The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

I couldn't have found a better situation for me and my dog, Kayla's great to him and for us. Couldn't have a better situation for us since I travel a lot for work. So dependable and it's obvious to me that my dog really digs her. She just doesn't come over to feed and let him out but takes extra time to play a little and let him work off some energy.
