This is the second time that our Toby is getting a groom from Ruby Roo's. I have never seen him so happy as she approaches him. I guess he still remembered the last grooming he had and love it. The mobile services is very helpful for us as our dog does not enjoy car ride. It's very convenient and the service is fantastic. Everything was done the way I expected. I totally recommend to try it. read more

Sarah is amazing! Her experience was clearly shown with my dog Hendrix. He is so nervous and scared of the grooming tools used during his hair cut...(Scissors, clippers etc...) he also has terrible skin allergies, which Sarah kindly gave me advice on tricks to try to help it... he was matted, stinky, but he turned out looking like a WHOLE NEW DOG! He smells amazing, looks amazing and is happy as can be! Sarah was the first mobile dog grooming business who Al was able to fully groom him due to his nervous state - most mobile groomers aren't able to complete his cut. So her 15 years of experience came in clutch for us! South San Diego peeps you need to hire her - by far my go-to groomer now thank you Sarah!!!! read more

Ruby Roo's Grooming gets an A++ for quality grooming and excellent customer service with the added benefit of coming to your home. We are new to the area and looking for help with our dogs and Sara has been so accommodating. She is simply the best! Sara does an excellent job with what I call "fluffing and buffing" = shampooing, ear cleaning, nail trims, haircuts and beyond. She demonstrates kindness and gentleness along with her grooming skills, especially with our super senior dog, Rowdy, who is 112 years old in "people years". As a dog guardian of 20+ years worth of grooming appointments, I highly recommend Ruby Roo's Grooming. read more

Sarah came by in her mobile grooming van, took a very nervous, hairy, dirty poodle pup inside. Viola! Out came a gorgeous, calm, fluffy little boy. He is so soft and the groom was amazing. Color me very happy. And Asher loves his new cut, and I think he made a new friend. Thank you! read more

I was looking for a mobile dog grooming service in my area because with my work schedule right now, getting to and from a groomers is just an extra chore that I don't have the time for. Ruby Roo's grooming was the first to respond to my Yelp request, and was able to get me in the next morning! I'm beyond impressed with the grooming service my dog received here! This was his first time being groomed by Ruby Roo's grooming, and naturally I was a little nervous, but Sara made it such a wonderful experience. From the moment she came to pick up my dog she was friendly, professional, on time, and made sure to address all of my concerns. Her confidence really put my mind at ease, so I let her do her thing! Once he was all done, I couldn't believe how gorgeous he looked! His coat was perfectly trimmed, fluffy, he smelled amazing, and she even added a cute little bow! She even paid attention to the little details, like cleaning his ears, cutting around his eyes, and trimming his nails, which I really really appreciated. You can tell that Sara clearly cares about the well-being and comfort of the dogs they work with. I could tell my pup was in great hands the entire time! In fact, a few hours after, I received the cutest picture of my dog that I have ever seen! I am actually still in awe at how she got him to take the picture! It is such a sweet thing to have! It's clear she has a lot of experience, and I trust her completely with my dog's grooming needs moving forward. As a matter of fact, I already had her come back out the next day because my mom also wanted her pup to look just as amazing as mine! (Which he did!) I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch grooming for their furry friend. Thank you for making my dog look and feel so fabulous! The amount of compliments he is getting is insane and it's all thanks to your lovely work! read more

What a great experience all around. My two dogs needed a grooming months ago, but due to one of them having a surgery their groom was delayed. I have been looking for a mobile groomer since both of my dogs are senior. Ruby Roos was a wonderful experience. My labradoodle is very shy, and sensitive but she came and sat with both my dogs and took her time. They both look wonderful. Will definately use again. read more

my dogs HATE being groomed but somehow she has managed to get one of them to adore her and look forward to seeing her. he gets jealous of his brother when he gets to go first, and stares yearningly out the window until it's his turn. my other dog has three functional legs and she is incredibly accommodating to him, giving him a great groom without exacerbating his condition. he is also incredibly squirmy, and she does an excellent job getting his nails trimmed and an even groom. read more
