And once again, they were excellent! Large, thick, juicy, lightly-breaded chicken breasts enhanced by their deliciously tangy marinara & covered with plentiful gooey melted mozzarella. Really hit the spot after the chilly afternoon/evening. And it's really nice to call the order in & be able to pay for & pick it up at their little drive-thru window. Building was previously some fast-food joint, & when Ciro's took over & renovated the place, they decided to keep the drive-thru, which proved to be fantastic economic foresight when the pandemic hit. Delightful drive-thru gal was friendly & with a great smile, & lately we've found that everyone there is friendly & with a great smile. I also read the company values and mission statement and the manager did NOT meet ANY of the missions statements set by your company. I reminded him that the online directions for complaint resolution from your company directed me to ask for that information but he refused and hung up on me in mid sentence. Your manager NEVER ONCE, offered a resolution and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that someone in his store made an error. The placement of this caliber of person in charge of others and store management is an error in judgment.
