I and the other non-vegans at the party couldn't tell that they were vegan, and our host was delighted to know that there is a bakery nearby that caters to her needs. TBH the cupcakes were good for allergen friendly cupcakes but if you don't have any allergies then the cupcakes just don't compare to regular ones. I would consider ordering from them again if I needed allergen friendly cupcakes. Otherwise likely would not choose this bakery if I need regular old cupcakes. They take cash only but while you wait you have plenty of time to decide on what you actually want to get. They have 10+ cannoli flavors plus many other pastries. We opted for a pistachio cannoli and a amaretto cannoli. The cannoli were twice the size of what I was anticipating so we split one on Friday and split the other on Saturday. If I went back I'd get the amaretto again. The pistachio was mostly ricotta tasting. If you go, go early and bring cash!

The one time we ordered the ube cake this didn't happen, and I think I recall it came with a stiff plastic sheet around it to help with structural integrity. For some reason this wasn't there for the pandan cakes, but maybe for the future it should always be there because these cakes are so soft and fluffy.
