If I could give this review a 0 star I would! I took my dog into get groomed and they told me it was going to be 2-3 hours. I dropped her off at 4:00 and went back at around 6:45ish and nicely asked how much longer and they said 30-45 min! While the person who started on my dog was grooming another dog. I go back in there around 8:15ish and she still isn't done! What the actual hell! I also asked him to please not shave my dog and he shaved all her hair off cause it was "too matted"! I get home and notice my dog is limping! They cut her leg... please save yourself a heartache and don't take your dog to this groomer! Only positive thing I have to say is the manager that I talked to was very nice and understanding of the situation! read more

I am HORRIFIED by my dog's grooming. To begin, my dog is a Pyrenees mix, which any groomer knows should never be shaved as the undercoat not only protects her pink skin, but also helps regulate her temperature. About an hour into the appointment, I receive a call that my dog is very matted (which ok yes, she needs a good brushing with furminator and cut) and that they would need to cut it down more than usual. At this point, she's been going to PetSmart grooming for years and has a substantial file with her past cuts and details of her prior appointments. Flash forward 4 hours later: my dog has been shaved completely. Pics for reference. Uneven, down to the skin and open wounds in some places. Now not only do I have to worry about her coats growing back normally, but I get the added concern of not being able to let her sun tan in the backyard like she loves or enjoy the upcoming warmer months bc she will burn and can't regulate her internal temperatures without her under coat. read more

If I could give the grooming salon a -5ld. Shannon was the groomer for my dog. When I walked in she wanted to charge me for a special shampoo. She said the fur was dirty. I give my dog regular baths. I said no I did not want that. When I went to pay my bill there was a $10 charge called a FURminator! In the nine years that I've had my pet groomed I have never had a FURminator! Apparently she had to lift up the fur on her chest to shave it. There were no mats. You've got to be kidding me! I will never take my dog there again. Her hair cus awful! read more

