There were issues with the install and the batteries and NetZero ignored all of our calls so we ended up dealing with their supplier directly and got the issue fixed. Most recently we have found that some of their electrical work was not up to code and we have been trying to get in touch and they are not returning their our calls. DON"T HIRE THEM ... I hired James to install some pool equipment for me, anyone that know…read moreanything about electrical knows you don't put 120v power into a pool otherwise you could electrocute or even kill someone, apparently a "licensed" electrician was unaware of this! He wired up the pool lights to 120v even though they were yellow 12v low voltage wires which you'd think would have been another clue, not to James it wasn't. So obviously he fried the lights and they needed to be repaired which he refused to do, I had to purchase all the new pool lights again myself which cost thousands of dollars. He did admit his mistake and told me he'd pay me back before ghosting me entirely. Clearly this guy doesn't know what he's doing and has no morals on top of that.
