I dropped off my pup & they said it would take maybe 2.5-3 hours. It ended up only taking about 1.5 hours & they me a text 15 minutes before he was ready. They also groom right there in front of you so you know they're not mistreating your pup since that's always a concern.

Both times the groomer was not who normally groomed our dog. This last time was the worst. They sent a groomer who claimed she had twenty years of experience. Much to my surprise, Joseph answered my message in under five minutes, instructing me to call in the morning and he'd do his best to squeeze me in. I called first thing in the morning, and it worked out for them to send Dan to us in the mobile grooming truck less than two hours later. He did a wonderful job with Rocky (getting him all clean and shaved and the full works) and I'm extra grateful because he let us know about an ear infection, so we were then off to find a vet. They always greeted her by name & with love. The daily photo report cards were the highlight of our day. At the age of 18 (mostly blind & deaf) she passed away last week.
