Wow. What a disappointment. I'm very unhappy with the service from today. The groomer spent 35-40 minutes with my dog MAX. Apple was received at 10:02 and was done by 10:38... There is NO way she got a bath, blow dry, and a careful cut. There was also no style done to her face and head, so her head is tiny and just completely shaved - not a "boo cut" as requested. My dog was trembling when I picked her up!! And I could not communicate with the groomer since she only spoke Spanish. I was charged $85 for the "luxury spa package" and she certainly did not receive full care - and definitely no bath or fragrance. This was a complete disappointment! I normally love love 4pets mobile, but there is no way I'll be calling back for additional services. This was terrible and such a careless experience. read more

We definitely didn't want to take our old dog anywhere that he could be exposed to other dogs. I called around, and 4Pets was the only mobile groomer who responded. As a matter of fact, she said, "I can come today at 5:15," and she was early! She spent 2 hours with Arthur, he loved her, and he looked gorgeous when she finished--not too long, not too short, just right. And the price was reasonable. We'll use them again. read more

Tried mobile pet grooming for the first time. We weren't sure what to expect, since grooming with Petco is a 4 hour ordeal and a hassle to get the dog there and back. Having the groomer come to us sounded like a much better option! We were worried it might be costly, but really it was just a little more than Petco. I would say it was totally worth it! Brandon was the technician who can to greet us and do the handoff of the dog. My dog has been nervous since he was attacked by another dog last year, but he went in the mobile van really well. He received a cut, hair shed treatment, nails, teeth and a sassy bandanna. He did great and it took about an hour from start to finish! It was a great experience and I will call them again! I am disabled and can no longer get my dogs to a grooming salon. I had 4Pets come out and had my poodle done. He was overgrown and shaggy. And he is usually really timid and cautious of people. They did such a wonderful job on him! You'll see that by the before and after pics. I can't wait to have my other dog done next month! I would definitely recommend them to friends. No more dragging them into the door of a salon, but by the pics I saw a happy dog in the grooming table! Update: I have now had my 2nd dog groomed, and I am still very happy! This dog is just a shave, but even with that other groomers couldn't get it done right, but today she is exactly what I wanted! She looks and feels amazing. What made me happy is that, when the groomer brought her back in my home, that Dory wanted to go,right back out with her again! So seems,like it was a very no-stress experience for her. I followed the instructions on their website to get an appointment and they didn't respond. I waited a couple of days and someone finally messaged back with "We can do your dog ". I replied asking for a time and date and no reply. They must not need the business or care enough to follow through on their own instructions. 4Pets did an excellent job on my 2 big babies. My younger is terrified of getting his nails cut, to the point where we were told he'd have to be sedated. The guys at 4Pets were able to cut his nails, and did a great job at that. You can tell they actually took the time to deshed them, and they after almost a week later they still smell good. She understood what we were looking for in our Bishon's grooming and delivered above our expectations. Tucker was happy too! Thanks 4pets mobile!! They were fantastic. I have a ragdoll cat. He's insanely fluffy and knots super easily. I usually give him a good shave myself before the weather gets too hot but decided to give a groomer a try. So worth it! Why have I been doing it myself all these years!? This has always been such a hassle and they nailed it. Needless to say my cat didn't appreciate it as much as me lol but he's already strutting around the house like the little lion he is. They were very reasonably priced. Had a grooming appointment today 03/20/2020 . When I made the appointment I told the guy cat and dog ( Akita is the breed ) . He said okay 2:45pm. Cat 65$, dog 85$. My appointment got pushed back twice. 3pm and then 3:30 pm . 4Pets Mobile arrived LATE at 3:45. When I spoke to lady I asked her about my cat getting groomed as well . She looked at me lost, confused as she doesn't deal with cats . So I texted the guy and asked him if someone was coming to groom my cat. He didn't acknowledge the fact that he forgotten about my cat . No sorry no nothing. Then stated that they can come tmro and groom my cat . So I left it alone. I sat in to make sure my pup was okay ( separate anxiety.) she began to wash him and I noticed she was not doing much scrubbing more of a rubbing . My pup is an Akita meaning a lot of fur and undercoat . As she continue to rub soap on him she stated that it looked like my dog may have fleas . I asked if they treated dogs with fleas she say yes and showed me the dog flea soap . I was unhappy with the way she bath him the first time and asked if she could bath him a second time with flea soap and she said yes . Then before she started she told me he doesn't have fleas . Which confused me so I said " to be on the safe side I rather the second wash with flea soap." But again she just rubbed soap on him . ( smh) When she was done "bathing"him for a second time I told her that's all I want ( just a bath). I became a little upset because That wasn't a dog bath that was water and soap on top of my dog . I asked how much I owed for a bath. And she stated 85 dollars. Which I was not paying 85$ for a half ass bath . When on the flyer it's 85$ for shampoo, conditioner, deshedding, ear cleaning, hand fluff dry, fragrance and a bandana . So I told her I would call the guy and see how much I owe. I called he ignored so I texted him and asked how much for a bath, he stated 85$ I told him I will not pay that cause my dog did not receive 85$ worth of cleaning . So I called again and he answered. He tried to tell me my dog is infected and now he needs to clean the van . Which I would assume you would clean and disinfect everything before each dog or cat visit. He also told me that I owed 85$ since this morning when I made the appointment. I told him I would not pay 85$. He began to yell at me over the phone. Told me whatever and hung up . I gave the lady 40$ and that is me being nice. 40$ is a lot for rubbing soap and spraying my dog down . I took my dog a bath and took photos . The water was black. I wouldn't recommend 4Pets to anyone who loves there animals . read more

Great Service! Highly Recommend! We have a great dog and she is not crated. We have struggled to find a good groomer that doesn't keep our dog for 5-6 hours. After our last experience, we found this groomer on YELP. First, they were very quick to return my my call, which is a huge plus! The come to your home, they did a great cut on our dog and it was very reasonably priced. The owner came to the door and took our dog to their mobile service van. If I could rate them lower than a 1, I would. The groomer did a fabulous job; however, the problem is the owner. The owner will not allow you to have the same groomer each visit. Since we have a handicapped member in our family, we do not want an unfamiliar groomer each time. read more

We called and they were able to give us an appointment within a few hours. It's so convenient having the mobile grooming service come to your house. It really reduced the anxiety my puppies get when they have to go elsewhere for grooming and wait amongst other pets. The BEST groomers in central Florida. I've been all over and although there are a few places that do treat my dog well, I just can't stand the thought of her being locked in a cage for hours. Going somewhere else is always an all day affair, have to make an appointment a month in advance then waiting for the call to pick her up. Not with 4Pets, I was able to setup my appointment via text and they were at my home the following Saturday morning. I looked inside the truck and it was sparkling clean. It didn't take more than 45 minutes and my dog was at my front door. The groomer was super friendly and we've been lucky to get him every time since. Highly recommend this grooming service!!!