I'm looking forward to the new location when it opens (it's under final construction right now). The parking will be much more accessible and safer for the dogs that are brought to visit - the parking lot now is very small, claustrophobic, and doesn't have much room to maneuver. A dog could easily be killed by a car coming 'round the corner if the dog was on a flexi-lead and a few feet away from it's owner. This location is pretty large and had a huge selection of dog toys. There were training classes in session and I recognized the same approaches from the Petsmart puppy class I attended in Ithaca, so at least we know the training IS universal among Petsmart locations. However, the Psittacosis outbreak still reigns, knocking the birds off from market until a projected April release. While this suits me fine (I don't support the breeding of pets OR the sale of them in commercial businesses) I was pretty discouraged to find the ridiculously over-priced baby conure without much of a tail While damage to tail feathers is pretty common among babies, I'll admit I was a bit worried whether the bird was over-preening himself due to boredom. (At the old location) I brought my two Pomeranian/Chows there to be groomed. I had an appointment at 11am and I was there at 10:30am. I told the girl working there that I'd be back by 2pm to pick them up because I needed to be in Broomfield no later than 3pm. They were getting trimmed, shampooed, nails clipped. They're smallish dogs and they didn't look very busy when I dropped my dogs off (there was one dog being groomed). Before I left I told them to please call me of they didn't have time to do both dogs by 2pm, I could at least bring one of them back the next day. So, I left to run the errands I needed done. About 1:15pm I decide to give them a call. The girl answering the phone says that Tito and Chichi (shut up, it's cute!) were almost done, they'd be done by the time 2pm rolled around. I asked ARE YOU SURE? Yes, yes, yes she said. So, I get there at 1:55pm so I can pay them and be out of there by 2pm. I ask if my dogs are done and the lady at the counter (who wasn't there earlier) tells me that my dogs are being shampooed please come back in an hour. Well, that wasn't possible because I was spending the night in Broomfield and I needed my dogs now! So, I told her I need my dogs NOW, please dry them and give them to me. Then she gave me some lip about how I should be more considerate of other customers because I'm not the only customer-- pshaw! After I started raising my voice they brought out my two still slightly damp dogs at about 2:15pm. They didn't smell like they were shampooed and conditioned, their nails weren't trimmed. Their fur wasn't trimmed. i swear, they must have just wet my dogs when I got there. Yeah, so I just have a friend trim their fur and I give them baths and trim their nails at home. It's basically what I did before but I just got lazy I guess. (New Location, next to Sports Authority and Target) I was curious about the new place one day and I decided to check it out. They have the new Pets Hotel. I met the manager for that-- big burly dude who was really nice and gave me a mini-tour of the place. I have to say, it looked really nice and smelled clean too. Actually, cleaner then the restrooms xD I was walking around and saw the really nice "classroom" for the Pet Training. There was this really nice lady there who after talking to her for a few minutes, sold me on the beginners training class. My trainer was Deb and she did a really good job over the 8 weeks of classes. I learned a lot and so did my dogs. I'm probably going to sign up for the next level of training soon. I buy the Mother Hubbard dog biscuits here but not the food. I go in there and sometimes there's the Science Diet rep there who I pity because I'll never buy the food. I buy my dog all organic, corn-free, by-product free natural food. Unfortunately, Petsmart doesn't carry the "good stuff". I took a gander over to the grooming section. It amazes me that the entrance is smaller than the old one. Why couldn't they have made that stupid door open *outwards*? I went in there to check it out and there were 4 people and a couple that had their dogs and it was so cramped. They really should have moved that counter back a few feet instead of trying to maximized groom floor space (and profits). The Banfield Vet in the back is a nice touch. Seems well organized, clean and uncluttered. That makes me happy. The women's restroom was kinda gross. The floor has something sticky on it and the first stall I went into the seat had what looked like dried blood on it. I went into the next stall and "hovered". On my way out I looked at the sheet and it seemed like no one had cleaned the bathroom all day (or they forgot to mark it down?) and the trash cans were full. As a pet owner, I see the need that they fill. The employees there are really nice and it seems to me that they enjoy their job. Perhaps they're not the brightest bunch but if i need to know something, I can just query the almighty Google. When I go there, i know exactly what I'm looking for and asking them, they know exactly where the item is and they lead you right too it. ***I was gonna just give them 3 stars but thinking about it, it's actually closer to 4 stars for me. I requested that my dogs tail remain a fan tail and this groomer zipped it clean stating that it was matted. Well guess what... There are grooming tools for matts because I have one. I also have used it on my dogs tail and was able to break away the matts. Maybe this groomer was just too lazy to take the time taking the easy way out. I paid to have my dog groomed, not butchered. I had an okay experience shopping here. It's a decently large store and has a nice selection of everything from toys and outfits to food and accessories. My beef lies with its organization, or should I say, "organi-nonexistent." I was here shopping for toys to send to a pit bull I fell in love with on facebook who has cancer and was getting his leg amputated. That said, I was looking for things that his mama said he likes but that wouldn't break the bank and didn't weigh a ton since I would be shipping them. I kept finding the same toys in the clearance bin (without any evidence of a reduced price) that were hanging on the rack at full-price, and the sales people were unable to offer any clarification until checkout. They were, however, very helpful with trying to find additional toys that fit the bill, if it turned out that the ones I already found were not on sale. (One guy wheeled out an entire cart full of marked-down toys to-be while the other rang them up and dug through their database.) I would love to give this place a four- or five-star rating, but the lack of organization just kills me; it shouldn't be too much to ask to know what my total will be before I get to the register. I'm not the greatest fan of surprises, especially not that kind. Sidenote: The doggy day camp looked really great! If you're running in to get something for one of your furry family members or aquatic buddies then it's great. I talked with the girl at the fish section and for some reason her confidence seemed to have been shaken a tad. She explained that this particular location doesn't carry much but to go to the Colorado/Yale location. I know its one company but shouldn't you try to make your store the best? I saw a bunch of happy puppies running around. The fish section looked unkept with a lot of dirty glass as well as a dead kissing gourami in the bigger display tank. With my niece turning 1 over the weekend, her dad wanted some help from Ben and I picking out a kitty to surprise her with! Being that I love animals, I jumped at the chance to help - so I started searching for young, female cats to adopt. My go to website is the Denver Dumb Friends League - which now bring some of their adoptee's to various PetSmart locations. We spotted Pumpkin online (1 year old orange kitten) and were sold. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly smiling faces. Everyone was eager to help up us, which we gladly accepted. I didn't catch the name of the girl helping us, but she was beyond friendly and really helpful in picking out Pumpkin, telling us the diet she was already on, about the adoption process and even helped us pick out healthier food, treats and litter for our kitties. the entire experience was very pleasant and it was fun to see the other animals in the store - mainly training. I will come back to this location for my pet needs in the future! :) read more

