Getting holiday photos

My dog gets so excited when we come up to the doors of this place! They are always sending me updates and the goofiest photos. They also always have monthly deals and events for the dogs which makes it so much fun.

I cannot even start to explain how much we love and depend on Dog Drop. Our puppy turned one year old two weeks after we had our baby and having a safe, fun and stimulating place for him to go has been everything to our family. Jerry gets to burn off some energy while we take care of the baby, run errands, clean the house, etc. On top of all of that - the staff is *the best* and know and care about Jerry. They even have curbside which I use all the time when traveling with the baby. Basically, Dog Drop is the best and we highly recommend. 10/10 stars!

We love DogDrop! The staff is attentive and caring, usually know clients and parents by name. The convenience is great. You can drop off for 10 minutes or all day. I usually go for a few hours when I know I'm not going to be able to get a walk in, don't want to leave him at home when I running errands, or the cleaning lady comes. They are pretty consistent with pictures, which is nice. Curbside pick up (especially in that area) is a game changer. I only have 4 stars because there isn't an outdoor area. I don't think it's bad for a few hours, but if I was going to leave him all day I'd like him to have the option to play outside.

My doodles love this place. Easy drop off and pick up. My dogs come home happy and tired! I also love all the pictures sent to me while they are there.

My pup, Teddy, loves going to Dogdrop! I mention the word "daycare" and he gets so excited and starts pulling me to the door. While he's having the time of his life, the staff does an amazing job sending pictures and updates. They are very communicative and professional. Often time, now adays you find people are only willing to do the bare minimum, so it's nice to know that I have a place to take my dog where I know they go above and beyond. Thank you!!

From the moment Dogdrop opened in our neighborhood this summer, it's been nothing short of a game-changer for us. Working from home, with an energetic 1.5-year-old pup and no enclosed yard, was proving quite a challenge. Dogdrop was a welcomed relief! The initial "good fit test" or trial was a piece of cake, and the corresponding report card the team left us with was an excellent touch, providing insights into Kaya's command and socialization skills, as well as personality. And, of course, her acceptance. Finding out about the new friend Kaya made so quickly that day, and receiving candid photos of her enjoyment, was the cherry on top. We were also pleasantly surprised with the engaging monthly and weekly activities Dogdrop has in store for our fur baby, and others'. Arts and crafts (yes, Kaya painted, and we received the masterpieces on our following visits!), puzzles and agility course time, themed photoshoots, and endless playtime with both fellow attendees and the heartwarming staff. The facilities are also clean and well maintained. What makes Dogdrop especially user-friendly are their flexible hours - no reservations needed. We love the option to drop Kaya off and pick her up as our schedule permits. The swift drop-off and pick-up process, combined with the staff's effort to recognize each dog personally, is commendable. They will even assess and adjust the group level your pup interacts with based on their size and personality. Affordability is a plus with their reasonable membership options and hourly rates. The bonus day for members is also a nice touch, offering one, eight-hour day per month before the hourly rate kicks in. And the staff's dedication shines through, from sharing photo updates throughout her visits to friendly check-in texts when they haven't seen Kaya for a few days. Although the facility is indoor only and does not permit outdoor activity (due to location, risks, and other challenges), for us, personally, this does not warrant any consideration in our rating. Watching Kaya's extreme, tail-wagging excitement every time we walk up to Dogdrop is the best testament to their service. Big kudos to the entire Dogdrop team for providing such a stellar daycare experience for our Kaya. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving festivities

Dogdrop has already become such a treat for us, saving us many times and being such a happy place for our dog. We feel so great knowing he's cared for and loved, and he has diligently worked on letting himself in the doors as quickly as possible. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

They even celebrated her birthday!!

We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

My wife and I are going out of town and were looking for someone to watch our cat and do some…read moresimple garden watering services as well as taking out the trash. We logged our service request in the website and then were sent an invoice a few days later. Thankfully I reviewed the invoice because it had overcharged us on a number of items. I sent the corrections back to Ruth, the owner of the company, and she thanked me for looking over the invoice. What confuses me though is this - If I spent all that time adding those services onto their horrendously confusing client portal, why would the services in the invoice be different? Seemed odd but I didn't really think much about it at this point. Ruth sent over the second invoice with the extra services removed. However, the price on this invoice was the same as the previous invoice - even though 3 services had been removed from the schedule. When I asked Ruth to give me a call to go over the invoice to explain the discrepancy and to ask questions about what some of the fees were for exactly, she shrugged off my question and just stated she had generated a new invoice. Again with mistakes and duplicate charges. At this point, I was getting uncomfortable with the number of mistakes occurring and the continual changes in fees being added that I once again asked for a call back to clarify some of the fees. She again responded by not addressing the question but rather declaring how she was helping us out by accommodating our service requests "on the fly." At this point, I was frustrated by her continual avoidance of my attempts to clarify the charges so I asked her once again to give me a call and let her know that my wife and I had attempted to call her MANY times over the past 4-5 days (about 12+ call attempts) to get some clarity on her services as well as fees since her website is so confusing and really doesn't provide much relevant details. She then responded by asking us to seek alternative services - once again, refusing to provide any clarity on her fees that seem to me to be redundant. See photo for her response to my email asking to clarify the fees. It's obvious that she does not want anyone questioning her fees. It also seems obvious, given that she provided 3 invoices and all 3 were incorrect, that she has no interest in being fair or providing honest answers about what she charges. She is looking for people to not look over their invoices and just overpay without question. Giving one star to this business is incredibly generous. If I could give 0, I would. Ruth, the owner of the business, is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. We made numerous attempts to call and email her but only received limited responses - basically just asking to pay up. Their website is hot garbage that provides little information and their client portal is even worse. Trying to book a service is a monumental task - let alone figuring out if you've done it correctly. Despite having a atrocious online digital presence, Ruth refuses to answer phone calls or call clients. I had used City Kitty once prior and was able to overlook their horrendous website that is hard to understand. I was also willing to ignore the incredibly confusing customer portal that makes it difficult to book services. But this lack of professionalism was pretty alarming. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from City Kitty Sitter (should be called Sh*tty Kitty Sitters). You can find better alternatives on Rover or other platforms that actually care about their customers.
