone came up and took my dog away from me before I was finished with the paperwork and I didn't want to make a scene. I've taken my dog to many groomers in the past and have never had to sign a waiver as extensive as this and that specifically says they're not liable for razor burns/nicks. As a groomer you should take responsibility if a pet is injured as a direct result of the grooming process - this is a poor business practice. Another major issue I had was that there wasn't much discussion about what I wanted for the groom - it wasn't discussed on the phone when I made the appointment or when I dropped her off - instead they called me several hours into the grooming to discuss. I explained that I wanted her shaved down but not too short - at least 2 inches. Something was obviously lost in translation because she was definitely cut extremely short. When I arrived to pick my dog up, they had me checkout (including leaving a tip, which I wouldn't have been as generous with had I already seen her) before they actually brought her out. When they brought her out her hair was extremely short, which is not what I discussed with the groomer on the phone but at this point it was too late. My dog was adamant about getting out of the building so I did not want to stay and discuss this issue with the groomer. When we got home I was able to take a closer look at her and the haircut was awful - there were tons of areas that are poorly blended/choppy and the razor marks are obvious (see photos). I've had my dog for 10 years and she has been to many different groomers and I've never experienced a grooming this terrible. Later that night (her grooming appointment ended mid-day) her skin turned bright red (see photos) and she was visibly uncomfortable - scratching/biting at her hind legs. The following day (Saturday) she was painful and would snap at me if I tried to handle her at all (which is not usually an issue). This was heartbreaking to me. I'm not accusing All Creatures of doing anything malicious, but something clearly happened that made my dog painful the following day. We ended up having to take our dog to the vet on Monday (3 days after her grooming appointment), who started her on medications to help with the itching and pain. The experience at All Creatures was an absolute nightmare. I've been hesitant to post this review because I have no interest in interacting with this business any further but I feel it's important to share my experience so that other pet owners are aware. read more