Massive space even with a PetHotel! Friendly staff and tons of essentials and fun items for whatever sort of pet you may have. Like any big box for humans they clearly have deals with certain lines so there may be some items you may not find here initially. Once I was arrived and was standing at the counter with my stressed cat, they informed me that the cat groomer was not coming in that day. I never got a call. Made another appointment, loaded the cat up again and showed up early again, and this time they would not accept the cats out of state vaccination certificate. *****the vaccinations are current and up to date for two months from now!!! These people are just lazy or already have more business than they can handle. This particular location is a dump. What a waste of my time, twice. read more

One star for the grooming department. I had an appointment scheduled for my cat on the only available day their single cat groomer can groom on a Monday. I left work early and called to confirm my appointment to be disconnected or hung up on, called back and placed on hold by the cat groomer, to then be told by a man that there wasn't an appointment scheduled and that my cat didn't have an up to date vaccination for rabies. I let him know I ensured getting his vaccination last week prior to the appointment. Instead of an apology, I was told I'd be called back and the groomer couldn't fit my cat in for his appointment the cat groomer failed to schedule. I allowed for service recovery prior to writing this and never got a call back at all. You lost my business. Shame on you for the extremely poor customer service. read more

I've brought my dog here for bathing a few times. Today was the first (and last) time I brought him for a groom. After talking me into a $33 upgrade because she said his fur needed it, I was also surprised with a $7 upcharge - no heads up or reasoning. When I asked why she said that my dog required two people and was very very nervous and stressed the entire time - she sounded very concerned, making me feel like it was a mistake to bring him there. Then she said next time he gets mats to take him to a veterinarian and ask for a sedative. He's been groomed plenty of times - bathed several times at this PetSmart, and no one has ever mentioned his stress level was concerning, and certainly not enough to require a sedative. Could it be you just didn't know how to handle him on your own? Also, none of the PetSmart groomers told me about the possibility of upcharges like that, they just slapped it on the bill and expected me not to see it. When I was checking out with this astronomically high bill feeling guilty for even bringing him here and putting him through this, there was a couple next to me who was also talking about a surprise they got from the groomer. Apparently their dog was too "rambunctious" and "roughhoused" with other dogs too much - something they'd never heard before. I kind of wonder what dog is ideal for this grooming crew. Based on other reviews many of the dogs (and owners) leave with anxiety. Next time he's up for grooming I won't be bringing him to this PetSmart or a vet, but to a team that is more capable of handling dogs. read more

I have been bringing my dog here for about two years to get groomed. Every time I take her she leaves with more and more anxiety. If customer service at all reflects how my dog is treated then I understand why, because service has rapidly deteriorated. When booking an appointment the person seemed more annoyed than anything. But dropping off my dog was an even worse experience because the person was extremely condescending and rude. Instead of offering solutions I was greeted with reasons why I had made the wrong choices in bringing my dog in even though I explained my dogs personality to the (very annoyed) person I spoke with on the phone. Ultimately I decided it's time for us to go somewhere else. Above all, I hate being treated like I'm lacking in intelligence. Customer service is very important, petsmart. My mom went to pick up some worms for my Leopard gecko and dog. This isn't the first time this has happened! The staff had told her to feed my gecko 4 worms and crickets every day, Now here's the issue w/ that, my gecko is 12 months old so he should be fed every week up to 10 worms if he eats every day for all his life he would overweight and get health issues that might cause death. There's no problem with crickets but one staff member told her to LEAVE the LIVE CRICKETS in the plastic bag without food and water which they would die from btw, but they also said to leave the crickets in the tank for 2 days until removed from the tank, which would cause injury and stress to leopard geckos. So personally I would never go there. read more

First, when I arrived they couldn't find my appointment because the requested groomer called in sick. However they never contacted me to see if I wanted to reschedule or settle for another groomer. Secondly, they didn't even give her a bow. They charged $58 & no bow. Thirdly, my dog was freaking out when I picked her up. She's been groomed every month since she was 6 months old (she's 5 years) and she's never acted so scared. Finally, when I got her outside she peed a lot and when I got her home, she drank an entire dish of water. If you love your furbaby, find a different groomer. I know I will. read more

