Best pizza in town! Subs and burgers are cheap and delicious! Luigi is a very respectful and courteous man, José is a very hard working family man that has never messed up an order for me in over 16 years! I highly recommend Luigi's! The eggplant Parmesan is banging!

Special order pizza with ham, cheese, Pineapple

Ordered pizza to go for about 10 people. The have a lot of options and we got 4 different flavors and oh my goodness, they did not disappoint. The guy at the counter was really nice and attentive, he made sure I got all the toppings. Price is decent.

Tiramisu to-go

Delicious, huge portions. I got the eggplant parm with a side cup of Alfredo sauce, and a tiramisu to go. The food came out HOT- I had to wait a second for it to cool down, which I don't think I've ever experienced before. It was so cheesy and delicious. The tiramisu is not the frozen brick you get at other places. It's perfect to eat in bed back home. The server was also polite and accurate. Definitely stop here for a meal.

Chicken Parmesan takeout

I ordered delivery from this place because it looked like a safe bet for decent, but not great food. If it has 3 stars on yelp = edible, right? I was mostly right. Before anything, I asked if they delivered to my hotel. They said yes, so I ordered a few things so I'd have something I could eat. Bruschetta, spinach & artichoke dip, & chicken Parmesan are all pretty safe from an Italian restaurant, wouldn't you think? Let's start at the beginning. There are no nice hotels around, so I figured I wouldn't give this place my credit card info = correct choice #1! The guy on the phone said it would be 20-25 minutes. I said I would wait in the lobby. I went down to the lobby after 10 minutes. BIG MISTAKE. I called 45 minutes after the guy said "20-25 minutes," and he said he was JUST LEAVING the restaurant!!! What the hell, dude? I have work to do. I dont care if am in the middle of nowhere, I have a life. Maybe you don't, but I have responsibilities. Almost an hour for delivery from a restaurant that is only a mile away is a bit ridiculous. I still tipped, but I strongly considered not doing so. Food: Bruschetta - good. Refreshing. Crunchy. Correct choice #2 Spinach & artichoke dip - strange. Wouldn't recommend; however, they gave me enough to feed a family of 4. Chicken Parmesan - a far cry from authentic Italian. Edible, but gross fat spaghetti was the pasta. Angel hair, pretty please. Or literally any other type of pasta. All in all, if I had to be in this small town again, I'd get Domino's. I only ate the bruschetta from this place.

16 inch cheese pizza

We came in around 3pm for a late lunch, ordered a 16" cheese pizza, chicken primavera, and fettuccine Alfredo. Service was excellent, our server was attentive, but the food was lacking except for the pizza. Pizza came out nice and hot, cheese was gooey and it was toasty from tip to crust, can't complain there, but their pasta dishes needs work. The chicken primavera had barely any pasta in it, it was full of chicken, broccoli, carrot strips that looked like they didn't shave off so it was black, very disappointing. The salad that came with that dish was meh, looked like left over salad from somewhere. The hub had the fettuccine Alfredo and that was ok. He got the chicken soup with it and he said it was decent. The bread that came out for our meal was nasty, the slices of bread were not toasted and the longer bread was hard like anything, nothing like olive garden.

This is the bread they serve with pasta..... it's actually a hamburger bun.

Are there any vegan options? In 2019 almost every business offers some sort of vegan option and I haven't been able to find it yet in the area. :(?

We were on a…read moreweekend trip in Shenandoah for our anniversary and craving a cozy local spot for a pizza and a beer. Far Gohn hit it out of the park. Definitely a local tavern...they reminded me more of the pubs you find in a small European town or the UK. Warm, cozy, and inviting. We immediately felt at home. Now to the people who complain here that they were "ignored" by the bartenders or that service took forever...read: local spot. If you're from out of town and you're expecting rushed service and the immediacy of the big city, this might not be the place for you. But if you're looking for something truly special, slide up to the bar. Be patient...the bartender will be there as soon as they're done listening to Old Bill tell his story. Order a beer and a pizza and take a seat at one of their small tables. Enjoy and unhurried drink. And right about the time you're feeling like ordering a second beer, your hot, delicious, perfectly cooked pizza will be dropping out of the ceiling on a dumb waiter (yes, from the ceiling...you read that right). Smother it in locally made hot sauce (an unexpected plus), grab your second beer and enjoy that delicious pizza with someone you love, or the new friend you made at the table next to you. But for God's sake, be patient, be kind, be respectful. Cause you're likely visiting, and Far Gohn is all about the local vibe!!

I've been to Far Gohn a few times with friends and it's become a bit of a staple in the town…read more There's quite a few people who are regulars there and there's this unique vibe to the place that really makes it stand out from everywhere else. That being said, there's some issues with it that are hard to overlook. I'll start by saying that the staff are mostly really kind and professional. There have been one or two who looked like they hated their jobs, but everyone else has been attentive. There's not a whole lot of seating space available at this location. So, if you're trying to visit during peak hours, it might be a bit difficult. There's some outside seating available, but if it's raining or anything, it's not recommended. The chief problem I've had is with the pizza. Nevermind the fact a German style brewery is making pizzas - the pizzas themselves are an absolute hit or miss, with most of the time being misses. The pizzas are overpriced for how inconsistent the quality is. They're either just right or super crunchy and inedible. If you're ordering to-go, add 10-20 minutes to the wait time they give you and that's how long it'll actually take. If you're here for a decent brew, it's a decent brewery with a bit of a following in Culpeper and it's worth checking out. I'd steer clear of the pizzas.

The food used to be impeccably good - a favorite in this town. But, having patronized this place several times over the years - I'll say that the quality has dipped significantly and it's a darn shame because it's really hard to get decent pizza in this town. We'd normally get a regular large cheese pizza and it was always cooked to perfection back then, but now the cheese tastes off and the overall quality of the pizza just isn't there anymore. The location itself has seen better days too. I've been there on multiple occasions where there's a putrid smell coming from somewhere within the place. It's not every time, but it's enough to be noticeable. Above all else, the staff has always been kind here. I've never had anyone be rude here. It's just the shame the food quality hasn't kept up with the service standard. Holding out hopes that there's better days ahead for Ciro's.

And once again, they were excellent! Large, thick, juicy, lightly-breaded chicken breasts enhanced by their deliciously tangy marinara & covered with plentiful gooey melted mozzarella. Really hit the spot after the chilly afternoon/evening. And it's really nice to call the order in & be able to pay for & pick it up at their little drive-thru window. Building was previously some fast-food joint, & when Ciro's took over & renovated the place, they decided to keep the drive-thru, which proved to be fantastic economic foresight when the pandemic hit. Delightful drive-thru gal was friendly & with a great smile, & lately we've found that everyone there is friendly & with a great smile. In fact, the last time husband picked up a pizza there, the young gentleman even popped his head out & asked if he wanted grated Parmesan &/or crushed red pepper on it!! Now that's real takeout service - lol!! Bottom Line: Well-spent $18, terrific food, & just had to add the fifth star as a complement for really pleasant service.
