Instead of just selling me the more expensive or larger option, he took the time to explain the pros and cons in detail and suggested installing a mixing valve as a better alternative for my needs. He was very clear and walked me through a few different options, which I really appreciated. On installation day, Brandon arrived right on time and worked quickly to get everything set up. There was a small hiccup because Brandon didn't have the mixing valve with him, but he was very transparent about it. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the valve again, and I ultimately decided not to install it at that time. What really impressed me was the follow-up.