It's infuriating when people come and and touch one's pet WITHOUT ASKING!!! My puppy is extremely cute, he's a French Bulldog, so I get it- HOWEVER, it's common courtesy it ASK before touching someone's dog. There's also this thing called a COVID-19 PANDEMIC happening right now!!!! (I know everyone that works at this location has forgotten) it's a simple request!!! And a basic human and customer request! Would you want random strange people coming to you and putting their dirty hands and fingers in YOUR MOUTH?!?! I think not. WTF?!?!? My puppy is NOT dangerous in any way and IF I WOULD JUST BE ASKED FIRST, THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM!!! I'm training my puppy to NOT go up to every stranger. The best learning comes in an environment with the most distractions. I can't believe this is even something happening in the midst of a pandemic. Me bringing my dog in a store does not automatically give ANYONE the right to touch it. It's not about him being dangerous, it's a about respect. (On side note, I called and spoke to a manager and he could have given two Sh*ts about this basic request. Shrugging off this with "oh, we are just passionate dog people and blah blah blah-" ) if I wasn't out of time, I wouldn't have come to this location. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years because it's the closest to my house. Their nail trims have always been lackluster. They leave them long, which means that I have to come back sooner than I should have to for another nail trim. Went in today and was told that my pet's records are out of date - not true, also we were just here a month ago and there was no issue - and I asked them to call my vet to confirm. They didn't have my vet's number on file and were unwilling to do a simple google search to find it. Had a sweet guy during my last visit who looked this number up for me without issue. I have been bringing my golden retriever to this location for over 4 years but after today's botched appointment, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I called in to make my appointment 3 weeks ago for today at 9am. Two weeks ago I called to confirm the appointment as the person on the phone seemed very distracted when I talked to them. They had no record of our call so I remade the appointment for today at 9am. One week ago I called again to confirm and they had it there correctly. This morning I arrived at 9:02am and they had given my appointment away to a cat that had just shown up without an appointment. The lady claimed that the appointment was for 8:30am and made no apology or offer to take him in despite their mistake. Petsmart Pet Hotel just saved my Christmas Vacation to Mexico! They are evening feeding One-eyed Jack a Turkey Dinner on Christmas, and giving him a bath before we come home! I will update my review upon pet pick up, but this was one of the most organized together dog boarders I have ever spoken with. They are even calling my vet for vaccination history - I do not have to do a thing. I have called no less than 10 Dog Boarders today, and Petsmart, of all places, saved the day! I am super impressed and appreciative! After the fact, I updated to 5 stars! The experience was fantastic. One-eyed Jack emerged from his week of boarding like he had been to a spa- happy, health, bouncy, and sweet smelling. The staff all knew him and they were clearly into their doggie clients. It was not cheap- $500 for a week (with play time, walks, holiday meals, and grooming) but bringing back a happy pet is worth it. Way to go, Petsmart! read more

I find myself comparing Petsmart to my local supermarket most days. Petsmart is my one stop shop for my large furry friend and her many needs. When I need dog food (Iams - the red bag), training treats (crate training - oh boy), toys, bones, collars, and leashes; Petsmart is my go to destination. This particular location has a large private parking lot, has a pet hotel, pet grooming, and dog training classes. I primarily use them for my retail needs and seek the more hands on pet services from other local places. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and on most days I can be in and out of the store in under ten minutes (a girl on a mission). Service is efficient and friendly and I've been offered assistance on more than one occasion to help carry the 35 lbs. of dog food to my car. I'm a loyal Petsmart customer and have been for years. read more

I had the worst experiences here. I've never been treated so poorly!!! My girlfriend and I have a 3 legged dog we took him to pet smart to get him a toy and some bones. We usually take him in because he enjoys it. Immediately when we walk in we have a employee asking us if he's okay, we said yes and continued to go look at the stuffed toys for him. 3 minutes after that we had the "manager" come up to us and said they have had complaints that we aren't taking care of our dog. He said we were making other patrons uncomfortable. I told him we had vet papers from visit 2 weeks ago and if he'd like to see them. We felt so uncomfortable we decided not too give this place our business. As we were walking out he followed out of the store. I asked him simply if he had a problem he then said don't come back to this store. We both replied we gladly will never step foot in here again. All of this for having a 3 legged dog, we both feel very violated and will never visit another pet smart again. read more

