I love Danyell and Zoologie Pet Services. Let me start off by saying Danyell was there for me and my furry family during a particularly difficult time. I travel often to Canada for work, about two-three times a month. One of my dogs, Molly was getting older and developing health issues, she's also completely blind and deaf. Danyell had always done an amazing job catering to her special needs, in addition to caring for my other two rambunctious "toddlers". During one trip in particular, she came in to find Molly, sprawled out on the kitchen floor, struggling to breathe and shaking. Danyell immediately rushed her to the emergency vet and stayed with her while they put her on oxygen and gave her IVs. I knew in my heart it was Molly's time and we made the difficult decision to put her down as she was 14 years old and there wasn't much that could be done. Danyell held Molly as she passed and gave her all the love she possibly could. It broke my heart that I couldn't be there, but Danyell was, and that is something I will never forget. In addition to gracefully dealing with an extremely difficult situation, Danyell has been walking my two pups regularly since they were 8 weeks old. They are a handful but they're always happy and content when I come home. The entire Zoologie team is great, they're animal lovers and give the best care possible to my "children". On the back end, Danyell is super accommodating to my crazy schedule and really flexible with schedule changes, never charging for cancellations or last minute changes. WE. LOVE. ZOOLOGIE. We have been using Zoologie for years now, for dog walking and for pet sitting services when we travel. I basically trust them with my life! Danyell is an amazing business woman. Her customer service is undeniable, and she is also extremely organized, professional, and friendly. The whole team at Zoologie does an amazing job. They leave a report card daily which details every visit, and we have personally watched them interact with our dogs through cameras. They always are on time, extremely loving, and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to clean up messes left by upset tummies and restless dogs. The pups are always relaxed when we come home from long days at work, which makes our lives so much easier! They also do overnights in our home while we travel, and with having 2 dogs and 3 cats, this service is truly amazing! I had a seminar in the mountains and my friend who normally kitty- sits for me couldn't this time. Fortunately I discovered one of my clients knew Danyell, who has a pet sitting and dog walking service. Danyell set up an appointment to have one of her employees come over my house to meet my pets and me. I was very worried about having someone I don't know have a key to my house and watch my pets, but after meeting with the kitty sitter, Kelly, and seeing how she interacted with my pets made me feel comfortable leaving my pets and house keys with her. The company also has you fill out forms and takes the necessary steps to ensure you will have a professional and reliable service. This is a well organized and very professionally staffed business. Danyell and her staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. I highly recommend their services to those who are as overly protective about their pets as I am. I recommend Zoologie wholeheartedly and without reservation. Danyelle took care of our pet pot bellied pig and two cats when we went away for a week. They loved her! Danyelle was absolutely great, she kept us up to date with them as she visited each day, and I was really very reassured that they were in good hands. I was actually worried about leaving since the pig can be a bit temperamental, I was worried that if she became difficult it would be hard for a new person to cope with her, but when I met Danyelle I could see she would be able to take command in a very friendly way so the pig would be ok with the change. Danyelle is very thorough about finding out abut the personalities and needs of each animal. She is very impressive. Danyelle has a wonderful way with animals, even exotic ones, and all of our animals just had a great time with her. Every experience dealing with Zoologie is a great one! Danyell and her team are courteous, detail oriented and professional, not to mention extremely accommodating. I moved to Denver and needed a dog walker quickly. After setting up a meet and greet (the same day I called), we began dog walking services the following day. I couldn't be happier with the way they care for both my puppy and older (16 years!) dog. They keep in mind the needs of BOTH dogs during their visits and are always extremely flexible with scheduling. I often schedule walks THE MORNING OF and they have always been able to squeeze them in, they also don't charge for last minute cancellations --- I HAVE NEVER FOUND A DOG WALKING/ PET SITTING COMPANY SO UNDERSTANDING/ COMPASSIONATE! I highly recommend Zoologie Pet Services! Our berner Tage loves his daily walks and we love having a reliable, caring dog walker. The Zoologie girls have been coming to visit Tage daily for the past few months and we have noticed that he is a much