I am in a hardship, and I have a fixed income and she wanted to get my three dogs in shape so I could afford to keep them groomed. But upon her reading the beginning of this, she got very angry and said that it hurt her, and it was all very positive, and the whole thing seemed a little immature to me. So she told me to find another groomer, and said she was done, and I told her I would remove this whole thing if she just honored her end and did the grooming this one time, but she refused to. Just want to give people a heads up that something like this could very well happen again. Update: I will not use this venue as a place to argue with someone. But when there is a lie... I sent a message late at night expecting a response in the morning. Much to my surprise, Joseph answered my message in under five minutes, instructing me to call in the morning and he'd do his best to squeeze me in. I called first thing in the morning, and it worked out for them to send Dan to us in the mobile grooming truck less than two hours later. He did a wonderful job with Rocky (getting him all clean and shaved and the full works) and I'm extra grateful because he let us know about an ear infection, so we were then off to find a vet. Would definitely recommend them and use them if I get a dog while in the area.

When I finally reached someone they told me to text them which I did and it's been two days with no response. Why tell someone to text you if you want respond back? So in total I have been trying to reach them for 2-3 weeks now. To the owner if you are this busy where you can not answer texts, Yelp messenger, business phone, cell phone then tell new customers you can't take new clients, it's the respectful thing to do.

I'm a nervous first-time dog mom of a perfect puppy, Birdie, and she just got a great grooming! Maha clearly has a well-oiled system for communication, scheduling, and payment, but more importantly- she brings a calm, kind, and generous energy into your home. I was no longer interested in handing my puppy to someone to take into the back of a truck for groomings and Maha conveniently comes to your home and sets up in a bathroom of yours. She has all the tools for this mobile grooming and I get the piece of mind of knowing my puppy isn't screaming (I always wondered how she was doing when she was in the back of a van getting groomed). The texts reminding me about my appointment and then 10 minutes out were very helpful as I planned a break in my wfh virtual meetings and she was very timely. Birdie loved her and her calm energy. It's clear she loves dogs and I felt so comfortable leaving my pup in her care. The final result was a beautifully groomed Birdie, who smelled great, and was left with a beautiful collar of flowers (I told her I wanted her to look pretty!). Something special about the groomers. I have a 7 year old very fearful female dog, and a very hyper…read morepeople loving 12 year old dog. This is the only place I take my dogs for grooming. The female hates her feet being touched, and hates new people. Kathy has a special touch- let me tell you! First time there Kathy spent some time with the female dog and got her to trust her the quickest I have ever seen. She was able to get the trails trimmed and even worked on trimming the hair. Next two visits she worked on more trust and than brought out the drill to grind the nails. This was a big step! This trip today Kathy was able to file the nails and shave the paw pads WITHOUT ANY accidents or my dog getting scared! My female dog is so fearful that at the vets (which I have brought all my dogs too for the last 26 years) she has shown teeth and has to be muzzled for the last 2 years. NOT here, not at Runway Pet Groomers! The store owner/manager always is nice and giver my dog space to build trust. Kathy is special, as is this location. My male dog is a ball of energy and just wants to love and run around the whole time. They handle him with care, because he will try to jump off the bench to see the other dogs and people. They do not yell, scold or tighten the lead or choke him to comply. Rather, they give him attention and work at his pace. His nails are blackened and hard to see the quick, and he has NEVER come back with a cut or bleeding. Unlike other places I have taken him. You can see other groomers and other dogs through the windows, and none of them seem like they want flee the area. There's toys, treats and food items to purchase should you choose. Overall, the prices are good for the area and the staff are great with dogs. I won't take them anyplace else!