Long story short....the grooming department shaved 1/2 of my dog and gave up (leaving her head and top half long and gross). I had to finish "grooming" her myself since she looked so terrible. They claimed that she wouldn't cooperate, but our other groomer never had any issues (and she sat perfectly still for me). Luckily, they didn't charge me, but they did charge $70 to wash and comb my big dog. They said he wouldn't cooperate when they trimmed his nails, so they didn't get them all. This review is strictly for the PetSmart Pet Hotel. I really don't ever shop at this store but I use the pet hotel quite a lot. PetSmart has made a good move with their Pet Hotel. They are extremely convenient and easy to work with. We don't often need to board our dog but we are selling our house and so we get kicked out of our house a lot for showings. It's nice to be able to drop our doggie off at the Pet Hotel for an hour or two some of those times. We can call them 3 weeks in advance or 3 minutes in advance and they are always accommodating. They can keep our dog for an hour or a week. Our dog gets nervous about being left places but she does enjoy herself there. The staff is incredibly nice and competent. I can't imagine that these are very well paying positions and yet they have managed to find people who seem to really enjoy their job and it shows. I've always been greeted with a smile. My dog and I have always been treated with kindness and respect and never once have I had any doubt that my dog is being well cared for while I'm not there. There are a lot of places that will keep your dog and a lot of them are terrible. I am betting the quality of service at these pet hotels vary considerably from location to location, but this particular one is a winner. read more

I have kind of made it a rule to not review corporations on here, because for the most part you know what you're getting regardless of which location you're at. I'm changing this rule to I won't review corporations unless I have a bad experience- and I've had many at this place! You name it, I've experienced it! No customer service, people working there literally FORGETTING about me when I've asked them a question that they've had to go in the back to answer my question, to attitude and workers just being plain old rotten meanies. Oh yeah, and I got yelled at by the grooming staff because after I had made an appointment and showed up I found out that they gave me an inaccurate time frame. Somehow that was my fault for them not doing their job. Hell, even if it WAS my fault, in business the customer always comes first! That's just bad business! Obviously I canceled my appointment, partly because I didn't have the time since I hadn't planned my afternoon to the time frame of the world according to Petsmart, but also because I'm not a pushover. Additionally, the groomers seemed like the wicked witches of the west and I was not about to leave my dogs with them! The Pet Hotel is a step better, but I have a few issues with them too. I haven't looked into if I can review it separately yet, so I'll just leave it at that for now. If I can I will, because while I have issues, I don't think they deserve a one star. If you've read any of my reviews, you'll know that I have given my fair share of one star and two stars reviews. But I've given a LOT more four and five stars. Take me seriously when I say that I hate, hate, HATE this place! This is the only place in Colorado that has ever made me want to punch babies. Even though it's the closest pet store to me, I will drive all the way down Colorado Blvd to the other Petsmart or to the Petco in between the two Petsmarts. Every time I'm forced to walk into this one, 5 years is taken off my life and I have to walk away from my phone so I don't call their corporate line and yell at an innocent customer service rep about how monkeys could run this place better and whoever hired these awful people should be fired. You would think with 10 + employees in the vicinity that someone would be watching the end of the line. I was escorted to the Pet Hotel in a Secret Service fashion and told to keep my phone in my pocket and not to take a pictures. The service at the Pet Hotel was great, which is good since it was the primary reason for my visit. This whole fiasco could have been avoided had the security guard at the front door let me know about the lanyard criteria. The wheel doesn't turn well when a spoke is broken. Truthfully, I could care less about the Brett Michaels thing, afterall, we are talking Poison not Dave Matthews or the Rolling Stones, but I do want my 20 minutes back. read more

However, the Banfield here is AWFUL (and almost killed our cat, telling us that we were imagining his UTI, when a week later he had to have emergency surgery to remove more than a dozen bladder stones) - see the review. Now, we're over the groomers. We have three cats. One is long hair. He needs to be groomed once a year. That's all. It shouldn't have to be such an ordeal. Last year, we couldn't make an appointment because he needed to go to Banfield first. We took him to Banfield. They were rude and he almost died, see above. However, he did get groomed eventually. It wasn't amazing, and it was a pain to set up, since they never see cats of then weekend, and only have one person willing to groom them, etc. So this year, we planned ahead. We made an appointment way in advance. My partner took off the first hour of work, since you have to bring them in during business hours. She was then going to have to take off later, since you have to leave the cat there for a few hours (unlike the Downtown Dog and Cat, who focuses on one animal at a time, so they are done in an hour and half). Great. She goes in last Friday, after driving over there with poor Jasper in the carrier, which he hates. She gets him out, takes him in, and BAM. "Oh, our cat groomer decided to take the day off. You don't have an appointment anymore." Um, what? "Everyone was called yesterday." Uh...we didn't get a call, or a message or anything. "You were supposed to." Well, we didn't. "Sorry, it's my first week. I can't help you." Is your manager around? "Nah, she is on vacation." So how are we gonna solve this issue? "You'll have to make another appointment, take more time off of work (never mind being late to this morning's meeting, since you now have to take your poor cat home), and hope that the cat groomer decides to show" (paraphrased). Hell no. We are done with Petsmart as a whole, Banfield, Grooming, etc. They clearly don't care about our business, so we'll give it to local groomers, vets, pet stores, etc that do. read more