happier, less anxious pup. Every day we look forward to receiving a picture of Tage around lunch time, and reading his report card when we get home from work. Danyell conducts her business professionally and never makes us feel bad about last minute schedule changes, even offering a credit when we cancel last minute. They have also even patiently worked with Tage to overcome his social anxiety. It's hard to trust people in your home, with your dog but Zoologie has never disappointed. You know the saying, "every dog has its day." Well that certainly rings true when our shepherd, Halcone, gets to see Danyell. She really is a godsend and makes us feel much more comfortable when leaving him at home for long periods. Danyell takes our dog on short walks, plays with him, and ensures that he gets lots of cuddles (his favorite). Danyell's services are very accommodating for us. Our schedules can tend to be a bit inconsistent, but last minute cancellations or requests never are a problem. On the flip side, Danyell is quick to inform us anytime there are changes or issues. Danyell is the absolute best! She has watched our pup since she was a puppy and we've never had an issue. She absolutely cares about our pets and goes out of her way to be as flexible as possible with our crazy crazy schedules. We trust her with our pets and our home. She's even gone above and beyond, bringing in packages, etc. while we were out of town and she was cat sitting for us. Every day she leaves us a detailed note, letting us know what time she came and all the info about the day's walk. When our puppy escaped her crate and Danyell came to our house with a pup on the loose, she texted us to let us know, and even went out of her way to put a carabiner on the crate to ensure it wouldn't happen again before we got home! read more

We found Zoologie after we moved to Denver in September 2015. I've never thought twice about using their services since! They are very reasonably priced, are in constant communication while we're using their services, and can even provide assistance with a short turn time. We use them for long vacations and we use them for quick visits when we know we're going to be home late. I will also add that all three of our animals are either on special diets and/or take medication with complex regimens. I especially appreciate that Zoologie doesn't charge extra because they have to administer a few pills with each feeding. I always found it frustrating when pet sitting services did that. Zoologie Pet Services has been my go to dog walking service since moving to Denver from Toronto. My dog walkers do an excellent job with my 2 young pups. They exercise them, feed them, and leave a report card, all for a reasonable price. I have them come regularly and scheduling is a breeze thanks to their online scheduling system. Danyell is also super sweet and a perfect example of great customer service. She checks in frequently, answers texts promptly and accommodates any last minute requests. In fact, I just booked them last minute to do overnights in my home over Thanksgiving weekend. To say that I am a crazy dog lady is a bit of an understatement, so when it comes to pet sitting I have pretty high expectations. After numerous other pet sitters, it is safe to say that I have finally found "the one". Zoologie is the only company I trust when it comes to my dogs. Danyell from Zoologie Pet Services is a rock star. Not only does Zoologie walk our dog, but they also take her to be groomed once a month. This service is invaluable to us as it's extremely difficult to plan a grooming appt with an infant at home! The walkers always do a great job. They leave a report card every day which details the visit, as well as send pictures. Once a month, they pick up our dog (we have a 8month old goldendoodle) and take her to the groomers. They also pick her when when she's finished and return her home. We couldn't ask for anything else. My wife and I love Zoologie and so does our new puppy, Sheldon! We bought a new house in the Highlands a few weeks ago and needed a dog walker for our brand new mastiff puppy, Sheldon. Danyell set up a meet and greet immediately and we had no second thoughts about using Zoologie. It is evident that Danyell has a true love for what she does and always has our Boxer Rossi's best interest at heart. Hands down the most easy going and responsible pet service I've been involved with. I don't know how she does it, but Danyell is always available to make a house call and take our puppy Jackson for a walk and shower him with love. I'm an avid snowboarder and always up in the mountains, pretty much every weekend. I just moved to Denver from Steamboat and needed a pet sitter for the weekends I'm away. Zoologie makes scheduling super easy and they're way convenient. They stay in my apartment pretty much every weekend with my two border collies, who are high maintenance and require a lot off exercise and stimulation. Danyell is a great dog walker/sitter! She is always willing to move around the schedule even at last minute. She leaves report cards every time letting me know how my Louie was feeling/acting and how they spent their time together.
