Last time I was out of town, my flight back was canceled because of bad weather. I called Josh, and he personally made sure to check on my dogs a couple more times until I was able to get back the next day on a later flight. My only complaint (and it's a very minor one!) is the functionality of the site on which I book my appointments. It's not the most user-friendly. But I'm willing to deal with that small detail to get excellent service from Updog. I highly recommend them!

Like most people it isn't easy to trust your pet and home to someone new, but Danyell's consultation made us feel at ease...and our lives have been so much easier because we trusted her and Zoologie.