This review is for the pet hotel. As far as the store goes, it's okay. It has a Banfield Pet Hospital inside. The store itself is on par with any other PetSmart in America, kinda pricey, but well-stocked. As far as the Pet Motel goes: The staff are extremely friendly, and they know everyone's dogs by name. They seem to take good care of dogs, but I've only used them once, so I don't have a big sample size. The girlfriend left her dog here for a night and a day at doggie day care. The dog loved it, as she seemed to get lots of attention, and at pick-up time they gave us a report card showing how well she ate/played/made dukey/etc. All of the staff members signed the card, and as cheesy as it is, it's nice to be able to see how she did in each "category" while she was under someone else's care, and they obviously go to great lengths to reassure customers. read more

I've never been in a PetSmart where I've said "Yes, I'd like to go back there because I had so much fun!". It may be because of the smell of pet, the misbehaved dogs, or the general apathy of the employees. Perhaps it's all three. Whatever it is, this location fits the Company Mantra just perfectly. Smelly, depressing, and lame. On this latest visit, we found our dog food relatively easy with the standard Petsmart "markdown". Note: Petsmart, please just keep your prices low instead of giving the appearance of a sale. Thanks. The cashier was friendly enough who told us "Damn, I'm wiped" after starting his shift 1 hour earlier. Nice work pal. The topper was the other cashier, handing customers with the shit attitude welcomed by PetSmart. A kid wandered up to his station, appearing lost. After some attitude, he said, in front of the kid "what kind of parent loses their kid at PetSmart". You, my good sir, are a pimple of the highest order. The kid, sad as a clam, waited patiently for Captain Pleasant to make a page and chastise the parent for what was obviously a minor oversight. I had no idea they even made PetSmarts this large! They have a doggy day care facility, kennels, groomers and trainers. The staff is also incredibly helpful. I came in with my dog for the first time (1 year old black lab) and he was a total spaz, but I was able to spend some time talking with the trainer about some issues we've been having with him lately. Very pleased with her suggestions and we'll likely be signing him up for a class shortly. We'll definitely be checking out the doggy day care sometime soon. $20 a day and the dogs play for 7 hours. To me, that's totally worth it to tire out our energetic pup because the Cherry Creek trail just doesn't always cut it. read more

This Petsmart actually recently moved from just off Colorado Blvd back behind it on Alameda, and the improvements are phenomenal. The aisles are wider, the place is laid out better, and it just looks and smells new (for now). I went on grand opening weekend, and the employees were super cheerful and chatty, and they gave me a balloon with a free cat food lid on the end of it. There's a better enclosed area for dog training classes, instead of just randomly in the middle of the store like before. You can see in to the training area too. A young male employee helped me pick out a gluten free cat food and even thought it might prevent my cat from vomiting on a regular basis. It's nice that their employees are knowledgeable about the ingredients of their products rather than just shrugging and saying "I don't know" like they probably would at Target next door. The variety is just great here, and you can usually find some good deals. They have a frequent shopper card and weekly discounts on certain items (I think the gluten free wet food was about 30 cents for a huge can on-sale!). That's cheaper than Fancy Feast! read more

I take my puppy to the Doggie Day Care in glendale 2-3 times a week. This location has started "curbside" DOGGIE DROP OFF!!! Just pull up, they open your car door....that easy and stress free. My pup loves the doggie day care....she literally pulls me to get in as quick as she can. They also do nail grinding and baths while at camp. More convenience for a busy family. Thank you ! I don't actually bring my dogs with me to Petsmart (they are far too huge for me to control AND shop...) but I do go to Petsmart for their basic needs like dog food, bedding, treats, toys, etc. Petsmart is a giant chain and not necessarily terribly customized or "local" feeling, but I get what I need and the prices are good, so I would recommend going to Petsmart for your doggie (or other pet) needs. read more
