The staff here are just wonderful and do a great job taking care of our sweet little girl. She was initially very nervous to get started and they were so kind and patient with her. She comes home so happy and tired. I especially love that they give the pups time to adjust. Their policies and pricing are all very reasonable. from the moment I walked in with my babies they were great. treated each one with a rub and a welcome. unfortunately my two Shih Tzu didn't stay but my malt maltipoo did and he absolutely loved it. I can't recommend Boarding and Beyond enough! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease leaving my two dogs, a Pitbull and an Australian Kelpie, there. The staff is so friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The facility is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for dogs to play and relax. I loved getting updates and photos during their stay--it was such a comfort to see my dogs having a great time and being so well looked after. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and maybe even a little sad to leave their new friends. I had a good experience taking my rescue to Boarding and Beyond. They were friendly and accommodating to my schedule and let me drop my dog off for grooming. The first groom was 50% off which was really nice. The groomer did a good job and brushed her teeth as well for an additional fee. WOW WOW WOW! I have a 21 year old rescued cocker spanielBella who has been part of my life since she was 2. She has a lot of what I call old lady bumps which are very easy to cut if a groomer is not SUPER CAREFUL. I also brought my 12 year old cocker Barkley. if I could go lower than 1 star I would. my family had 2 Italian greyhounds that we boarded here for almost a week. greyhounds are skinny, so when we dropped them off, we made sure they had all their food, bedding and treats. when we came back and picked them up, they were emaciated. the facility itself had biting flies and was not air conditioned in the lobby (during the summer). on our way home, one of our dogs had gotten an infection while there, which made her saliva and breath smell rotten. when asked what happened before we left, the staff just stared at us and said nothing. Not even a month later our girl with the infection died. A month after that our boy dog died. I will NEVER board here again. I caution anyone to board here who has smaller dogs. Took my pup here a couple times for grooming/boarding. The last time through I found a substantial portion of fur missing from my dogs leg after the grooming appointment. Been going here for years and absolutely love the care and attention we get they really care about our fur babies

I dropped my dogs off for boarding over the holidays- they were there from December 23-27. When I picked my dogs up late evening on the 27th, one of them was so sick he didn't even recognize me, and was defecating straight blood. I took him to our vet as soon as they opened the next morning, and he required two full days of supportive care at the vet to get him on right track, even though he continued to defecate pure blood for many days. Our vet said if he'd received care as soon as he'd shown symptoms, he wouldn't have gotten nearly as sick, but that it appears the the boarding staff ignored the fact that he was literally defecating blood every few hours. In addition, despite receiving a clean bill of health the week prior to drop off, our vet discovered that while under the care of the Boarding and Beyond staff, he'd fractured a premolar so badly it required surgical extraction, and was broken beyond repair. He was unable to eat, and was drooling bloody saliva- something else the staff ignored. Our other dog also fell ill with what our vet is assuming was a virus going around the facility, but because he was under my care when he got sick, he didn't get nearly as ill and didn't require the intense supportive care my other dog did. It took FOUR phone calls before we even got a manager on the phone to talk about the issue, and almost a month and several more phone calls later, it remains unresolved. The staff is unapologetic, uncaring, and uninterested in trying to make things right. They didn't offer to refund our boarding deposit, and passed us off to their insurance company with no further communication or assistance. Beyond just that, when we picked our dogs up, their beds were caked in poop, the staff forgot to return medication, and also forgot a piece of our dog's harness. Overall, the staff and facility is negligent, and if something does happen to your dog, they aren't interested in making things right. Colorado law defines animal neglect in part as ignoring major medical issues or injuries and not providing treatment, which very clearly happened here. Stay far away. read more

This was a pleasant experience for me and a foster dog that we've been taking care of for a couple of months. I've waited two weeks to write this review, because I didn't want to act on emotion, and I wanted to give the most correct information I could. I think this is 100% necessary and everyone needs to be cautious when taking your dog here. We took both of our dogs in to be boarded for 4 days. Upon our arrival it was complete chaos. They lost our reservation, took our dogs back without getting any information on them, they were all completely unprofessional. After we finished paperwork they literally sent us away, didn't answer any of our questions, treated us like we were a burden for asking what our dogs schedule was going to be like... We got an email an hour later saying our dogs were checked in at 6:40pm... I dropped them off an hour prior so why are they just now being checked in? At 7:00 I texted the number on the website to check up.... No response. I then got a call around 8:30 saying our bulldog was having trouble breathing. We rushed to pick him up, and upon our arrival he couldn't breathe, could not walk, and was dripping blood from his mouth. We asked what happened and they had no answers. We then asked what time our dogs were fed thinking he may of had an allergic reaction to something... they didn't even feed them that night. They blamed it on "late check in time", so my dogs were not fed because you were too unprepared to check them in correctly? We rushed our dog to the emergency vet, where he ended up passing away on our way to the hospital... I unfortunately have no way to tell what happened to our sweet pup. All I know is that I dropped him off happy and healthy, and 4 hours later he was gone. He had no prior health problems, he even went to the vet the day prior and got a full exam, bloodwork, X-rays, everything. It all came back perfect. So what happened to him in the few hours he was in their care? No one knows. Just be cautious. Do your research, and really take into consideration the bad reviews. It could save your dog. Response to the message I received back: That is not at all true. I never mentioned anything about a breathing problem because it was non existent. Sarge never had a problem breathing, nor did I say he did. We were told our dogs were not fed, so I would love to see the cameras to see that they were. Yes. Sarge was a rescue, we adopted him 4 years ago. But once again he had no prior problems, and arrived at your establishment healthy. I would be happy to provide vet paperwork. read more

