We got a Philly Steak pizza and a small cheese for our child (who devoured the entire thing). The dough/crust tasted so much better than what you'd get from a nationwide chain. And once again, they were excellent! Large, thick, juicy, lightly-breaded chicken breasts enhanced by their deliciously tangy marinara & covered with plentiful gooey melted mozzarella. Really hit the spot after the chilly afternoon/evening. And it's really nice to call the order in & be able to pay for & pick it up at their little drive-thru window. Building was previously some fast-food joint, & when Ciro's took over & renovated the place, they decided to keep the drive-thru, which proved to be fantastic economic foresight when the pandemic hit. Delightful drive-thru gal was friendly & with a great smile, & lately we've found that everyone there is friendly & with a great smile. In fact, the last time husband picked up a pizza there, the young gentleman even popped his head out & asked if he wanted grated Parmesan &/or crushed red pepper on it!! Now that's real takeout service - lol!! Bottom Line: Well-spent $18, terrific food, & just had to add the fifth star as a complement for really pleasant service.

Ciro's Pizza has been around quite a long time. If I remember correctly, they used to be on one of…read morethe shops along the main building at the Dominion Square Shopping Center before they took over the old Long John Silver space where they're currently at. The food used to be impeccably good - a favorite in this town. But, having patronized this place several times over the years - I'll say that the quality has dipped significantly and it's a darn shame because it's really hard to get decent pizza in this town. We'd normally get a regular large cheese pizza and it was always cooked to perfection back then, but now the cheese tastes off and the overall quality of the pizza just isn't there anymore. The location itself has seen better days too. I've been there on multiple occasions where there's a putrid smell coming from somewhere within the place. It's not every time, but it's enough to be noticeable. Above all else, the staff has always been kind here. I've never had anyone be rude here. It's just the shame the food quality hasn't kept up with the service standard. Holding out hopes that there's better days ahead for Ciro's.

At 7:25 we had not received our order. My wife called to inquire and was told that there was no such order made and my wife expressed her concern that someone took her order and her credit card information. The manager was not helpful and suggested we check to see if the charges were sent through. Did not offer ANY kind of resolution. I called a few minutes after she had finished talking with the manager who was discourteous. Before calling the store I had investigated the suggested actions to take to resolve an issue. I also read the company values and mission statement and the manager did NOT meet ANY of the missions statements set by your company. I asked him to give me the local franchise owners information and he refused. I reminded him that the online directions for complaint resolution from your company directed me to ask for that information but he refused and hung up on me in mid sentence. Your manager NEVER ONCE, offered a resolution and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that someone in his store made an error. The placement of this caliber of person in charge of others and store management is an error in judgment. I walked in to a family-run hole-in-the-wall and, had the neon OPEN sign not been on, would've thought they were closed. The woman who was sitting in the very small (maybe 16 seats at best) dining area got up to go to the kitchen and the man got up to take my order. The other guy said his goodbyes (in Spanish) and left. The very limited menu was written on posterboards on the wall. I immediately changed my mind from pupusas to quesadillas, $7. They came out quickly and were accompanied with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo. Portion size was just right with nothing extra to take home. Had I noticed the special on another sign, I probably would've gotten that -- pupusas with rice and beans. Anyhow, it was delicious. Mexican/Latino, but my guess is that the pizza is offered to attract the American crowd. But this is a NO FRILLS kind of spot. Plastic utensils and napkins rationed out on the tables already. A/C if they have it, was not turned on. It wasn't hot, but one degree warmer, and I probably would've been uncomfortable.
