I've been using Out-U-Go! in Denver, CO for dog walks twice a week for a little over two months. I absolutely recommend using their services and cannot emphasize how spectacular they've been in all aspects of customer service. In my opinion, they are reputable, trustworthy and very caring.
My dog (i.e., 1.5-year-old husky/malamute mix) has been going to doggie daycare full-time since he was 6-months old. Daycare is such a large part of his/our everyday life, but now that he has grown older, I recognized it was no longer necessary to enroll him full-time. I needed a part-time "plan B" which lead me here after many weeks of extensive research on dog walking companies!
Prices are competitive and fair! Nobody likes to commit to the unknown. I was lucky enough to snag a Yelp coupon which scored me a few (5 to be exact!!) free visits upfront. Obviously, this was a huge help financially, but more significantly it was comforting having the option to try out their dog-walking services free of charge first in order to see if the actual experience was a match for us and our routine/schedule. They DID NOT disappoint!!
HUGE shout out to Robin because I feel like the Denver area is not recognized on social media what so ever and she DESERVES it! She is the only dog-walker I have ever had and I am thankful every day I was paired with her. I trust her in my apartment and she is always respectful, on-time and constantly keeps me updated with photos from the walks. She never fails to leave me a report card and her messages always differ, they are not boilerplate -- never the same! I appreciate this because I know she is going above and beyond and not just doing the bare minimum and writing cliche updates. This also puts me on alert that she changes up the walks and I appreciate that, too.
Prior to meeting Robin, I was paired with a gentleman (wish I remembered his name!) for a "Meet and Greet". At this time, I was already impressed with the Yelp reviews and coupon for 5-free walks, but this put the cherry on top! This was true customer service and sadly is not a common act of professional courtesy anymore. He was on time, polite and informative. He came over late at the end of the day to accommodate my work schedule and didn't 't throw an attitude about it. He walked me through the process and put my mind at ease (again, I was VERY worried transitioning from doggie daycare to dog walker!)
Finally, the people I have not met at the other end of the computer -- the customer service reps. They are quick to respond to schedule changes and are very kind and professional.
Overall, I highly recommend Out-U-Go! and hope it continues to be a great experience for me and my Ezra! read more