Please do not bring your dog here if you care about them and their health. My dog attended daycare here ONCE for about 10 hours on 12/30, and started getting sick on 1/1. She has been sick for 10 days now and the vets still cannot figure out what is wrong, but are confident that it is caused by something she picked up at this daycare, likely from another dog's poop that was not picked up due to staff laziness and incompetence. This place also reeks of pee from the moment you walk in, so it is very obvious that it is not well cleaned or maintained. This whole process has cost me over $300 in vet bills and rising, along with countless stress and worry over my dog's health. This was my dog's first time here and certainly her last. read more

Don't board your pet here!!! My got very sick from him stay here. I boarded my 9 month old puppy here for 5 nights for my first time here. First of all I didn't receive any discount for boarding him. After reading some reviews I see that they do offer discounts for first timers. However, they did try to sell me hard on a 10 pack of nights (which I'm high glad I didn't purchase). When I made my reservation I was told that I could get tour when I drop my pup off, but when I arrive on 11/14/22 they told me that I couldn't get a tour because they were too busy. I had a flight to catch that some morning so I just dropped off my puppy (Simba) so I could make my flight. They told me that they would call me later in the day to let me know how my pup was adapting. They never called. I had to call them two days later and they said he was doing great. When I picked him up on 11/19/22 I notice that my pup looked extremely thin and the amount off food I provided was almost the exact same amount I gave when I dropped him off. He also seemed very scared and traumatized. He didn't for three days after I picked him up and had sever constipation and diarrhea So I took him the Vet on Monday 11/21/22. They did an exam and tests and told me he has a GI infection and he lost 8 pounds(which is a lot for a 9 month pup). They also ask me to call Boarding and Beyond to see if there has been an outbreak and ask about his eating habits during his stay. I called them and they told me that no outbreak was reported and he ate normal. I told them that I was at the vet and explained the situation. They said that a manager would call me back, that never happened and I'm still awaiting their call. Plus on 11/26/22 I had to take my pup back to the vet because he started developing respiratory infection symptoms and after the exam and test the vet diagnose him with kennel cough. I'm ended up paying over $600 in medical cost due his visit at boarding and beyond. I high don't recommend boarding your pet here. read more

DOG INJURED and STUCK WITH THE BILL Boarded our dog over the New Years break. During that time our dog was bit by another dog resulting in diffuse bleeding that require suture ligation at a veterinary facility resulting in a large emergency bill. After multiple discussion with the manager they were completely unwilling to assist us with any of these bills. The did cancel the150$ vet transport few however we were still stuck with 3 night of boarding and a 650$ veterinary fee. All this because another dog bit our dog. We asked for the contact info of the other dog owner, if the owners were even informed there dog had bit another dog and if the dog was even allowed back at the facility. The manager refused to answer any of these questions. read more

Great place to take your dog for daycare! (We haven't needed to board yet). Helpful friendly staff. They pay attention to your dog and can give you personalized updates from the day. Watching the live webcam throughout the day is so reassuring. Seeing my pup play and having a good time is the best when I'm on break at work. There's a good balance of playtime and rest. Nice separation during meals so dogs that have some food issues feel secure. Recommend bringing your dog in to try it. They have been incredibly accommodating and my dog gets so excited to go everyday. They genuinely love the dogs and it shows. Highly recommend this place. read more

I left are 2yo husky for a 7night boarding although they have live cameras outdoor I would like indoor cameras just to see what my pup is up too but that was the least of my concern! when I picked him up he was very hesitant and just not his normal energetic self but a week of boarding would do that!! They gave my dog away, and then said it wasn't their fault! Some owners Dad came to pick up their dog and he picked up my dog! I gave them a chance to let me know how this wouldn't happen again and this was their response. "Now that it has happened, we will be much more sensitive to dogs with the same names and looks, but that said, there will never be a guarantee if the owner has no idea who the dog is and they do not inform us." I had to wait over an hour for the guy to bring my dog back....and after their horrible response they made me come in to get a refund? Horrible, horrendous, awful experience. I have been taking my dogs here now for a couple of years and I absolutely love it! The facility is clean and big and my dogs love the play space indoors and out. I have loved the staff here too! They are so helpful and kind and you can tell they really love dogs. I was really worried about my new dog being left there since she had never been boarded before, and I called to check in on her multiple times. The first time I called, a guy answered and he knew every in and out of how it was going with her, and really calmed my fears. She had been nervous and wasn't eating (and she free feeds), so they made sure at the end of the day to give her a little bit of special food to entice her to eat more and it worked! I had to create a Yelp account so I could leave a review for this business, we are not only disappointed, but fear for other dog owners who bring their animals to boarding and beyond. We brought our 7 month old puppy to this daycare twice. The second time we brought him (he is a 25 pound dachshund mix) and a small dog he was placed with large dogs and was we presume was left unattended and attacked. He has a gouge in his back, multiple puncture wounds and was is walking with a limp. We tried to confront the individuals who were working that shift and they told us because they were so understaffed said they could not help us and asked us to leave. For reference to the business there were two young women working on Tuesday 6/26/18 around 5pm is when we picked up our dog and given this information. Since then, our puppy who is a very happy go lucky, submissive animal is now very defensive and non-trusting. This experience is probably going to cost us hundreds if not thousands in dog training to ensure that our dog now does not become aggressive due to the attack.
