Cat people know the anxiety is real…read more If you've ever left town and immediately wondered, "Are the cats plotting revenge or are they okay?" then you get it. We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

First off, Christina does both pet care taking and pet walking, but there isn't a category for that…read moreso I chose dog walker as the category because I don't think she does boarding. Very professional service overall though. Just as we get settled in Denver we're moving again. At least we have a stellar pet caretaker and walker that we can depend on in this time of transition. We have three dogs, a cat and fish that can depend on Christina to take excellent care of them while we're away. Christina gives updates on a daily basis via a call or email and she always is available to answer any questions and concerns you might have. She is insured and was found through a pet care industry website where I usually find most of the sitters we use...I just can't remember the site right now. I have nothing but praise for Christina because two of our dogs do not get along together and she handles this situation with ease, we have had problems in the past with other sitters which ended in $400 vet bills, and she has our trust. Christina can also handle the little things like lights, papers, and mail if need be, A+ customer service. As a side note, our dogs were super happy to see her again, mostly because they go on more walks with her than with us ;) I strongly recommend you give her a call if you haven't found a pet sitter/walker yet.

We got him from a rescue in April and he had heartworms, which meant that we had very particular, and frequently changing, exercise requirements. He was also very reactive towards other dogs, which meant that it wasn't always easy to walk him with or near other puppies. Nicole and the rest of the Paw Benders crew were extremely accommodating to Ori's needs and completely open to our constantly changing requests when they walked him every day while we were at work. My boyfriend and I also have work schedules that change frequently, and Nicole and her team were always able to accommodate them, no matter how last minute we asked for a schedule change. But more than their awesome flexibility and attentiveness to detail, what really makes Paw Benders amazing is how clear it is that they love our dog as much as we do. Nicole would send frequent text-message updates and adorable pictures, and all of her communications put a smile on my face. She answered every text we sent extremely promptly, with tons of detail, and with a great attitude. She even sent us a Christmas card with a cute picture of Ori on it! She approaches her work with a diligence and customer-service ethic that makes it clear that she loves what she is doing and the dogs she gets to spend her days with. We are moving out of her service area now, and I wish we could take her with us!

Mike did a very professional consultation with me and got me up and running in no time. He has helped me out of countless binds from getting stuck at work and needing a last minute walk to helping me have someone stay in my home with my pup while I was out of town. He is always super helpful no matter the question. I also love how you receive an email when he gets to your house and then another email with a note about how the walk went. They are fun to receive during work (I forward the funny ones where Rufio poops more than two times to my mom and sister ) and are also great when your pup is under the weather and at home alone. My dog tends to be a bit of a pain when it comes to weather and Mike is always great with that. If Rufio refuses to walk in the rain or snow Mike will bring him out and then stay and play with him for the rest of the time. Mike also helped give me referrals for dog trainers! I seriously could not say more about Mike and his service. Rufio loves him and I am so glad I was sent to RSP!
