She keeps up-to-date detailed records, licensing, contracts, rabies certificates, and contact information so that she is prepared for anything. There is a meet and greet process to make sure your dog can commune with the other animals happily and safely. You get to explore the environment your dog will be in, and Lynn goes over her policies and procedures. All questions are welcomed and answered. You can tell that it is important to Lynn that you feel confident and informed when you leave your dog with her. I've found her to be quite flexible with scheduling or changes. She is responsive, and communications are very clear, (especially drop off/pick up procedures). Lynn's Loving Pet Care has a system, and the system works. The best part of Lynn's Loving Pet Care, besides dropping your dog off and actually not worrying, are the videos. Lynn provides daily video updates to let you know how things are going. I can't explain to you how much it means for us to be traveling and see Arlen happy, wagging, having her treats, and playing with the other dogs. We are able to enjoy our time away from home knowing that Arlen is too (something we didn't think was possible). Lynn will love your dog like her own and take every measure to ensure their comfort, health, safety and happiness. She goes above and beyond.
