When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day. We will for sure be using Four Seasons for all our future service and new purchase needs. U are truly a gem of a company!!
