Wow. What a disappointment…read more I'm very unhappy with the service from today. The groomer spent 35-40 minutes with my dog MAX. Apple was received at 10:02 and was done by 10:38... There is NO way she got a bath, blow dry, and a careful cut. There was also no style done to her face and head, so her head is tiny and just completely shaved - not a "boo cut" as requested. My dog was trembling when I picked her up!! And I could not communicate with the groomer since she only spoke Spanish. I was charged $85 for the "luxury spa package" and she certainly did not receive full care - and definitely no bath or fragrance. This was a complete disappointment! I normally love love 4pets mobile, but there is no way I'll be calling back for additional services. This was terrible and such a careless experience.

The person upfront argued with me about one of my dog's hair being tangled even though the owner agreed that she just needed deshedding. When I came back to pick them up she told me she was charging me extra without a reason why. She was very condescending. I pass about ten dog groomers on my way to them. I'm sure any one of them would charge me the same and be pleasant, less pompous. In addition, my beautiful dog ended up with one ear having longer hair than the other. Amateur mistakes for a hefty price. Unfortunate for sure.
